Food: I enjoy their food, I think they have the best pizza in the Idaho Falls area. Their pizzas are consistently the same which is important to me. I would say it's very close to a genuine New York style pizza. The only thing they could improve on is seasoning their dough. Cost: I think the cost is fair and on par with other pizza joints. I usually order a large extra pepperoni and it's usually around $25 or less, I can't remember the exact cost. If you order on a certain day you can get a discount, I think it's $5 off, but I can't remember which day it's offered. Dining Area: Dining room is very roomy, some of the booths are in disrepair, but that's just a minus one star. Parking: Plenty of parking, no problems here. Service: The staff were all very nice and friendly, no complaints here. TLDR: Best pizza in Idaho Falls if you're looking for a New York style pizza with good customer service. Have picked up pizza several times from the Broadway location which were great experiences. After trying to order ahead, neither the app nor online would honor the gift cards that I had, I finally just drove to the Ammon location. I was told it would take 20 minutes and I thought that was fine, so I paid with those same rejected gift cards and took a seat at the counter. 20 minutes go by, 30 minutes go by, finally after waiting 45+ minutes they bring out the pizzas. With over a dozen employees walking past me, I was never offered even a glass of water while I waited. The hospitality at the Ammon location needs serious work. Will not be returning. read more

Not gonna lie, when it comes to my pizza, I'm a hard man to impress. Considered trying this place for years, but we're not in Idaho Falls very often. A friend recently recommended it, so we thought why not. Glad we did. Everything was super yummy, fresh and hot. Service was spectacular and super friendly. We weren't even here 10 minutes before food started coming out and within 20 minutes of arriving, our table was covered in food. The service was great, pizza was substandard. Almost no toppings on a three meat pizza, the center of the pizza was like wet bread and the rest was burnt. If I was going to compare it to my favorite pizza place, hands-down this place would come in last. Not only do they need to actually put meat toppings on the pizza so you can see them, but they should learn how to cook the pizza so it's not burnt and the center of it isn't like I said like wet bread. We won't be back, especially for what we paid for the pizza. That same price would've gotten me a pizza at Bellacino's in St. Louis and the toppings would've been five times more meat. read more

The pizza at this Lucy's is almost always perfection. Sometimes the cooks burn the pizza but it's very rare. Cheese sticks, fried muzz and cannoli's are always a hit with me as well. My big issue with Lucy's on 25th has been the customer service. When you have a waitress who A. Doesn't check on you enough. B. Gets your order mixed up or forgets your order and C. Can't count the correct change when she's given instructions on how to split the bill evenly, then you have a problem. Our favorite thing to order are the Honey Garlic Wings, they are so delicious and what you want in wings. The staff here as well is also so great, they are very friendly and heartwarming. You feel like they are a family... but not the family that feuds, but the family that always bring in those around them to join and feel the love. Person answering knew immediately I was calling about my order (phone number recognition), said "we'll have it done on fifteen and then fifteen to your house". One hour fourth five. A little different than fourth five. Once again, $2.50 delivery, and ten percent tip. You are right on $2.50 delivery for restaurants. You are not a restaurant. You are a pizza shop. Too many options to count that don't gouge their customers in that category to go any further. That said, we love your pie, when hot and right. We'd gladly pay the fee if that were always the case. We go to Idaho Falls once or twice a month from over in Wyoming. Today we were looking for something new to try in the city and hubby saw the menu for Lucy's and thought we should try it out. We were greeted and seated right away. They have expo markers so the kids can draw on the table, which was new to us, and the kids loved it. Our server was very friendly and great with the kids. We ordered the lunch special for our twelve year old which came with two slices of pizza, and a drink for seven dollars, or you could get a slice of pizza with a salad and a drink for the same price. My other daughter ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich, while I ordered the meatball sandwich, and hubby got the chicken. Parmesan sandwhich. While we waited for our food the waitress gave us complimentary pickles and olives. The olives were especially good with a zesty sort of seasoning sauce on them. Our food arrived hot and fast. My daughter who ordered the pizza slices was stunned by how big the slices were. Definitely NY style where you need to fold the pizza to eat it. Good amount of sauce, lots of cheese, good flavor. My meatball sub was covered in cheese, crispy bun, and good amount of meatballs. Next time I'll ask for a bit more sauce, that's my personal preference. Hubby's chicken parmesan was also covered on melted gooey cheese, and the flavor of the chicken was delicious. Great breading and the right amount of sauce on a toasted bun. My favorite of the meals we ordered. I did not try the chicken ranch sandwich but my daughter loved it and came home and finished the leftovers for dinner. For dessert we ordered the Nutella cup which came with Chocolate and caramel sauces and it was covered in whipped cream. Great flavor, not too sweet, loved the caramel. The other dessert we ordered was the dessert calzone with peanut butter cups. This thing was quite big, definitely enough for a family of four to share. Loved the flavors, but it does get pretty messy as the fillings melt. Sweet, but not sickingly so. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food given, the service was fantastic, the food all tasted amazing, there's no doubt in our minds we'll be back again and again. read more

I think this place is rated as highly as it is because most of the pizza around here is various chains that kind of suck. This place doesn't completely suck. I like that they serve individual slices, which is really something that most pizza places do because sometimes you want pizza for lunch and you don't want to order an entire pie, and I like that they're locally owned and deliver. I don't like their pizza. I've had New York style pizza before, and I love that it's fold-able and you can roll it into a pizza-burrito for easy consumption, but their sauce is completely flavorless as is their crust, and their toppings are mid-grade at best. I've ordered them for delivery a few times and they were always either impatient or just down-right rude over the phone, and they weren't exactly super-nice in person when I've gone in to get slices. My gf and I purchased a supreme medium pizza. There was a good amount of toppings. Just enough for a few bits to fall off as you pick it up. The ingredients were fresh.
