I've been going for years, but yesterday they gave me the wash of my life! My car looked better…read morethan it did when I drove it off the lot new 6 years ago! It looked almost as if it had been detailed rather than washed. It was gleaming inside and out! And my car is white, which often presents a bigger problem. The last gentleman who worked on my car told me this was basically their new standard of service. They've heard and acknowledged the complaints. Please give this place a try again! I asked the agent to make sure my mats were cleaned as I had them in my trunk due to the snow and sleet. He replied, OK! When my car came out of the drive through I walked over and my mats were still not cleaned. I asked and they told me that was NOT included in a full service car wash. HMM...where is that stated on the price sheet when you pull up in the back. I even explained the agent told me no problem. At this point, I was a little upset as I felt I could have went across the street and got the same car wash for $3.00!!! Well, low and behold by the time you pull up to to the entrance in the back you realize it is a drive through car wash that cost $13 for full service! Well, the ripoff doesn't end there, they charge an additional $6 for armor all for your tires and another $5 if you want your mats cleaned!! I am like what is included in a FULL SERVICE WASH??!! Anyhoo, I asked the cashier can I speak to the manager. Well, he took his sweet time walking to the front and then handed me some sheet of paper that outlined what the full service wash included and that if I wanted my mats cleaned it would definitely be another $5.00. I asked him his name and he told me his name was "Dave". I am pretty sure that was not his name. I was upset but I paid for $5.00, it was like I was held hostage if I wanted my mats cleaned. Then when I walked over to view my vehicle, my regular mats were dirty (un vacuumed) and my car was still dripping with water and there was snow spots on the sides. Well needless to say, I nitpicked ever single thing until I was somewhat satisfied with the cleanliness of my vehicle as I had paid $18.00 for $3.00 cash wash and $15.00 to get my mats cleaned. NEVER GO HERE! This place is a rip off and the people are RUDE, in addition the car wash is bad! My mistake for not checking the reviews as I was waiting in line for the wash, I would have figured out an escape route and went somewhere else for a real hand car wash! If you just need a wash, go across the street for the $3 wash..if you want a hand wash and your all weather mats cleaned go somewhere else as there are lots of other places in the area!

My car was scrubbed good and the drive thru was fast. I was given towels and air freshener. The towels were cool but I would recommend them to invest in the quick absorption towels which work well.
