The pizza was terrible! Tasteless! The manager is extremely RUDE! She obviously hates her job and people. The garlic knots were doughy in the middle. Next time I go out for pizza, I will go to the grocery store and buy a frozen pizza! It tastes better and customers are treated better. read more

Condensed, but a long story! I urge my neighbors to boycott the Moneta Domino's! Here's why: I have used Dominos for years and until recently have been satisfied. They have some of the best honey BBQ wings around my area. I have always ordered delivery from the Moneta, VA store with no issues. Just a few weeks ago, my delivery was canceled because the manager found out that an ex-employee was dating my room mate. I contacted the manager of this store and am very displeased! Apparently the ex-employee posed no threat to anyone at the store, it was just a personal grudge from the district manager. So...I was told that because he stays with my room mate, I can no longer get delivery. That is the biggest bunch of bull I have ever heard. I have contacted corporate to discuss and they apparently don't care enough to get back with me. I urge people to boycott the Dominos in Moneta, VA! Thank you for reading my review. We get carry out here at least once a week when we come to the lake. I have to eat Gluten free pizza and they have the BEST gluten free pizza that I've had. Lots of fresh toppings. We've never had anything but good service & good food there. Everything is always exactly as we ordered it on the app. We've tried everything except the salads and really liked everything. read more

This place is a hot mess. I called in an order for pickup, showed up to get it and there was a super long line and none of the workers were waiting on anyone. Then when someone finally decides to help everyone the kid was rude and at some point yelled back at the other staff demanding nobody answer the phones because they were too busy... awesome business tactics. The TV screen said that my order was ready but they couldn't find it anywhere. Finally they found it and told me that their register was down so they could only take cash. I didn't have any so he begrudgingly typed in my card info. When I finally got my food it was after about 20 min of waiting after the initial 20 minutes it was supposed to take. Someone behind me in like said "they better get this together or they'll be out of business soon" I couldn't agree more. There are a couple other places you can get pizza at the lake. We ordered tonight from store 4284 in Moneta Virginia, we went and picked up our order three pizzas to pepperoni one mushroom and brought it home to eat. upon eating a few slices from each it was nasty. Tasting like food lion brand when you don't even cook it all the way we called the store spoke to Tyler who said there was nothing he could do he got a little rude with us and we hung up he then proceeded to call us back saying I've never call again I guess will have to eat at Papa John's from now on which is a shame because you all had good pizza I don't know why tonight was different read more

I wanted delivery, but when I entered my address on their website it said they didn't deliver in my area. So I did pick up. It only took 15 minutes to make two medium pizzas and cinnamon knots. When I went to pick up my pizzas I asked them how far they deliver & they said only 12 minutes away--I live 13 minutes away! :( But the pizzas were good, and it didn't take long for them to make it. Well, I would review the restaurant except they didn't have anything that we wanted to order. Pasta? Nope, they're out of pasta. Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich? Nope, they're out of bacon. Matter of fact they are out of a lot of things since the truck that was supposed to be there 3 days ago never arrived. Hmmmm that's a long time to wonder where it went. That's a long time to realize you could probably buy the things you need at a nearby grocery store so your brand-new business doesn't sink into an abyss. We live nearby and have tried many of the items on the menu and their menu has just about anything you'd want including decent desserts. I order online and the orders have always been correct. Hot and tasty. It's a fast food type pizza place so don't buy it expecting gourmet type foods. If you're not in the mood to cook and want good hot fast food, this Dominos has never disappointed us. read more

Was excited to get pizza delivery at the lake, but they said my location (8.8 mi from their store) is out of range - after delivering to my house 2 times prior since they opened. They won't make it thru summer w a small radius like this. Papa Jon's, Pizza Hut, and Dominos in rocky mount deliver 20 Miles out. read more

A convenient option if you are in a hurry and want to pick something up, however no excuse to be seated to have to wait for the pizza that was already ready until the ladies get done chitchatting. After I paid they announced order is up, assumed had to be someone elses order, considering the cashier lady was busy chit chatting with others rather than checking what the order up meant. Finally one of them walked to check the ready order, that's been sitting there, just to find out that it was mine. read more
