After the female employee rang me up I started walking out the door and looked on receipt and found that she did not take half off the rx bar. I politely told her what happened. Her response? "I don't memorize all the bars" in a snarky tone. What the heck? She then walked over to the rx bars and pointed to the sign and said "it isn't for individual bars it is for the whole box". Nowhere did the sign say that but whatever- I am not going to argue over a dollar. I hate confusing and deceitful sale tags like that but whatevs. What made me most concerned? The employee who made the rude comment is a manager (I saw her name tag but I'm not going to call her out by name here). If the manager talks like this to customers, what are the other employees doing? How about, "I'm sorry, let me take a look at that for you"?
