I had suffered severe back pain, i.e., sciatica, scoliosis, and degenerative disc disease, (L3,4,5, & S1). My initial evaluation by the doctor was very warm and congenial. I can surmise from my visit that the doctor was concerned about my entire physical, mental, and emotional well-being. His holistic approach to my overall musculoskeletal system was revolutionary. Make no mistake though they are tough on you and will work you for sure but are very understanding when its too much or hurting. I've not met anyone or been to the other facilities, but have spoken on the phone with many of them due to my job and anyone I've talked to has always been helpful and extra friendly. Had I gotten regular insurance it would have been 1050 a month with a 10,000 deductible. That was the least expensive! I needed a cortisone shot in my foot which Dr. Maloof had performed several times and was excellent in his precision. I needed to self pay and was told by their manager"Missy" that the practice would not see me even though I offered to pay upfront. She wouldn't even ask Dr. Maloof to see me. I could not believe this. At a time when insurance is off the charts, why would this be their policy? This is what happens when medicine is handled like a cooperation!

My appointment was with Christina Curtis, who passed me off to Hadley E Monteith. Hadley E Monteith did not want to treat me because I brought my 4yr old Grand daughter. I explained her father is deployed & we don't have a sitter. My granddaughter sits in the corner with her tablet or video game, she is well behaved, and has a little backpack with snacks. Seriously who is she hurting? The appointments aren't even long, Hadley E Monteith, said things like "i didn't know you were bringing her" & "who watches her when you work".
