They offer a vegan pizza that is amazing!! It's hard to find anything vegan at any pizza place that tastes so good!

Just went in here 30 min ago and great customer service from the kid Sergio. I also have been going here since it has opened and never had they charged me for bbq sauce or ranch. The kid said he can only give me one sauce and has to charge me for an additional one. I didn't say anything because he was so nice and just said it's ok . However his manager was right there and It seemed only was gonna charge me for that reason . I know he is the manger because his shirt and he is always there. Wanted pizza but didn't want all the extra calories, so I decided to get the cauliflower crust. Never tried it before, so I wasn't sure if it would be good or not. I added vegan cheese, vegan chorizo, garlic pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, red onions, Kalamata olives, chopped garlic and roasted garlic, bell pepper, jalapeños, mushrooms, and pineapple, and a drizzle of chili oil on top. Y'all, this pizza was so good. I couldn't even tell that I was eating cauliflower crust. The combo of veggies went so well together. A little spice from the drizzle of chili oil was just perfect. Only thing I don't like is that the workers are a little stingy with the toppings. I have to ask for extra of everything. The cheese didn't even cover the whole pizza and they make you feel like you're bothering them when you ask for extra. Other than that, the ingredients look and taste fresh. I also ordered a lemonade, which was really good. Tasted like fresh squeezed lemonade. I would have preferred the Blood Orange lemonade flavor, but the container was empty. It's mostly teenagers and young adults working here so you're not going to get the smiling, welcoming feeling. No one said hello to me, just asked what did I want. The restaurant wasn't visibly dirty or messy, but no one refilled the blood orange lemonade that was out, and the lids for the drink cups were empty except for the two left in the dispenser. I had a very disappointing experience at this Blaze Pizza location. I placed my order, and while my family received their pizzas and finished eating, I was still waiting for mine. After waiting a long time, I went to ask about my order and was told that someone else had already taken my pizza. I was offered another pizza, but I never received an apology for the mistake. Because my family had already finished their dinner and I was left waiting, I felt it was only fair to request a reimbursement for the inconvenience. The manager initially said she couldn't provide a reimbursement but she could remake the pizza, but she also stated that it was not their fault that someone else took my order. I explained that the issue was related to how orders were being called out. I never heard my name being called, and if it was called, it was not loud enough. I suggested that employees should clearly and loudly call out customer names to prevent this from happening again. After some back and forth, the manager said she could process a reimbursement but would need to locate my order in the system. At that point, I told her I did not need the money. What I wanted was acknowledgment of the mistake and assurance that it would be handled differently in the future. Unfortunately, the manager did not take responsibility and did not offer an apology. Instead, the situation was handled in a way that made it seem like the restaurant was not accountable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this location. read more

Great choice for Mother's Day dinner. I did the "Take Two" with the Cesar's salad and 1/2 pizza for $12.99. During the week the deal is $10.99, which isn't bad still. Anywho....the young lady who took my order was very timid. She was nice, just a little shy in her responses. When I asked for extra cheese on my salad, she immediately replied "that will be $1!" Quite interesting when that little container barely held $1 worth of salad. I agreed to the extra because let's face it....the Cesar just ain't right without the cheese! The half pizza was so good. Cooked to perfection. Perfect cheese to meat ratio. The sauce was slightly scarce, however, sometimes sauce gets lost. In this case, it was cool! Tasted really good. The restaurant as a whole was clean. The one concern was the placement of a trash receptacle. It was in front of the clean cutlery and napkins; a few feet away from the soda dispenser. I went to this location on 03/24/2026 to take my boys out for a lunch date. It was our first trying here and the service was horrible the girl doing the pizzas looked Miserable to be there mind you it was 11:20am so it just opened . She didn't say anything after she finished making the pizzas she was working on took off her gloves and went into the back . There was nobody in line and like 3 costumers sitting at the tables I'm guessing waiting. She finally comes back and ask if we're ready so I gave her my order of two pizzas and she turns back around leaves and says nothing Else. So I go to the register to pay for my order and the guy there has his back turned to us with his Phone in his hand scrolling through tik tok I can clearly see and hear it. I had to keep saying excuse until he finally turned around and said oh shit sorry. Charged me and left my drink cups in the middle of the registers tuned back around and got his phone out. Waited 20 mins went to check if my pizzas were ready and they were just sitting there at the pick up area they never called my name. My deaf wife received a terrible service from the manager on the 14th of December 2025. We ordered 2 pizzas and an Elevated grill cheese with mozzarella shredded, fresh mozzarella, garlic, pesto, ricotta cheese, and oregano spinach (was already instructed online). When we went to pickup, all she got was elevated grill cheese with just cheese only (not what we ordered). So she kindly asked for that order, specifically, to be fixed. So the worker went to the manager and the manager came to figure out the problem. My wife told her about her food and has asked for it to be fixed. Instead of fixing it, the manager refused. We never have this issue with other Blaze locations. This is the first time. Keep in mind we love Blaze so much but I don't think we'll go to this location. All it takes is just a kind employee/manager to accommodate with customers' needs. Thank you. read more

I came into my local blaze the other day and was left very pleased with the quality of the pizza and the friendly staff. Even with a large line, the staff was calm and collected, quickly getting pizzas out of the oven. I ordered a build your own pizza and it was cooked very well. Not burnt, but wonderfully toasted! The review might be subjective since I picked the toppings, but I thought it tasted pretty good lol. I don't normally get pizza, but blaze is my go-to when I get the craving! read more

