Dr. Gigi (recently left and is missed) explained what was happening and how the treatment plan I was on would help. By week 2 I was walking again with no pain and could see a big improvement in lower limb pains. I also love the staff. By the time the lawyer and Norview Chiropractor finished with their payments. My husband and I together didn't receive 10,000 out of the 32,500 between the 2 of us. So take my advice. Very disappointed with this office as they came highly recommended…read more I was seeking care due to old injuries becoming inflamed and new symptoms brought on by third trimester of pregnancy. I scheduled my initial visit online and had to pay a $50 deposit. The same day I scheduled I received a call from the doctor to go over my specific concerns a bit more. I was also told that at the initial appointment I would owe an additional $150. This $200 total was to cover the consultation, exam, and report of findings (which they make you schedule a whole separate appointment for). During this phone call I asked for a range of what the care plan would cost and if they offered military discount and was assured that we would go over that information at the second appointment. I went to the initial appointment and that was fine. I was given multiple pamphlets to read and sent home with an additional questionnaire to fill out before the next appointment. I was told to come back about a week later for my results. I came back and my results were given to me. I was presented 4 months of chiropractic care with a price tag of $3,200. However, if I paid it all upfront that same day it could be as low as $2,500. I was told with the lower option the adjustments would be $55 and the re-exam (which they REQUIRE every 10-12 adjustments) would be $75. They recommend you bring your spouse to this results appointment (likely to pressure you into purchasing the package that day) however thankfully, for this instance, my husband is deployed so I said that I would have to talk to him before making any decision since I am currently not working and this was wildly beyond our budget. I was told that I could still get adjusted that day, but I would pay $75 for the adjustment. I told them I was not interested in that because again, that price is absolutely outrageous. The doctor told me that since I did not make a decision and needed to speak with my husband that I can go up to the front and schedule a "consultation" to come back when I decide that I want their care and can pay for it at that point before she took the results from me to scan in at the front desk (so I would have to stop at the front before leaving). The receptionist kept trying to get me to schedule the consultation which I continued to decline because in my head, I already knew the answer. Surprisingly after a couple times of saying no she accepted it and then said "I'll put a reminder in here to call you Friday to discuss so neither of us forget". So all in all, they pulled a major bait and switch. Their website specifically says that they will not turn people away due to finances, which gave me the impression that their prices were fair and reasonable. I even fore warned on the initial phone call that we would be asking for a military discount and stated that I was currently unemployed (because they do ask about you and your partners employment). When stepping into the office it felt like a sales tactic through and through. They boast that adjustments "only take 5-10 minutes" but then want to charge you anywhere between $55-75 per adjustment, give me a break. Also the reevaluation/exam that is required takes an extra 15 minutes and they raise the price on that too. And if you have the courage to actually tell them no, or that you're not sure, they will still push. So now, I am out $200 with no benefit, no adjustment, no pain relief. Nothing. Very disappointing because of all the reviews that they have here, I was hopeful that I could get some help. Most disappointed in the fact that their website specifically says "will not turn anyone away due to financial reasons, it is our commitment to the community to provide care for everyone." However, they will not work with you when you say that you can't afford it and they do not take insurance. I am really upset that I let them take $200 from me, for no reason because I can't afford their care in the long run.

I was determined to find a center such as this after months of shoulder pain and a subsequent rotator cuff surgery. I did not want yet another clinic where you are evaluated by a PT and then treated through PTAs and I felt like a number after the initial consultation. PTAs are very knowledgeable and work very hard but the PT must monitor them to ensure safety and proper protocols. My previous experience with same shoulder at a chain type clinic was so poor and I made little to no progress. Also, as a retired nurse with a lot of exposure to therapists in the clinical settings, I knew good therapy and fair therapy. I vowed I'd work to find the best this time. The whole experience here was amazing. The staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and personal and they truly have a team approach and everyone knows the plan of care and follows it. They are friendly, inviting and appear invested in really helping their patients at every level. I always felt listened to, respected and confident that I was in good hands. I drove 30 minutes to my appointments and will continue to again when/if I need therapy. I'd rather feel like I'm getting not only a lot out of my investment of time and money than mediocre care for convenience. The gym has many types of equipment to use and they use many helpful modalities such as TENS unit, ice, heat, traction, massage etc which is sometimes not even offered in other PT settings. I never once felt like a number or that they were rushing me or any other client in and out. The patients were progressing and they too seemed to appreciate their care. Health care professionals KNOW good care when they see it and this facility is top notch. Also, the front desk staff were always professional and responsive which is another positive for this type of business.

I was very concerned about not having a working machine in time, so I contacted Dr. Barot who was actually on vacation, and he made sure his team (Alex and Lois) were able to action immediately to help ensure something was found. I was able to get a replacement BIPAP machine this afternoon, even with the supply chain issues currently impacting supply. All because Dr. Barot cares about his patients. You are then taken back to have your blood pressure and O2 checked. After that you are taken to the back room with four pods that will massage you while you are receiving the drip. I love that the lights are dim, the music is soft , they provide you with a soft fluffy blanket to keep you comfortable. They have new owners and have added oxygen while you are receiving your treatment. Sooooo relaxing. Normally I get the Revitalizer but after speaking with Lauren decided on the Glow. I just cant seem to get it right- these have given me an additional small boost of energy. I am looking forward to using all of my injections in my package and getting on a regular regimen to see definite results. The staff is very sweet, and makes every effort to get you in and out quickly. I can't speak on the drips, because I have yet to get one. The worst thing about this place is the parking, it is side-by-side with a cantina, and it's kind of always busy. So just be patient.
