I do not recommend doing business at this place. I brought several guns here that I inherited when my father passed so they could be shipped where I live in California. Ryan, the general manager, helped me from the beginning, but it took several weeks and unanswered emails to finally get the guns delivered. The biggest issue was one of the guns was not legal in California. He offered to buy the gun for a very small amount after it was returned, but wanted to charge me for shipping it back to this facility. I thought that was ridiculous since it is their responsibility as an FFL when sending guns to another state. I sent several emails asking why I would be responsible with no response. I finally retuned today to find out that my gun was sold without my authorization. I never gave permission for the sell and on top of that never received a payment from them if he did "think" I gave permission to sell it. Shady business or maybe just a shady employee: read more

Dominion Defense is a great place to pick up magazines or hard-to-find ammunition types, so if you're already set in the firearms department but just need some accessories, this is a good place to stop by. Came here out of boredom this past Saturday to check out the shop. The store is located around the back of the complex it's located in and has plenty of lot parking right outside its doors. We were greeted upon entering and the service was consistently friendly throughout the visit. Of note was their "wall o' magazines" for every make and model imaginable. I did not pass up a chance to pick up some Magpul 40 rd AR magazines, an AR magazine connector, and a 33 rd Glock 19X magazine, all of which have become increasingly hard to find in recent times. Locked and loaded! While I wasn't on the hunt for any specialty ammo types, they definitely had a fair selection of them for a shop of this size. Prices are pretty much market. The firearm selection itself was unfortunately very like most other gun stores in the area: sparse and focused mainly on AR variants and common handguns. I can appreciate that they focus on what sells, but if you have only common items then you don't really set yourself apart in any meaningful way. Overall, I was glad to give Dominion Arms a try and would definitely return for more magazines in the future. Cool little shop! The shop itself has good deals on glocks but I will never use them as an FFL again. Took two weeks of asking consistently to get a tracking number for a gun I shipped from them leaving me and the gun buyer in the dark for that time. If looking to buy a glock from the store however, you can probably find a good deal. read more

Dominion Defense is definitely a gem. Sometimes, I pop in just because. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly (a trait that it VERY hit or miss in gun stores). Their ammo prices are fair & the target prices are better than online so stop here before and after heading to the range. I found Dominion Defense LLC as a 4.5 star so reputable place to buy my first ever handgun. For the 2nd time our condo building was robbed in the basement storage unit. Our locks cut. I needed to keep my family safe. So I was looking for a small home defense/automotive defense weapon. I will make this short. I failed to look into prices and whatnot. Didnt think I was going to buy right then...but l believed Kim was an honest person who would realize that it isn't just the weapon sale. It was $389 for a $325 gun. It wasn't until I went to register it that I saw thar it was $310 - $335. NOT $389 ANYWHERE. I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I called and spoke to the owner about getting some merch like maybe a holster...or a pack of bullets. NOPE. The lesson here is to educate myself before purchasing anything. Which I normally do. They will never get a nickel out if me ever again. I could have been a life long customer if that man on the phone would have thrown in a cheap holster or a pack of practice bullets. Let me start by saying I don't ever leave reviews but the experience I had here was so good I feel that it's definitely needed. Went in looking for the Springfield Hellcat and couldn't have ask for a better experience! They were all beyond friendly and knowledgeable on their stuff. I think it's fair to say this store relies heavily on gouged margins, gun shows, and gunbroker for its income. The staff are great and friendly. I have been helped by Clayton, Amie and Kayla. Every time I've gone there to pick up any firearm, Ammo or had a question, they were super helpful. Clayton even helped with a recoil spring for my keltec and sights for my Glock. The shop has the cutest dog (Maxine) who is a sweet as pie. They are all knowledgeable and helpful with the purchasing/trading process. They made it simple and easy when they bought a revolver from me I no longer needed. Enough bashing, Dominion Defense is owned by a couple who are rarely absent in my few outings there and they let the front desk staff handle business. This is good because the front desk staff seems to be solid, friendly.....yes, gun folks that are friendly....you heard it right, and thoroughly knowledgeable. I wish there was a bit more light for viewing and that their prices were pre-COVID, but.....well, cant blame folks for passing on the high prices this industry is experiencing currently. The ad in Armslist says they just arrived at that warehouse location, so time will tell how it evolves. Give them a shot! read more
