I honestly don't even know how to rate this. The pizza was exactly what I ordered and tasted great, but my experience picking it up was awful. While I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my food, a guy working behind the counter just snapped. Out of nowhere, he started screaming expletives at his coworkers. It was so intense and aggressive that I honestly felt scared just sitting there. The crazy part was hearing another employee just sigh and say 'not today,' which makes it seem like this guy does this all the time. I grabbed my food and left as fast as I could. I was on my way and thought it was strange I did not get any alert, I called and the young gentleman who was working that night told me he can fix it and make my order at that moment as long as I was able to wait. Last nights delivery order was over an hr late and cold. The delivery person knew it and made a face as he took it out of his bag, felt the box was cold and started telling me how they were short staffed, it was some sort of special TV night so had lots of orders. I realize not the delivery guys fault, but I don't want excuses when my $30+ order felt unsafe to eat. The app is all set up to offer 20% off next order or a 2 topping smaller pizza free ..big deal! Made an order for a pizza. Order was incorrect and they added the garlic seasoning to the crust when asked not to. Went to pay for the delivery on the app and added a 20% tip. Was given a price of around $50 for the order. One pizza, one drink, three dipping sauces. When the order was placed, the tip didn't register. The driver came to my door and dropped the pizza which was also raw and doughy in the middle and left a little note on my receipt. When I went to meet him to give home the tip he ran off back to the restaurant faster than I could catch him. I called the restaurant and they hung up on me. Mind you this was still during business hours. I ended up driving to the restaurant and gave him twice the tip I originally intended and spoke with him about how not to act when working in customer service. I asked the employee who came up to me at the store and asked if I could leave a tip for the driver who made the delivery and the employee said the driver went home already. I looked at my front door camera footage and saw that it was indeed him who made the delivery himself. I showed him the footage and he said it was him. He lied to me! Dominos fix your app, don't charge egregious prices for small amounts of food, and don't let your drivers/employees act like this when it's not the customers fault your software doesn't work. The manager told me that their system was running slow and they did not have my order. She eventually found my order, took another half an hour to make my pizza. Absolutely unacceptable not even an apology. How can you be a manager and have zero customer service skills. Placed an order and was told delivery in 30 min or so. Called back almost an hour later to be told another 30 min... pizza never showed so I called AGAIN and was put on hold for 20min. At this point I was frustrated and just wanted to cancel the order. I drove across the street while still on hold to be told by the lady that they don't have a hold option. I put my phone on speaker so she could hear that they did. She said that their was still 3 orders ahead of me and it would be another hour. It was almost 2 1/2 hours later and still had another hour to go so I cancelled the order. I'll continue to use PZA in the town center or A's by the east gate. Poor management!! We placed an ordered and didn't receive it until over 1.5 hours later. I called and spoke to the manager before the pizza arrived because the tracker said it was delivered and it hadn't been. The manager stated that the driver had another delivery before me and the tracker is never accurate. She was childish and giggled at the fact that our food was not on time. After a long time from that conversation, I called back and the manager agreed to refund me for the order. It has been over a week from the incident and still, no refund. I will not be ordering from this Dominos location again. We were at a friends and they had ordered Domino's and I t was really good so we gave it another shot last night. What we got was hands-down the worst pizza I've ever had the misfortune to pay for. I must have called for 30m straight to the other location and they would pick up and hang up on me. They had already charged me so I had to get ahold of them.
