Despite my limited Spanish (shame on me) I was able to explain what I wanted to do and Lusmary gave me what I needed. I sat in the chair and watched her attack my hair like a Dominican Edward Scissorhands (no shade, a great movie)... In an hour I was completely transformed and the process was more than affordable. No other salon will even touch me to correct it as I'm told what's left of my hair that didn't break off is too weak to put more color on it. An absolute mess. Amy had no idea what she was doing. Blonde tured into a redhead n most of my hair broke off about an inch off the ends. Owner did refund all but tip was was a total of $320! Beware is all I can say.

What threw me off was when the girl who started doing my hair had someone else belong I guess they have assistants now to help with hair ? Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. Please note, there are no prices posted in the store, on a website or in a brochure.

I had my hair done by two other stylists. I'm really picky about my hair and I just felt as though they couldn't get it quite right. Especially my bangs... they are "whispy"... not full! I always seem to have a difficult time conveying what that means. I've noticed that the owner of the salon has gotten much friendlier since my first review, and the salon continues to carry good products and make excellent lattes! I think this salon has a lot of potential, they just need to recruit new talent.
