Horrible pizza saturated in cheese barely any sauce couldn't taste the ingredients. Called to speak with the manager which happens to be the same name that made the pizza. Her name was Katia, had a horrible attitude, pulled up my previous pizza orders and tried to blame the nasty pizza on the different crust chosen. I didn't ask for anything but she assumed that I wanted something. So since Katia wants to be a JERK I will drive a few minutes out of my way to get pizza from Graziano's at least it will be good. Ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich for carryout. When we arrived we had to call to let them know we were picking up order. The girl who handed us our order was very rude, we asked for a receipt and she didn't listen so my husband asked very nicely again may we have a receipt and the girl said "if you wanted a receipt that's all you had to say" we waited and as she handed me receipt she threw it at me and didn't even say thank you. Almost speechless. Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni and the other cheese only and the chocolate chip brownie pie. $46 down the drain!! Pizza was under cooked and was so doughy had to throw it in oven. Didnt help too much. The cookie brownie pie was burnt. To the point it was crunchy. I mean most people love the edges of a brownie but this was like biting quarters. Only decent thing was the driver was a nice guy. Wont be buying here ever again. Saw the Domino's commercial for gluten free crust and was happy to think I could finally have pizza after all these years of having a gluten allergy. So my husband goes over there ( no longer on Lilac Ave. now on Valley Blvd. Bloomington) with intent to get a large gluten free crust with Canadian bacon. He comes home pissed off with two small pepperoni pizzas instead. He tells me that the Domino employees told him it is only a small size for gluten free and there were no prices on the menu board. Also, they did not tell him they have no canadian bacon so proceeded to put regular bacon on the pizzas. My husband instead orders pepperoni and the charge for two small was 29.00 dollars! When they tried to give my husband the regular bacon pizzas he noticed the crust was paper thin and burnt to a crisp. He mentioned it to them and asked for thick crust not burnt on the pepperoni he wanted. " We don't have thick crust for the gluten free." When he got home and I saw the paper thin burnt small pizzas I thought Domino's should be ashamed of themselves. But hey, anything for a buck right? read more

It seems that Dominoes Pizza has come up with a new way to steal from us. Today I ordered two medium pizzas, two toppings came out to $14 and change. Before she hangs up she mentions my new total which now reflects a delivery charge pumping my bill up to $20 and change. The delivery driver claimed that Dominoes implemented a delivery surcharge of $3.99 which still doesnt explain my total. He also said that he doesnt receive any of that money. So I bought two pizzas for $15 and wound up paying $10 in delivery. I'm never giving you my business again. Ever. Shameful and pathetic. read more

First time coming here. Came down to visit some family. Called to try to order pizza ahead of time to save time. They had me on hold for over 6 MIN. So we decided to just order when we got there. They were not understaffed and we're taking other orders. I work at a pizza place on the side and I've never made someone wait that long and usually we have a fraction of the employees there. Three times in a row our pizza was not ready on time or there was an issue with our pizza!! I seriously gave this Domino's 3 chances. The first time my husband had to wait outside 30 minutes even though our app said our pizza was ready. The second time our pizza was burnt!! The third time our app said our pizza would be ready within the hour. We called to check on our pizza and they said it would be an additional 40 minutes. That's ridiculous!!! Personally, I don't think it gets better than this. Whether it be from ordering a hand-tossed pizza or a breadbowl pasta, delivery is always exceptional in quality, taste, and always stays hot as if you were served right out of the oven. The store isn't too shabby either, I'm not sure why people are complaining about the location. I've been there in the middle of the night on a couple occasions and the area isn't intimidating, and the employees are nice, too. Overall, I'd say it's always gonna be my go-to place for quality pizza and other dishes, as well. read more

I made a large order for my classroom. I ordered a separate BBQ chicken pizza for myself and colleagues. Comes with no sauce. Nothing. I call back and the night manager was nice and professional. She said she would credit it on my account. I check back the next day and no credit (6/10/16) "Manager in charge" eventually figured things out and agrees to send another pizza, but says I have to pay a delivery charge.... Wait a minute - you screwed up the first order. You ruined our lunch. You want me to pay for another delivery charge? It's only $3.75 but it's the principle.
