Usually our favorite pizza for lunch. The last 2 times were NOT memorable in a good way. The pizza was so sloppy we couldn't even pick it up without the topping sliding right off. Blaze is always a great option for us because everyone can customize their own personal pizza exactly the way they like it. The concept is simple and fun--you can either choose one of their specialty pizzas from the menu or build your own from scratch. They make the pizza right in front of you, and you can add as many toppings as you'd like. Once you're happy with your creation, it goes straight into the oven. It reminds me of Subway, but instead of sandwiches, you get your own 11-inch personal pizza. Beyond pizza, they also offer salads, meatballs, cheesy bread, desserts, and more. If you're dining with a group, they have family bundles and large pizzas for sharing too. After we picked our drinks and found a table, our pizzas were ready in under 10 minutes. You can choose to dine in or carry out, but I definitely recommend eating in--the taste of fresh pizza right out of the oven is unbeatable! We were greeted warmly, and the service was fast and friendly. I did remove one star because every table in the dining area needed to be wiped down; we had to search for the cleanest one available. It would've been nice to see the tables better maintained between guests. That said, we all really enjoyed our pizzas--they were hot, fresh, delicious, filling, and satisfying. Diana greeted me, was pleasant, but the thing that most impressed me was how incredibly well she made my pizza. She was very fast with the toppings and put them on the pizza incredibly evenly. Blaze Pizza is that spot where you can stroll in, build your pizza like you're at a sandwich bar, and have it ready in like three minutes. It's a bummer to hear they discontinued the keto crust before I could even try it! I opted for the gluten-free cauliflower pizza but not keto-friendly, and more expensive (like $4-$5 more). Blaze's build-your-own setup is super chill bc you pick from tons of toppings like chicken, olives, or spinach, and they fire your pizza in three minutes or so flat. Staff were nice and friendly and I love that they wear gloves...just be aware that the shared ovens might be an issue for allergies. If you're craving low-carb, use Blaze's nutrition calculator to load up on meats and greens, and maybe check other locations for the keto crust. Ive been to two so far and both no longer sold keto. This restaurant was bigger both inside and out, than the Summerlin location I previously visited near Lake Mead. Overall, I will be returning. One of my Vegas native cousins has been telling me to go to Blaze Pizza since I first moved here in 2021. I finally went this past Friday, and I was impressed with the overall experience. Here's a quick summary of everything: Order experience: I placed an online order (OLO) for a Build Your Own Pizza with cauliflower crust, pesto, veggies, grilled chicken, pineapple, arugula, oregano, and balsamic glaze. I paid and tipped online, and I was given an estimated time that the pizza would be ready. Pickup experience: I arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes later. I entered the store and walked over to the OLO counter. I was greeted almost immediately and my pizza was ready upon arrival. Customer service: Solid. They fully understood the assignment! Food: Once I got back home, the pizza was still hot, and I loved the overall flavor combination once I started eating the pizza. My only two pain points were: 1.) the pizza was not cut evenly, so some slices were oversized/loaded with ingredients and other ones were smaller with less ingredients; and 2.) I didn't get any cheese on my pizza [Note: this was my personal choice], so it was more like eating an open-faced sandwich than a slice of pizza since I had to fold the pizza to keep ingredients from sliding off. After such a great first time experience, I'll definitely be back to create more pizzas and try other menu items! read more

Every time we go to Blaze the lettuce for salad looks like it's two weeks old? I'm sure they do NOT sell many salads with that lettuce. Broccoli for pizza today looked like to had brown spots and maybe some mold. Pizza is greats but wife likes a salad. Maybe remove salads from menu if you can't keep lettuce fresh! I love blaze pizza I have been eating her for years specifically this location. I enjoy the quality of the toppings the assortment the price and also they time it takes to prepare and bake the pizza. It's actually pretty quick and really good me and my wife and can both get a build your own pizza and a drive for around 23$ which is great because sometimes we have left overs. And being able to pick your toppings lets you be the master of your artwork. The staff is pretty friendly for the most part. The kitchen is not the cleanest but I can understand they are always so busy. The lemonade they have is out of this world very addicting. And to top it off