A few things to note: the drive-through is for pre-order from the App pick up only. You can have bottled drinks or you can have soda fountain drinks. There are bags of chips available to order. When ordering know that they only prepare the cold sandwiches in front of you, the hot sandwiches are prepared on the grill that is down the back and hard to see. They have a process called Mike's Way where your sandwich has tomato, lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar, oregano, and salt and pepper added to it. We decided to go this route and it was delicious. Everything was clean and maintained well. The staff was very nice. The food tasted good. The staff is still learning the menu. You may have to remind them that certain things go on the sandwich, like bacon. Also, the team that was wrapping the hot sandwiches was a little more aggressive in their wrapping and your sandwich may be slightly squished like ours was.
