There were two attendants at the car wash who scrubbed down windows with a brush before my car entered the wash bay, which is a soft cloth type wash (not touchless). My car came out fairly clean, just a few stuck on bugs on the front bumper. Wheels could have been cleaner as well, but not unexpected for an automatic wash. Waited a few minutes before someone was able to hand dry my car and apply tire shine. Exterior of car looked nice without water spots. Self-serve vacuums were available, but I did not use them.

I asked the agent to make sure my mats were cleaned as I had them in my trunk due to the snow and sleet. He replied, OK! When my car came out of the drive through I walked over and my mats were still not cleaned. I asked and they told me that was NOT included in a full service car wash. HMM...where is that stated on the price sheet when you pull up in the back. I even explained the agent told me no problem. At this point, I was a little upset as I felt I could have went across the street and got the same car wash for $3.00!!! Well, low and behold by the time you pull up to to the entrance in the back you realize it is a drive through car wash that cost $13 for full service! Well, the ripoff doesn't end there, they charge an additional $6 for armor all for your tires and another $5 if you want your mats cleaned!! I am like what is included in a FULL SERVICE WASH??!! Anyhoo, I asked the cashier can I speak to the manager. Well, he took his sweet time walking to the front and then handed me some sheet of paper that outlined what the full service wash included and that if I wanted my mats cleaned it would definitely be another $5.00. I asked him his name and he told me his name was "Dave". I am pretty sure that was not his name. I was upset but I paid for $5.00, it was like I was held hostage if I wanted my mats cleaned. Then when I walked over to view my vehicle, my regular mats were dirty (un vacuumed) and my car was still dripping with water and there was snow spots on the sides. Well needless to say, I nitpicked ever single thing until I was somewhat satisfied with the cleanliness of my vehicle as I had paid $18.00 for $3.00 cash wash and $15.00 to get my mats cleaned. NEVER GO HERE! This place is a rip off and the people are RUDE, in addition the car wash is bad! My mistake for not checking the reviews as I was waiting in line for the wash, I would have figured out an escape route and went somewhere else for a real hand car wash! If you just need a wash, go across the street for the $3 wash..if you want a hand wash and your all weather mats cleaned go somewhere else as there are lots of other places in the area!

It looked almost as if it had been detailed rather than washed. It was gleaming inside and out! And my car is white, which often presents a bigger problem. The tires looked great too! Usually, I wash the car myself at the hand car was with the wand, but that place isn't properly maintained, so I was looking to switch. I have attached several picture of my car and really wish I had just gone and got a hand car wash from Jose's on Calumet Ave. in Hammond. I paid to much money not to have the interior of my car cleaned except for the mats, nothing was wipe down, not the doors, the top of the dash board, interior mirror. The back of my car is a mess, see photos. I continue to try and give this place a chance to support local business, but after this I'm done. If you need to get a greeting card for someone, but you also need a car wash, but only have time for one stop. This is the place!!!! What was interesting is on the inside they had signs posted all over about customers and employees wearing their masks which I loved. They even posted signs about the science of it and explaining why. This issue I had is because the guy he pulled our car out of the wash (meaning he was in the car) had his mask pulled down below his mouth. This was were they lost me. Especially if he's in and out of random cars all day, the signs they have posted indicate that everybody would be wearing a mask, and when the state has a mask mandate. It was surprising, I suppose in non-covid times I would feel differently about this place. So maybe I'll give it another chance after this is all over, but until then stars seems fair.
