I had a solid base for my nails but left with thick flat nails. Uneven "deep" French lines. At every step that I provided guidance on what I wanted Lynn didn't understand and just proceeded forward. She would check in with me to see if I liked it I would tell her no and what to correct/change and no luck. At one point she began to rush to finish my nails. Not gonna lie I'd be annoyed too if someone was correcting my work - but this is a customer service business. Choppy job and significantly unsatisfied. Overall, ridiculously long amount of time to leave with results that look like this. Recommend if you do come here ask for a young nail tech because they seem to know what they're doing and their clients left happy and loving their nails. Tip to the business: teach your techs how to properly apply hard gel & a DEEP French so you don't get these results.

It will take atleast 3-6 months for the nail damage to grow out. Posting a before and after picture for your reference. Update: it's the next day and my nail is already breaking and snagging thanks to the misuse of the e-file on my natural nails. This will be a long process to undo the damage that has been done.

It seemed like there was street parking outside, not sure about any nearby lots or garages... it is a ~10-15 min walk to the crystal city metro. BTW - they do accept AMEX - i know some salons don't. I think my mani turned out great! I already had short nails, so there wasn't much to work with lol. She did 2 base coats, 3 layers of color, and 1 top coat. The real test will be how long it lasts, because my gel never lasts 2 weeks! I would definitely come back!
