They should rename themselves and hand over the crown to Jesse as he is the King of forklifts. I contacted Jesse about a broken forklift. He promptly responded to my request and gave me upfront pricing before anything happened. He was super friendly when he arrived, explained everything, super knowledgeable, finished his work, did not push other services, and now I have a forklift running like brand new at a price I am happy with. The offers I was given were nowhere near competitive, and instead of working with me, the sales staff came across as very pushy. It wasn't until I told them I was taking my business elsewhere that their attitude completely changed. As I was leaving the dealership, the general manager was informed that I was walking away. He actually ran out to my vehicle and suddenly offered me the exact type of deal they had refused to consider while I was sitting at the negotiating table. That left me wondering why I had to threaten to leave before they were willing to earn my business. If those offers were available all along, why not present them honestly from the beginning? It made the entire experience feel more like a sales tactic than a genuine attempt to help a customer. I believe dealerships should be transparent and treat customers fairly from the start, not only after they've decided to leave. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I sent an inquiry to Betts truck parts through their website. Next day I received a call from Hector. He said they could help with the leaf springs issues. While working on the suspension, the tech noticed the equalizers were worn and in bad shape. Hector let me source the parts locally same day because I needed the trailer back for work next day.
