We had the pepperoni & Rosemary pizza and the sausage & carmelized onion pizza. Both were delicious. We placed our order using their online system and arrived 5 minutes late the "ready time", but they were so busy we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. No big deal. If you like thin crust delicious pizza then make this one of your stops. The goat cheese pizza was amazing and lite. If pizza isn't your jam they also had pasta and salad options and the reduced balsamic was perfect for our leftover crust. I can't believe that I haven't reviewed this food truck before because we have by now eaten hundreds of pizzas from here. I haven't tried every variation because I am one of those people who doesn't want chicken, pineapple, white sauce, BBQ sauce, pulled pork, or any other such nonsense on my pie. Yeah, I've got my issues, but even so, there are still so many offerings that I do enjoy, including some of the seasonal fruit ones. The crust is always perfect, and that's really saying something for a wood-fired oven on a trailer - I have nothing but respect for Frank and his crew. The service is efficient and friendly and they have never made my order incorrectly. I almost always order online but you can also order at the window. To find them, check Facebook or their website - they stay current with that info. This isn't the cheapest pizza in town, but it's totally worth it. Just go and get some, already! read more

Tried Cucina Rustico for the first time , we got a margarita pizza to share , the pizza dough was incredibly light , chewy and thin ,it was perfect!! However the flavor on the pizza sauce was on the salty side , not the best I've ever had . I'd give this pizza place a second try for sure ! read more

We had the Pesto Chicken and the Chicken Alfredo. (It is not listed on the menu) We also got a side of Garlic Bread. Everything is so good that every bite is followed by an Mmmmm style groan. The pizzas are perfect sized to share, but good enough to snarf down by yourself. Price is fair but on the higher scale. I got 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads for $50.
