We've ordered from here several times because it's the only one that delivers in this side of bay point and we've ALWAYS been disappointed. The last time we ordered, it took over an hour and a half to get pizza delivered and were only compensated with a coupon that lasted only a week. As of a few minutes ago we had ordered 3 medium pizzas, all three with 2 different toppings each. All were delivered with only pepperoni even though we were charged for the 2 toppings. We had two people call to be put on hold for over 20 minutes. We understand fridays are busy and it's very possible they're short staffed, but this is the worst service we've gotten from any Dominos. here is the thing with Dominos IMO, its not the Taj Mahal of pizzerias, right? so everyone expecting to be blown away on a 7.99 three topping pizza when online ordering is crazy. however, i placed my first online order last night for just that and guess what? I was blown away. I picked this place because my grandsons wanted pizza so i took a cheap pizza short cut and went with Dominos. I asked that it be ready at 5:15 and when i walked through the door at 5:13 i was greeted so politely by one of the managers, his name is Angelo, and he said "pizza and chicken bites?" and I said "yes" and he said I am boxing that up for you right now. Then he brought the pizza to the counter and asked if i would l like to look at it before I leave to ensure my happiness. what?? So I looked at the pizza and it was better looking than I had imagined. to top if off, it tasted just as good as it looked. Angelo, thank you for taking pride in your product and for going the extra step in customer satisfaction. I don't know when the next time I will be in your area and looking for pizza, but when I am, I will be looking for you. Great job! read more

Super mad at this dominos. Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery . Waited for 2 hours and decided to give them a call.. was On hold for 17 minutes and someone finally answered the phone. Person who answered the phone was super unprofessional telling me "I don't know I just got here" when I asked about my pizzas. Then he told me the pizzas had been sitting there for 45 minutes and that I can come pick them up if I wanted. (I had ordered for delivery). I told them you know what, I'm on my way just run them through the oven so they won't be cold. I get there and the "manager" hands me my cold pizza and says.. "sorry about that I can give you a 3 dollar discount" I thought it was a joke... it was no time to be joking as I had ordered my pizza at 540 and it was now 740. Again I asked if they can please run the pizzas through the oven to get them warm and he looked at me and said "is that what you want to do" .. at that point I just asked for a refund and got the hekk out of there. We have recently ordered pizza from here twice. We had a great experience both times. One was at a normal dinner time and another was at 11:30 pm. Both times our pizzas were hot and fresh, made perfectly, and delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery was friendly. Thanks to Raquel! read more

Had really high hopes for this place, but it has disappointed me. I just ordered a pizza with garlic bread but it never arrived. I called again to find out what happened to my order and they said they never received it, but they charged me for it. Hopefully I get it refunded, but my advice is don't got anywhere near this place. Find another pizza service with better customer service. read more

Wow. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My teen loves to order from dominos weekly. We just moved to bay point so it's time for a new dominos. Holy hell. What a joke this place is. The first time our deep dish came raw and SWIMMING in sauce. Well we ordered today at 3:54 pm. It's now 6:19 and Still no pizza. My son called around 4:45 saying we haven't received the pizza, he was told that the app was down and the pizza was on its way. Another 40 minutes go by. I call. First I got left on hold for 10 minutes. It's a Friday night. Pizza places are busy. So I let it go. Then when the guy finally gets on the phone he first says we have no order, then can't find it. Then finds it and says that no one answered the door..... uhm my kid was hanging out in the front room waiting and I have 2 100lb dogs that let me know when someone gets here. Hell the neighbors know when someone is here... I ask to speak to the manager because I don't want food that sat under heat lamps delivered. I'm a food and beverage manager I don't need food in and out of a heat lamp to give us all food poisoning. Sooooooo instead of him getting the manager he leaves me on hold for 25 MINUTES!!! At that point I was just sitting there to see how long they would leave me on hold... finally I hung up and called back and they didn't even say hello just put the phone down... Clearly doing it on purpose... hung up and called back once again to get put on hold. Not asked. Told I was being put on hold. I really hope this isn't a corporate business because I will be emailing online also. It's one thing to mess up and not deliver it but to be so rude to leave me on hold is inexcusable..... WORST SERVICE EVER. No wonder you guys have two stars you have no idea how to give good customer service. read more

everytime i order their pasta bowls they are small doesnt even fill half the bowl with product ordered it in a bread bowl and all i got was a handful of pasta and a half cooked dough bowl . they need to do better im not going back ill take the ride to walnut creek dominoes first read more
