He and his staff always start with a consultation to make sure they fully understand what type of tattoo, what questions you have and your vision. Freddy also makes a mock up to check placement on where you want it as well. During the tattoo process, they also checks in with you make sure everything is going ok, and you like what you see. They make you feel really comfortable and at ease. Freddy has been doing tattoos for quite some time, so he is super knowledgable on his craft and he definitely delivers! We called and messaged the shop multiple times trying to see if they were open, no response. We were worried about losing our deposit money, as they were not very friendly the first time we were there, so we drove almost an hour there at our schedule appointment time. They're closed. We did not receive a call the day after, or the day after that. No one reached out to reschedule our appointments, or to apologize about not informing us the shop would be closed. When we finally got in contact with them, they told us they might not to refund our deposits to us. It took over a week of back and forth calls to finally get our money back. Only leaving two stars because the tattoos from the first time look fine. Other than that I will not be returning due to the unprofessional service and rude attitude from our tattoo artist.

I should've got up and walked away when I realized the lack of sterile procedure and preparation. He had to re pierce my nostril 3 times cause he didn't use the right gauge/jewelry. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and when it came time for me to actually tattoo, Dave exceeded my expectations in design. It was so dope. During the session, we watched two movies on the huge projectors in the shop. We were in a temp space, I think, as they were renovating the main place. Either way, everyone I interacted with was super kind, really funny, and just all around great people. I left kind of sad as we had spent 4 hours pretty much kickin it while I got my tat. I felt the need to get a nose piercing and found Pino Bros through Yelp. I walked in and it was pretty busy, but I immediately was greeted by someone at the front and was taken care of (already impressed). The guy that greeted me told me that it would only be a few minutes because someone was ahead of me which was fine. I didn't mind. I only waited maybe 8 minutes until Aaron walked up to me and introduced himself. He immediately made me feel comfortable and I knew it was going to be a great experience.
