Fantastic service, food is fresh and excellent, idk why it has a 2.7 star rating anytime I've ever ordered from here they're always on point

If I could I would leave zero stars. Not only do they not know how to take orders correctly.They don't know how to deliver pizza to places either. When I tried to have them fix the problem because they had my pizzas delivered to the wrong place they wouldn't do it. And the lady on the phone was rude and the other employee in the background she kept saying nasty things about me cause I was trying to have them give me my money back cause they deliveried my pizzas to the wrong place. And my son I ordered them for didn't get them. They wouldn't give me my money back or credit me for the pizzas. They told me to call the manager because they said that they couldn't give my money back for the pizzas that I had ordered but the manager could. The manager never got back to me either. This is the second time that has happened in a week and a half. Would recommend using any other dominoes or pizza joint besides this one. Very Disappointed On How They Talk to My Daughters & The Attitude They Threw At My Wife Over Some Parmesan Cheese. We Tried to Explain That we paid for everything Including a Tip But They Just Tried to Make My Daughters Sound Dumb & Even Argued With My Wife. Once I Got On The Phone I Was Told 3 different Names For The Manager & would Not Let Me Talk To Him Until he Called us back, The Manager Joe we thought He'd Be Helpful With Something Simple But He's Just As Bad If Not Worse Laughing On The Phone about the whole thing. I order delivery from this Domino's every single week. I have problems with what food I can and can not eat since I have long covid, and their cheesy bread is one of the only things I can eat! The delivery people are always so nice and fast. They aren't bothered by my five year old when he want to help me carry the food inside, and they usually aren't bothered by my noisy dogs either. Altogether, this is a great choice for quick takeout or delivery with accurate tracking of the delivery person via the Domino's App. Love it. read more

Last time I ordered from the store on broadway in idaho falls the pizza was just dropped of in the lobby of my building I was not notified I ordered the pizza at 7:15 for my 6 year old grandson after 3 phone calls pleading with the manager as to where it was finally a young woman knocked at my door at 9:30 blurting out to me I hope your fu.. ing happy lady you just got a single mother fired. Dominos usually does right. However this time I found a dust bunny attached to my lunch sandwich and have never been more disgusted. So much yuck! It had a 2 to 3 inch hair also sticking out of it. Entire order was wrong. We sat and waited 30 minutes for our order and absolutely none of it was correct. We were informed they were in a rush but they'd restart our order and "expedite" it. Not apologetic at all and couldn't even find our order even though the girl did remember taking it. I have a $8.00 credit already from them getting my order wrong last time. I'm done! read more

I ordered a carry out only pizza, my car would not start, I called them and asked if they could cancel it or deliver it, he said we can do any of those things. They delivered it to me within 15 minutes. Wonderful customer service and I have always loved there pizza. read more

My pizza is now 40 min late. I called to check on where it was, and the girl was very rude and said they are backed up... so the pizzas are all just sitting there. I asked if there would be any compensation and she said no. I asked to talk to a manager, and she said I couldn't because they were all busy. My husband wanted dominos today, being the manager at the best pizza place in town I was very very hesitant. He got home from picking it up and somehow they messed up and gave us a delivery orders bread and not his sandwich, they also forgot all of the sauces we ordered and paid for. I called and asked politely if maybe they got the boxes switched around and they were so confused and said they didn't even have a delivery for that address, I should add this young man was very nice to me and exactly what I would expect out of my own employees when answering a phone call like this. So eventually my husband went back to get the right order and return the bread, he got there and saw his name on a box and knew it was most likely his sandwich so he asked the young man I had talked to on the phone "hey is that my sandwich up there?" And before he could answer the girl manager was so rude to him and told him "no it's not and that they were remaking it" and then they all were hiding in the back like they were scared to own up to their mistake. Food was ok but Jesus Christ does that manager need some customer service training. My husband and I had a bad experience here last time we ordered for carry out. It was very upsetting to get our pizza so much later than when we had been estimated to pick it up, however the manager here made it right. This time our order was ready the second we got here and was absolutely delicious. We love their garlicky pizza crust, it goes great with their sauces and toppings. The employee by the name of "Lewis" working there is very rude and always saying discriminating comments! It's been brought up to the manager and apparently nothing has been done because it continues to happen! You know what they say, "the fish rots from the head". Tonight's pizza was above & beyond amazing! I went in for carry out & ordered two larges. Hawaiian & pepperoni with extra cheese. Nothing too crazy, but oh my goodness, they were not only super tasty but when I opened the boxes they were beautiful! Who describes pizza as beautiful, right?!! I called Dominos to order two XL pizzas, and the employee let me know that if I ordered online that I could take advantage of an online ONLY special...all pizzas were 50% off. He then helped me find the pizza I wanted online so I could take advantage of the special. We already loved Dominos pizza...now we love their customer service too! read more
