Great pizza, from what I've had so far they might be one of the best in the area (I'm from NYC so pizza is one of the ONLY things I miss about that place lol). Fairly new business so they're definitely a bit overwhelmed with customers atm, but they took the time to correct an order for us in the midst of a rush, which was very much appreciated. Not a lot of in-house seating which they may even expand upon, and hopefully they widen their delivery area a bit more once they're settled in. First time trying Marcos 40 min wait to find out delivery gave one of my item to his prior delivery. Called to have it refunded to find out employees cant do refunds got to call back next day for a manager. Don't recommend need better customer service. read more

wings were burnt and pizza was dry. I should've returned it right there and then, but it was already later in the day. I drove about 10 minutes to pick it up and I still have to automatically tip, unless I misread the computer screen. I don't understand these tips, who gets them? I asked one of the cashiers and she said that everyone that works here gets them. There was at least 9 to 10 people working that night, Friday night. so by that logic, if someone is taking a break or having lunch, they get your tip automatically. I'm refusing to tip if I have to go pick up my own food unless i'm actually dining in, then I will tip the server. ambience was fine. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but this really irritated me. I was at an auction a few months back and bought a family fun night out basket that included 2 passes to a local fun center and coupons for cinnasquares, cheesy bread and a medium pizza. When we showed up we were informed we could only use one item per visit which kind of defeats the purpose of family fun night. So I opted to use the medium pizza coupon and I guess save the others for another night. We needed a second pizza so I chose a large pepperoni magnifico which was advertised for 9.99 right next to the counter. While waiting I looked at the receipt and the charged me 15.99 for the pizza. When I asked the cashier she explained that because I used a coupon I had to pay more for the other pizza. See pics. Needless to say I guess I have an extra two coupons for cinnasquares and cheese bread that I won't be using. read more

Average pizza, nothing special about it. Short on toppings as compared to their TV ads and photos in the store. Orderd on line and wait time ws about 15 mins. Got to the store and they were just putting pizza together. Waited at the store for another 20 mins before piza was delivered. So all in all about a 35 min. wait for just an average pizza. read more

The pizza was good. I ordered a pepperoni magnifico. Ours came with half the pepperoni showed on the picture. If that is the way the pizza comes, the picture needs to be changed to reflect what a customer will actually get. Please take down all the posters. Save yourself the trouble - go somewhere else! I went there with a couple of coupons I'd got in the mail and thought I'd give them a try. At first, they didn't want to honor both coupons together, but when I pointed out that there was nothing saying "one coupon per visit/purchase", they relented and took my order. The girl told me it would be 30 minutes, so I sat down to watch a number of other people come in, order get their orders and leave. After 30 minutes, I asked the girl if I'd fallen through the cracks and she said she'd check - so she went back to talk with the other workers and returned to tell me that one pizza was ready and the other was in the oven and would only be a few minutes. 15 minutes later I asked the girl again and she said she'd check - this time she returned to tell me that they would be starting on the order in a minute. Meanwhile, people are coming, ordering, getting their orders and leaving - and the delivery drivers are coming and going too. At that point I pointed out that she'd just 15 minutes earlier told me that one pizza was done and another in the over - but now she's telling me that they'd be starting my order soon. I caught her in an outright lie! I know they had my order on their board back in the kitchen and were just ignoring it! At this point I demanded a refund (which took way too long too) and left. Hey, if you've got an hour to waste being jerked around and lied to, I'd say this is the place to go - but if you want professional and honest service, don't waste your time here. Better to use their mailers to start a fire with and cook out at home! read more

It's nice to be able to order online. Food was ready on time. We really enjoyed the Philly pizza, meat lovers and cheese breadsticks.
