The employees will lie about their delivery times on the app. If you use the app to order, they will set that the order is ready to be picked up, but we walked in and the guy says it's not ready. Our order said it was ready FOR PICKUP at 5:31pm, it is currently 5:44pm and it's still not ready for pickup. If they are trying to meet a quota, just know the employees are 100% lying about the orders being ready on time and they make you wait longer than the projected time. read more

They gave me the wrong food. The food that was right that they did give me was so hard and crusty looking the taste of the only thing I ate the little chicken bites big pass. I called to see if they could give me a refund for the wrong food, some cinnamon twist they said they could give me credit for the next order let them know I was never ordering from them again I didn't care about the rest of the food that I wasn't gonna eat or touch but I wanted the refund for what they didn't give me. They told me that they could only refund the whole order I said fine I'll take the whole order right now. I drove down and asked for the manager like they told me to when I got there, Eduardo if that is his real name didn't wanna come out he told the cashier to give me the refund. But the cashier said the chick is missing and I said you guys knew that over the phone and you said it was fine and made me drive over here for my refund. I could hear the mock me in the back and as I left, everything is expensive now and I work hard for my money, and if they made a mistake, they should take ownership of that mistake and deal with it. Had they worked with me they would've lost out on 5 to 6 bucks. Instead, they refunded my whole order of 30 something dollars and cemented in that I will never give them a chance. The whole store was rude especially the manager what audacity to not come and deal with a customer concern. That's exactly what managers get paid for he couldn't even show his face and yes he was part of the group that was mocking. Do better Domino's especially this location. Additionally, as I was getting home, I get a call from them asking if I could return because they weren't supposed to give me my refund in cash. I ordered pizza late one afternoon for my younger siblings, I placed my order at around 6, the tracking site told me my driver left the store at 6:18 -cool beans the kids only had to wait a few more minutes before I got my food, 30 mins pass... nothing. 45 mins pass still nothing so after about an hour of waiting I call the store to see if maybe my pizza was delivered elsewhere only to speak to a young lady that tells me that the driver should be there in a few minutes, mind you she didn't call or check. So finally after about an hour and some change later our delivery guy decides to stroll by casually and completely unprepared. He gave my younger brother the pizzas and chicken and when my brother asked for cheese and pepper he said well we sell that now, when we asked if he had any on him so we can buy he says no. He didn't even have a pen for us to sign for the pizza. So we finally get our food and start opening everything up, here are my issues: 1- by the time we received our food it wasn't hot. we had to hear everything up. 2- my chicken bites looked NOTHING like the picture 3- knowing I would have waited over an hour for my food I would've drive myself down the street to pick it up myself or to another pizza location. I came to this dominoes last week for some pizza for work. I ordered online. When I got there the guy that gave me the pizza had a huge shiny bump on his eye. It looked like pink eye or a sty or something but it was gross. I paid for the pizza and left. But I couldn't stop thinking about that so I decided that I wasn't going to take those pizzas back to work. I threw them away and told my guys that I couldn't give them the pizza after what I saw. I recently moved back to the area and I have to say I like the remodel. I have been inside this location (which is tiny) but I've happened to walk in on busy days when you have several people waiting and orders on the screen, phones ringing but I have to say there were three people at the front, two on the register and one on the phone taking orders. This location is staffed well, they are polite and professional. I ordered the Manager's special. It's an awesome deal (carryout only) but a 3 topping large pizza. You can't beat that. I have only ordered delivery once from this location but I can't review that just yet until I see if it's consistent and the quality is the same. Other locations have been either really great (Encino) or really bad (San Jacinto). So far, this location deserves your business. read more

Bad service. I was a regular here until today. Manager is uneducated in her policies. An order my wife put under my dominos app was not given to me because I didn't have her card. It's understandable. When it comes to orders, card with ID needs to be present. A lady next to me had the same issue but was a regular supposedly through the app and was ok to get her food when she showed it to them. On Oct. 31, 2022 at around 2:30 PM, I stopped by the Domino's branch in Bell. I had looked online the night before and decided to get a couple of pizzas on the way back from some errands. There was only one customer ahead of me and she paid for her order and left. I asked the young man behind the counter about getting a couple of the $6.99 specials. He refused my order and said that it was for online orders only. The ads online on the Domino's site indicate that the specials were for carryout or delivery. I was a customer already standing there, but they would not take my order. They would however sell me a pizza at a higher price (bait and switch?) and add other toppings at an additional price. If I was desperate for the pizzas, I could have gone on my cell phone and placed an order online. The situation seemed ridiculous to me, and I just walked away. It might be a good while before I get the urge for Domino's again! read more
