Well, I'm not one to give bad reviews, but this was not good pizza. I remember as a kid ordering Domino's and it was great. I know, kids don't know much about food, but it did taste better back then. Good corporate pizza today is not great, it's not even good. We have always had wonderful food and service from this Domino's. Granted, we always order carry out and use coupons in the app, but the pizza is great quality, fresh, correctly assembled, and tasty!! If you've had bad delivery, maybe give a carry out try. TBH, my very favorite pizza comes from down the road, but my second fave is the spinach feta with mushrooms and chicken. Seriously, give it a try!!! We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with vegetables. This was the most dried out, cold, and no flavor pizza we've ever had. There was no sauce and no cheese. It came sliced in little squares. It looked like something someone would serve at a cocktail party as an appetizer. Such a huge disappointment. I don't know what it is about Boulder City but the food here is awful. We picked up a couple pizzas yesterday ,they were fair for Domino's. The problem I have is we tried 2 of the bacon cheddar loaded tots. What a damn joke first off there was hardly anything on the tots. Most were just like you buy in the frozen section of the supermarket. The cheese and bacon were clumped in the middle and burnt so you couldn't pick up a tot without it falling apart. It ended up looking like a pile of crushed potato pieces on a plate. And 6.99 each. Hell I could have even went to Albertson's cross the way and bought these ingredients and made them much better quality than the potato mountain we ended up with. We patiently waited well over an hour before calling to get an ETA, the person acted nice but, seemed confused as if there wasn't an order in the computer. Dominoes has a tracker when you order for delivery, i ordered a pizza and i watched the driver Mike drive around the other side of town for about 20 minutes and he never came to my street. He went back to the dominoes store according to the map on the app and after a few minutes of him sitting at the store it showed my order as complete and they never brought me my pizza. Went to Domino's last week. No hand washing, associates running in and out of the facility without washing hands. The kid making the pizzas was touching his nose and made pizzas. The kid was pulling the pizzas out of the oven instead of waiting for them to come out, meaning pizzas were not fully cooked. I asked one of the associates, a female who the manager was, and she said he is, and she ran out of the store. No customer service, not following Brand or Health Department regulations. We're already upset that they stopped making the pasta bowls at our location, but nevertheless we choose dominos because it's good! If you want fast then you've come to the right spot. I've never given a review before but here it goes. From ordering to my door maybe 15 min and the reasoning behind that wasn't magic it was the pizza wasn't cooked all the way, TADA!!! So they have added on red chili flake so I'm assuming the spice from that will continue to cook the pizza that was half uncooked. I would have rather wait another 10 min and have the food cooked. Yesterday I ordered online with NO Contact Delivery. My Order was completely wrong. Apparently I got someone elses' order, because someone put the wrong address sticker on the box. My daughter called Domino's, in Boulder City immediately on speaker phone and got a rude person who answered. My grandson and myself heard it all. He finally agreed to get the manager on the phone who was equally curt and rude. NOT once did we hear, "I'm sorry we messed up your order" or anything else. The driver rang our door bell while my daughter was talking to the Manager. I was completely surprised by the young man standing in the doorway and leaning into my home instead of social distancing. I was offended by that. He handed me the order and saw that the other order was sitting on the entry table. He rudely said, "I need that back." It sounded like he wanted to deliver it to the correct address on Bryant court and put it on their blue couch as the directions stipulated, when he asked if we had started eating it? I told him that my daughter was on the phone with his manager and could he please wait? I shut the door. My daughter handed me the phone and I tried to understand what was needed from the manager, because it was not the drivers fault, he delivered the wrong pizza because the orders were miss labeled. However, I did not feel good about exposing myself or my family to anyone I do not know, by handing him anything. The manager rudely said just hand the pizza back to the driver. Really? What happened to No Contact? There was no regard to staying 6 feet away. I looked outside and the driver had already left. The manager had no concern for the safety of his driver or staff asking me to hand possibly contaminated food back to the driver, to deliver to the right address, or take it back without sterilizing the package. The driver and Manager had no idea how to social distance, sterilize anything or safely handle the boxes or pizza. The manager ended the call by hanging up when he found out the driver rudely left. He rudely told us that we had to ask for the 7.99 price in advance. He did change the price, but this policy just doesn't seem right.