when they pull your pizza out of oven you have the option of getting g toppers I drizzle mine with their pesto sauce mmm so delicious. The food was just fine, it's pizza after all. However the service; every employee looked miserable, it looked like they all hated each other. The one big guy with the beard looked so angry every single second. I want to point out this review isn't from one visit but several. And every time it the very same. I always love Blaze pizza but I love them even more for taking care of a simple mistake. I ordered from the website, which kicked me out a few times and made me restart my order. When it finally went through it somehow chose the wrong location on the opposite side of town despite grabbing the correct location prior. I showed up to my local Blaze and they told me the website causes issues. They made my pizzas and told me to call the other store and they understand it's an issue. The other store understood and said they will issue me a refund. Thank you Blaze and Anna for making things right! read more

Great customer service from Manager Brandon on a previous order I paid for but never received my order from the dasher. I was calling for days line was busy, I could not get in contact with no one for my refund. I never gave up so today I had time so I called and the line was not busy. Brandon answered today I told him my situation we talked I had everything in order and he respectfully gave me my refund to my card which was really appreciated much respect Brandon. I have both used the app to order curbside/in-store pickup as well as walk into Yoder my pizza and the ONLY time it took a while to get my pizza because there was a long line was "PI Day" ($3.14 pizza day on March 14th). Honestly, who can say that wouldn't be acceptable! The pizza is phenomenal, they are friendly and the options are great. There are Keto and Gluten friendly options and as a celiac I have not had any issues. The dining tables are not bad if you want to dine in and there's even a place to eat outside. I loved blaze ever since I lived in CA, and while staying with my family in Vegas we decided to have a simple dinner here. It was my family's first time, and since they don't normally like pizza we ordered the 'build your owns' with a good amount of toppings for them to enjoy (they love their vegetables) One of the worker seemed unhappy being there and we felt off, just ordering the pizza. My parents got their original crust pizza first and the crust was completely burnt black!!! It was so bad that we couldn't scrape it or attempt to eat it. I was taken aback since I never had this issue with any other blaze locations I've tried. My gluten free pizza came out perfectly good, so we decided to ask them to remake the crust for the original pizza. Although it wasn't our fault, we felt bad asking them to make it again. However, Haley, who seemed to be the manager, reassured us it's okay and that it was their fault. They remade the crust with cheese on top for us and it was burnt again....!! We were hungry and needed the food so we had to ask for it to be made again and the third time Haley took charge herself and made sure it was not burnt at all. Although there were some delays (30 min or so for 3 attempts to get the crust right), less than fresh spinach, plastic cups for sauce spreading and some unhappy interactions, Haley made sure we got our pizzas right and we did end up enjoying our pizzas. I'm not sure if it's the training program that has changed or if it's this location but watch out for burnt pizza and scan for fresh ingredients. I'm planning to come back and work with other employees or Haley to ensure sure they don't burn our pizzas again. read more

Very solid build-your-own-pizza place that is our go to when we want custom pizzas rather than a dominos or Pizza Hut flavor! Not normally a busy place and I enjoy that! I've had pretty good service each time with the person creating our pizzas and because it is very subway or chipotle-esque with the picking of toppings and sauce, you can't really go wrong unless you put wayyyyy too many toppings and your dough becomes mushy because of it. (Yes, that is my tip! Don't over overload or else the dough towards the center will just be soggy). I like this place mainly for their dough, as well as their sauces, which you can mix to make a super sauce! It is a bit more consistent with crust and dough than other build-your-own-pizza places in town, which is why I will only go to Blaze. Once you're done and waiting for your name to be called while the pizza bakes, take a seat and relax. Another tip: you can add the arugula at the end so it doesn't burn/wilt in the oven. I also ask them to add some salt and pepper, in addition to the arugula afterwards for some more flavor! (As you can tell from my photos, that's the go to order hahaha). If I could give negative stars I would. I rarely ever eat pizza because of my "diet " however , when I do , I have tried to come here on 3 occasions, all