Visit blaze pizzerias at least 2 a week since it's my families favorite but this one in Rialto was very dirty inside and specifically outside. The guys working that evening shift looked very miserable to prep our order. To be honest we have never encountered such a rude employee at a blaze. We are not rude as we have four little ones next to us and see all our actions and interactions so my husband and I commented after we left how bad the pizza was cooked and barely any toppings. First time eating at this Blaze Pizza and not regretting a single thing. The food was so good, ingredients were super fresh. My boyfriend and I had perfectly cooked pizza's! Which never happens at our local Blaze. We were super excited about that. Also our staff member Maddison that made our pizza's was super hospitable and had a very nice conversation with us. It's comical how awkward my experience was- mind you this is the first time I've ever been here. Will likely be my last lol. The Team Members have no sense of hospitality. I'm sure they're nice and decent folks, but wow. I'm 26, I know my generation and these people were around that age; imagine my confusion when I was unable to even talk to these people. Where do I start. Staff is miserable. Pizza was undercooked none of the mozzarella was melted. Missing toppings. Pizza was cold as ice I opened it as soon as I got to my car and was on time picking up. Toppings were adding after the pizza came out of the oven uncooked ??? You only had one job all you have to do is put the correct toppings and cook it correctly I don't see what's so hard about that. You would think this may have happened because they were busy but no it was only me and one other guy. I'm afraid to give my mom her pizza because is probably as terrible as mine. I made five attempts to reach them before I finally got a hold of someone now I'm waiting on a refund I may or may not receive. I try to only leave reviews when I have a positive experience because I think hard working people deserve praise, but this was a terrible experience I had on 7/14/24. I stayed calm and nice the entire time but witnessed multiple forms of food contamination. I addressed an allergy right up front where the employee took out the paper to write the order on with contaminated gloves then handed the paper to the next employee with contaminated gloves and he proceeded to go to the refrigerator and grab the "allergy free" crust with his contaminated gloves and place it on the tray, then after contaminating the crust, took off his gloves and said I'll be the only person to handle the pizza and changed his gloves. Then got a different spoon to place other toppings on with but used contaminated toppings. And did not know that oregano was an herb or that gf on the menu meant gluten free. Just a bunch of little things that management should be teaching the staff. When the pizza came out of the oven it was cut with the same cutter as other pizzas again contaminating the pizza for someone with a bad allergy. That pizza was thrown away rather than embarrassing myself by asking them to do better and look petty for asking them to do their job correctly. People do not understand how hard allergies are and judge you for being difficult. The second pizza was just a regular pizza, no allergy concerns which was for myself. I ate one slice and was really really sick after and thought, it must of been something else, it couldn't have made me sick that fast. The next day since I still had a whole pizza minus the one slice I got it out to toast it and found a huge hair on one side, (posted photo) Threw that side away and toasted and ate 2 slices that were left. I was sick the rest of the day! I think it was the arugula placed on top and not cooked. Or one of the cheeses, that's just a guess. Aside from the really poor food handling that reflects on management, the one star is for the employees who actually were very nice and hustling to serve a busy restaurant. But I will never eat there again because I don't think the food is being handled correctly. And the long hair was disgusting! I actually don't usually freak out about hair, I just throw away the part with the hair touching it, but it was stuck in the cheese and really gross. And the hair was not mine. read more

The entree salad is large enough for 2 servings. The ricotta cheese didn't taste very fresh but the serving sauce was generous. First of all, I am a huge Blaze Pizza fan. Love love love it! Can't get enough! I normally order through the app but went in today. I was greeted and asked to wait a min which was fine. The whole process was seamless! It wasn't until I got to the guys who put the pizzas into the oven and put the drizzle on. There were 2 guys probably in late teens to early 20s fooling around. I didn't pay any attention till they started calling for "Mana". My name is Maria. When no one responded, he started fidgeting with the pizza. Joking they would eat it. I walked over and asked if it was for "Maria". He grabbed the box and threw it on the counter. I grabbed it and didn't say a word. My friends pizza was called and I noticed mine didn't have the drizzle I asked for. I was over and asked for him to put Buffalo drizzle on hers and pesto on mine. He did hers then turned to mine and doused it in Buffalo. I opened the box to make sure and it was. Him and his buddy were laughing. I hate Buffalo, I can't stand spicy food. By now I was furious bc not only were they messing with my food but they intentionally put something I didn't ask for on it. My friend insisted they change it out. I went to the register and the manager asked me what did I want her to do about. I was taken aback by her rude demeanor. I had her make a new one. The whole time listening to these 2 assholes snicker about the situation. I've never been rude to food industry employees. If anything I regard them highly. I always tip and I'm polite. Obviously this branch of blaze has issues. Not only are their employees immature and rude but their management is no better. And I wasn't the only one. I saw them fidgeting with another mans food. Apparently someone already picked up my order and they want to argue with me. It's loud in here with loud music so they obviously don't hear the right names. How many Jolenes are there here. Someone gave my order away now we have to wait in this hot store. This is why I ordered ahead. There is no man that's going to pick up my order dude. On top of that, the manager didn't even get the pizza right. It's the wrong effin crust. This is for my son. They need to lower their music so they can get the right freakin name.
