Poor service, predatory towing.. Said vehicle was over the line and someone else may have needed to park. There was 33 open spots at the hour they towed the vehicle and there was a visible registered hang tag in the window.

While watching a truck get towed from my neighborhood the driver of this truck opened vehicle and begun to search inside as if he was looking for something to steal for what seemed more than 2-3 minutes. Clearly safety isn't their priority as they didn't even strap the truck till they left the community, or they were rushing in order to now allow the owner the opportunity to come outside and pay a drop fee... shady tactic Dominion, keep it up.

Predatory towing. Purposely tows at night and on weekends, when management isn't available all to make an extra buck. After my visitor being towed last month I was told by this company and my proper management to provide my parking pass to my visitor and as long as I was parked in MY reserved space I would not be towed because my vehicle is on record for my property. They did not honor this and my car was towed from my reserved space. I've called and they informed me that I must pay the 300 dollar fee and if I have issues I can contact management after the weekend however I will not be reimbursed. If I wait till management is back in after the weekend the fee will go up. This is ridiculous cuídate your protocols. IF MY CAR IS ON FILE AND IN ITS RESERVED SPACE I PAY EXTRA FOR IT SHOULD NOT BE TOWED! Update: upon returning my car to its proper spot I saw tire marks so I investigated its tires and found cuts to the rear tire that was just replaced. Extremely unprofessional.

Wow, Dominion took my Brother in Laws vehicle at 1:45am double parked in front of my townhouse. He was here 20 minutes and his truck was gone and the tow sign has the smallest lettering under the FFX Co Non Emergency Number. We never had this issue before in this community. I will be reporting you all to my HOA and might even file a civil suit. No wonder you all are under investigation by the Attorney General of Virginia. Shady business practices. You all are bunch of crooks and thieves. I wouldn't use you all if I absolutely needed you. Lakewood Hills No. 1

they are real theft. At 11:58 they charged 30$ extra before mindnight because it was a holiday.

I had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman representing this company, as he was about to tow my car from my HOA community parking lot. He went out of his way convincing me that I was wrong to be upset about him extorting $50 to not steal my car. "I've been doing this for a very long time", the gentleman insisted - "I know what I'm doing. I am right and you're wrong." The fine gentleman was visibly offended when I called him out on their predatory towing, and pretty much went on to say that they're doing God's work. He even wished me a good evening (after taking the insignificant $50). Our HOA president, Raquel, is friends with this towing company, so it's no surprise that the rules are favoring the towing company, and not the homeowners. To Ashley: Your business has a 1.5 star rating, with almost every review describing it as a predatory towing company - you're in denial. After I showed the permit, that should've been the end of story - not "give me $50 to release your car" - preying on someone to make a mistake, then forcefully holding their property for ransom - that's a predatory practice. Wishing a good evening is indeed a polite thing to do - that doesn't change the fact that he had just extorted my $50. It's like a house robber wishing you a good evening on their way out, after hand-cuffing you and stealing your belongings. The only difference is that you guys have figured out a way to steal legally - you guys are thieves and our HOA is your accomplice. There's a special place in hell for people like you, and you know it.

It was in a legal spot but the reserved spot wasn't all the way blacked out like it should have been, no fault to the tow company.

When the driver, Franko, arrived, he asked if the car would start. I explained that it would not and that it would need to be jump-started. He successfully jump-started the vehicle and then attempted to drive it onto the flatbed. However, my car's front lip was dragging on the ramp. I asked him if he had the proper ramps or extensions needed to safely load a low-clearance vehicle. He told me he only had one board because people sometimes take equipment from his truck. He then asked if I wanted him to continue driving the car onto the flatbed. I told him no because I did not want my front bumper damaged. Wanting to help resolve the situation, I contacted my apartment maintenance staff and asked if they had any extra 2x4 boards that could be used. They agreed and immediately brought them over. While we were waiting just a few minutes for maintenance to arrive, Franko stated that he could not wait any longer because they were busy and that I would need to contact my insurance company to request another tow truck. At that point, he had already begun raising the flatbed to leave. I called the phone number on the truck, and the representative told me essentially the same thing--that they were busy and could not say when they would be able to send another driver. During that phone call, my maintenance technician arrived with the 2x4 boards. Franko told me to wait while he finished his call. A few minutes later, he lowered the flatbed, used the 2x4s, and successfully loaded my vehicle onto the truck without damaging it. This demonstrated that the situation could have been resolved with just a little patience instead of threatening to leave and requiring me to arrange another tow. Before he departed, I handed Franko my car key and specifically instructed him--both verbally and by text message--to give the key directly to Chris Hazard, the manager at Toyota. I even texted him Chris Hazard's name and phone number to ensure there would be no confusion. Franko acknowledged my instructions and said, "Okay." Unfortunately, that is not what happened. While he did deliver my vehicle to the dealership, he simply handed the keys to an employee instead of asking for Chris Hazard as instructed. Because of this, I never received confirmation that my vehicle had arrived. I ultimately had to ask a friend to drive to the dealership to verify that my car had been delivered. My friend confirmed that the vehicle was there but also confirmed that Franko did not ask for the manager and simply handed the keys to a random Toyota employee. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I scheduled my tow in advance, yet the driver arrived without the proper equipment to safely load my vehicle, attempted to leave rather than work through the issue, and then failed to follow my clear delivery instructions. As a customer, I should not have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism or be left worrying whether my vehicle was delivered safely because the driver chose not to follow simple instructions. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed so that future customers do not experience the same lack of preparation and professionalism.

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE…read more I called to ask the cost to move my car a short distance off the highway. After I gave my location, I was told a driver was "on the way" but couldn't be dispatched unless I provided my credit card. Only then was I quoted up to $350, which I immediately declined, refused to give my card for, and told her to cancel the driver and the entire transaction because I would call someone else. Despite being told the driver wouldn't be sent without payment info, he still showed up and towed my car. The driver himself was great and professional. He agreed to $200, but once we arrived (a two-minute drive), he called his boss and suddenly raised the price to $250. I refused to pay the increased amount. At that point, his boss got on the phone, spoke to me disrespectfully, and threatened to take my car back if I didn't pay the higher price. He also made comments like, "I'm sure you'll find someone else," and "I'm sure you have someone who can do it for free." The bosses name is SHAHRIAR SALARTASH, he spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and try to make it seem like it's my fault they hadn't moved my car for less than a mile and we're trying to charge me 50 extra dollars out of nowhere. Overall, the experience felt misleading, pressured, and unprofessional from start to finish.