of which have burnt my pizza. Twice with DoorDash & once in person. The upside is, they always make it right but typically it's a hassle. On top of the burnt pizza, it also made me sick . Contemplated on writing a review or not but Blaze sent me a survey so might as well. AWFUL female manager. Placed an order online with approximate ready for pick up time at 9:12pm to 9:17pm. Got there at 9:15pm and was told the order is not ready yet by the pizza cutter. He asked for the names of yes pizza and I said Connie and Michael. Then he shuffled through the tickets and read out a bunch of names and said "oh ya, here is michael but still working on it." None of the names he mentioned was my name Connie so I tried to ask again but the poor guy trying to get the pizzas ready was just over his head flustered. He is either VERY NEW or just not up to par to his job. He tried answering again that "yes I see Michael. We are working on your order." To my surprise was, there were plenty other staffs not doing much but end of the business day cleaning. No one bothered to help or the m on this guy when he obviously needed help. So I sat down to wait. 15 mins gone by and I went up to ask again. Same answer. Again, plenty of other staff just walking around. Baffling. Another 5mins pass and I just have a bad feeling so I went up again. I ask the guy please check to see if you have my order? I show him my phone with the order of two pizzas. The guy was both confused and struggling. He does not seem like he knows how to check on my order. So by that time I have had it, I looked towards the other side of the kitchen where they will prep the pizza with ALL the staffs hanging around and said. "Excuse me?! Can someone please check to see if you have my order??" THEN finally the lady apparently the manager walked over and asked me rudely for the name of the order and said there is no order in her system for me and I might have ordered it from another store. She was just can't give a damn kind of attitude. Then I try showing the hound to her again showing Mall ring circle which is exactly their location. Then she fuss around with her system more then said. Here you are, seems like it was not printed. We will work on it now and it's probably another 10 minutes. ABSOLUTELY NO SORRY OR APOLOGIES WHAT SO EVER?! Honestly. She us the manager? I guess what should I have expected when she can't give a damn to her obvious struggling employee. By that time I have been waiting for half an hour with my friend waiting in the car livid as we expected grab and go. I just stood there looking at the manager and said. Well, can I order a drink then while I wait. Then she don't even bother to look up at me and ask foubtain? And I said yes please. They she press some buttons in her ordering machine and handed me a cup and just when back to whatever she was doing at the counter. I stood there again puzzled and baffled. She knew I was standing there but didn't care until I ask " uh excuse me. Do I pay for the drink here?" While holding out my phone ready to tap and pay. Then she said. "No its fine." Waited for about another 10 mins bewildered at the way this store is ran. Yes the staff was flustered and confused but he was trying so hard so I won't give him any grief. But the manager? Seriously. This is the second time that I have come to this location where they put no cheese on my pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza twice. I would prefer to not eat a giant circle of bread with only sauce. Especially for the price... Also, it took like 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Okay this was my third time and this was the best pizza I've ever had when I tell you the toppings and the balsamic and pesto drizzle were simply amazing. I will definitely be back again and again and again. Oh yeah. Did I mention that high rise dough...Wow! Yeah, I'll be back. I did curbside pickup and the customer service was lacking. I had to have him go back and get my drinks, side of ranch, napkins and utensils that I clearly put on the online order. July 16, 2022 - Lunchtime, it's a pizza kind of day. Since we were in the Henderson area we like Blaze's Pizza. We went after the lunch rush, so it was that calm time of the day. During the busy times, it does get pretty messy, but that's understandable. As soon as it slows down the dining area gets cleaned. I love the option of choosing what kind of pizza you want. I usually get a vegetarian one. Now the pick two option is great, I can get a pizza and salad. You have to get the Strawberry Summer Salad, it's refreshing and delicious. Perfect pair and portion. Mystery Arm decided to add Salami and Chicken to his Pepperoni Pizza. I did try the San Pellegrino Blood Orange drink and I liked it. I do love the desserts, but I had to keep my sugar level down. I recommend the S'mores and have them throw it in the oven, so yummy! As always head on down for good food with good company and I guarantee you a good meal! read more
