What threw me off was when the girl who started doing my hair had someone else belong I guess they have assistants now to help with hair ? Usually when I've gotten my hair down the last it was only one stylist doing my hair but here there's helpers so it's not just the hair stylist . Little confusing when it came time to tip because it's basically an extra person I didn't plan on tipping . The end trust of my hair was definitely how k wanted so no complaints ! Single process meaning just a root touch up, but that is not written on the ad. I paid an additional $25 and was told of the increase as soon as I sat down, so no deception. Just wish I knew prior to the appointment. I also did not know there was a 4% fee for credit cards. Unfortunately did not see any wording on website to inform me of this fee. Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. Please note, there are no prices posted in the store, on a website or in a brochure.

The salon uses good products that do not stink of chemicals. People that work there are friendly. The sinks where you get your hair washed are supportive. Normally, I dread the sink as its uncomfortable for my neck, but not here. Totally comfortable. I don't know the science behind it, but I appreciate it.
