The job wasn't done properly at all. The leak continued after a small amount of driving. I hired another mechanic and the two of us decided to investigate and fix the leak. We took the cover off only to discover that there was no Gasket!! This is why it was leaking. I payed all of the money for the hourly rate only to have the problem not fixed. They had my vehicle for over a month, when I picked it up I opened the door only to discover there were parts left on the drivers seat. The parts were missing some bolts and nuts. I had to return to the shop and have one of the employees help me find the missing pieces. I put things back together myself, but what a blunder on their end. They installed a new Fuel Sending Unit as well, but that started to Leak and I had to properly replace and Install another Gasket. One last thing, someone at the shop was taking my vehicle out and about. I know this because when I left it there the first time my vehicle had a full tank. When I picked it up a quarter of a tank was missing. I thought maybe I was imagining it. So I filled it up a second time when I brought it back to them. Sure enough when I picked it up, it was down about a quarter of a tank. My tank holds a lot of fuel so it wasn't just them test driving it. This happed Twice. Businesses like this one have way too many vehicles in their shop. This is why these things happen, they are not able to do jobs properly because they are under pressure and doing too much. Start saying No we are too busy and don't be greedy! Pass on this shop and find yourself a Better automotive shop. I think the family is full of nice people, but the work is Unprofessional.

I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I figured I'd have to pay more for the convenience of having him come to me and for the speedy service but it was the opposite. What a pleasant surprise! I will never use another mechanic again.

He was super patient with me (I am not automobile inclined) as we tried to diagnose my issue over the phone so that he could give me an accurate quote. I truly believe that any mechanic I have ever met, including my own brother, would have found a way to shake some coin off of me before helping me solve a problem, but Nick was up front about the prices (more than reasonable) and knowledgeable, giving me some troubleshooting ideas and a few options to best accomodate me. I won't bore you with the details (I have a small leak in my hydraulics), but I appreciate that he didn't insist that I make repairs, like a doctor or a dad would do. And he wanted to know how my troubleshooting worked out, calling him back either way, like a date dropping you off at your house and waiting for you to turn on your porch light to make sure you're safe. They were able to help diagnose my problems. They found a few other things that I was not aware of what is most important to me is that they showed me exactly what was going on they explained it to me in a way that I could understand and we're extremely friendly. These guys are Masters at the craft. They helped me prioritize what was most important but also worked with me to stay in my budget. I have a list of future work that they also helped me prioritize. I want to keep my 7.3 diesel on the road for a long time this is the place to get it done. I'll be returning there pretty soon to rebuild my front end and a few other things that needed to get done. Dan is very helpful and patient so please be patient with him. Allow yourself some extra time but trust me this is the place you want to go with your Ford diesel. I hang out with a few other guys that also have 7.3 diesel engines. This is gonna be our spot. I think even more importantly is that each thing that was explained helped me leave with a better working knowledge of my engine. They even gave me very solid maintenance advice that I could either bring to them or do you want my own. The generator would require service but should run fine. There were no manuals included with the trailer. With Onan, everyone points to the carb. While camping, our friends tried to get it running - no luck. Back home we tried to rebuild the carb - no luck. Everyone says to try the new carb from Amazon - no luck. Called WeGo2U and they made it run. They checked the charging output from the generator, as well as helping us understand the electrical panel and battery shut off switch.
