I ordered a pizza with no sauce online, when I arrived at the store to pick it up they had not made my order was told to wait another 15 minutes. Then only to get the pizza with sauce. I ordered tonight after a disastrous mess with the dominos on foothill. I told them off and won't deal with their bullshit of a store anymore and decided to try this dominos instead. I don't know the guy's name but he was super sweet! I called at like 11:15pm which is the worst time I know because they just wanna get home! I was waiting on pizza from another place but it was cancelled after a disagreement with management so I ordered from here. The guy was super nice and even offered delivery until he realied I lived too far away. He was very nice on the phone and wasn't rushing me at all. I get there and the location is a little sketch but he was so nice it didn't matter. He seemed nervous and scared but was so kind bringing me my pizza. They hit complete on your order when your order hasn't even been in the oven yet. They did this last night to 5 different people in line for pickup. My estimated wait time was 38-48 minutes at the hour mark it was placed as complete. On the app I clicked the "I am here" button and waited in line to get in the building . The first time I went in they said my order still needed to go in the oven and to wait back in line. They had me do this 3 times. It took an hour and a half to get my pizza. This store obviously mark orders as complete to meet the corporate time rates and don't care about the frustration it causes customers who are waiting to get in one at a time and being told it's not ready. Corporate I would recommend checking your camera footage for the front area on the night of November 28th. And you will see people waiting a long time and having to go in multiple times just to be told their order is not ready. Sad read more

Should be zero stars but the app won't let me me. If you want a pizza go elsewhere. This place is the worst in both customer service and quality. New policy that pretty much eliminates the online service. You now have to present two forms of Id to pick up your order. Gone are the days of saying hey kids I'm out of town let me get you a pizza just go pick it up I'll order and pay online. Nope my kids had to wait over an hour for me to phone in another order at a different location and pick it up and bring it home. Apparently these rules apply to deliveries as well get your id out and wait. Good job dominoes you either wasted 3 pizzas or gave someone else my order. Whoever that may be I hope you enjoyed it. FYI the exact same order I placed there was $10 cheaper at another location so not only did someone else get my order they also got ripped off. The pizza was decent but the service isn't. Their delivery driver JUAN was rude as hell. My mom ended up buying and sending me a pizza, and the delivery driver gave me a hard time, because he didn't believe the ID was mine, or that the pizza was even mine. He had to sit their and call his boss and confirm after my mother already purchased the pizza. At the end of the day Juan if I wasn't black would you give me that much trouble for some pizza. read more

Untrustworthy staff, this is coming from a previous dominos employee as well. The managers do not know how to handle customers, they lie to you about follow up calls for "new customers". I've been there a few times before. So I'm not a "new customer" and if they cannot get ahold of you after they don't call, they will cancel out your order and you're shit out of luck on your food for the night. Bottom line don't waste your money here, you probably won't get your pizza if you order anyways. Oh yeah and maybe you should get some employees who don't say "uhhh" "uhhh" every other word and train them properly. You should use the dominos off of vineyard and walnut in Ontario as a model of how to run. read more

Called from a work phone and tried to order pizza, I was told that sense this was my first time ordering with this phone number they would have to call me back on it to confirm the order. I told them that they can't call back on it because it's a work phone. They refused to delever the order........... Forget this place, they just lost a customer forever. read more

I gave this guys a second chance after ordering Boneless wings - which seemed like popcorn chicken. Never will order from this location, hope someone writes a complaint to their corporate office so they can actually do something about the lazy employees. This is my said it was being delivered, 30mnts passed and nothing yet. By the way if you call they will just put you on hold and never get back to you. Pizza is okay, very stingy on toppings other than pepperoni (like sausage and pineapple). But don't order after 6:30pm if you live in an apartment complex and you want your pizza delivered to your door. Got a phone call from our driver saying we had to meet him at the front gate because it's company policy not to deliver to an apartment after 6:30pm. What kind of policy is that for delivery? I pay for a delivery fee for a reason. Having to walk half the apartment complex to get a pizza I paid to have delivered to my door is very inconvenient. If I wanted to leave the apartment, I wouldve gotten in the car to go pick up a $5 pizza from Little Cesar's. Never going to order from them again. read more

had one too many bad experiences here now, they use to be my go to pizza place since they are a few blocks away from my house, normally I order online for pick up, this last time I was short on time I had to leave to work and was leaving my kids at home with the babysitter, so I ordered them Pizza, about $35 worth of food, it was suppose to be delivered by 710PM , more than enough time since i had to leave at 730, I had to call 3 times before the pizza was finally delivered at almost 8 PM, on the last call the manager juan or jorge, i cant remember his name , he said he would refund me the total I paid, and its been 2 weeks and still nothing, the time before this, they burned my pasta, it was dry , i called and they said the would give me 2 free pasts on my next order, a few days later i called to get my free pasta they said they had no record and they don't do that, horrible customer services horrible experiences. read more

Why send a driver with No change? Driver keeps all money without giving change back and the manager is so rude! They shouldn't be delivering if they don't want to give you your change back, and they get mad because you call and ask for your change ,they should really consider getting new management . read more

delivered nice & hot within 25 minutes, deep dish pizza, cinnamon bread, salad, chicken tenders. friendly customer service on a friday night at 9:30pm. salad was surprisingly very fresh. 3rd time ordering and will continue to order. :) read more
