My supervisor called at 9:34am and told them to have it delivered by 11:45am. That's a little over a 2 hour window she gave them! At I work I always order dominos it's the closest quickest thing that delivery and no to conclude pretty good, when my pizza is still fresh and hot. I placed my order for 2 pan pizzas with pepperoni and extra cheese and I was told it would take 45-1 hour to arrive. It came an hour and 15 mins later and when it got here it was not even hot just warm.. the pizza had lil to none pepperoni. I grabbed 2 slices . one of them had no pepperoni on it while the other had only 1 pepperoni slice on it.. It was mostly just sauce and bread . no extra cheese whatsoever. Good tasting pizza and okay wings. I order from the website and always receive my order on time or sooner! A+ for that. Delivery does an excellent job in keeping the food/pizza warm. Today was my first time visiting a Domino's here in California,and I called to place an order as my first time and I must say; I had a terrible experience! I called because I got a coupon in the mail and I asked the representative "Wendy" that answered, that I wanted to get the $5.99 special and as I asked questions reg.the coupon she answered back in a very snappy way, I ignored her tone and asked her how much it would be for delivery but failed to correctly answer my question and gave me my total.Again just to reconfirm,I asked if that was the total with delivery,and she raised her voice and very rudely said "you can just pick it up it'll be cheaper" ........ok? Never again am i going to do business with this location. I came in on saturday night 10/03/15 to pick up a pizza that i had ordered by phone and given more than enough time to complete since i had gotten side tracked and when i walked in the gentlemen said it will be a couple minutes its almost out.
