It's not huge inside, but it carries a surprising variety of vitamins, supplements and natural medications, among other things. There's even a spot in the back for aromatherapy oils, etc if you're looking for that too. I didn't get the name of the woman working here, but she was very friendly and chatty, talking all about different products and benefits of them and such - but never in a pushy, 'forcing you to buy things you didn't want' manner. The place was a little dark inside, but it was probably because the power was out, and they were running off a generator - I'll have to check and compare the next time I'm back. Some of the prices are somewhat more expensive then other places for the same products, a lot of them are very competitive against what you'd pay other places for them. I'm okay paying a little more though if I can find all the things I'm looking for in one convenient little store. LIke I mentioned the place is small and tucked way in the back of the shopping center, it's easy to miss when you first drive by if you're not really looking for it so be sure to be paying attention.

There's the bookstore -- which is small and mighty, then you come upon the most eclectic grocery store where they have natural, healthy foods -- including a whole little drug store and a really cool place to get so much honey and some really interesting vinegar options. I go in to pick up mine, because right next door is a shop that carries high end supplements my doctor has me using, with brands such as Xymogen, Thorne, etc, and at great prices! (I don't know if that shop is associated with Key.) I've never had any problems with their service in all the years I've used them, and they're always helpful, friendly, professional, and accomodating, with good pricing. What more could you ask for? As for reviewers who've chosen to give bad reviews because they *choose* not to have a business location or staff who can sign for their deliveries, or home delivery without a cooled drop-box... well, that's your choice.

I got a compound cream in a clicker. It disbursed very little cream. I asked the pharmacist if this…read morelooks right and showed him how little came out. He confirmed. This week i picked up the same cream with one less ingredient. However, the main medication was the same ml potency and so was the base. This time I got flimsy syringes with cream in it. I used exactly the amount they showed me and it was 6 times as much as the first cream amount. I went back and talked to another pharmacist. She was not able to tell me why there is a difference. I showed her the amount of the cream coming out of the clicker telling her that another person there confirmed the amount would me pin head size. She told me the clicker is empty. I asked for an explanation why there would be such a difference in amount of cream. She could not provide an answer and kept asking me what i would like to happen. I just wanted to know if i was given the wrong dose before or now so I know if that i am using the correct amount. She had a chip on her shoulder when she first greeted me and was unwilling to take the time to make check and see what was going on with the different prescriptions. They have things like beard oil, mustache wax and hold the phone... horehound candy? This was something my grandma enjoyed and it's extremely rare to even find it. Yes, it tastes very intense and is from a completely different era but at one time it was common place in drug stores.
