I have to say that this is the best iteration of her spaces so far. It is a well oiled machine. Marina is an exceptional talent and she is passing on her skills and knowledge to her crew. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Staff calling you by name throughout the visit although you've just met (I see you Ari), and offering tea or coffee while you wait for your color to process makes you feel so at home. And the end result is always amazing. For me the goal is to cover grays and get a breezy mid length layered cut...and Marina hits it out of the park every single visit.

The receptionist said she would ask the owner, Marina, if an exception could be made, and she refused, so I chose not to book. After being a loyal client for so many years, the lack of flexibility and customer service was really disappointing.
