Great place to eat some dinner in Menifee. This place exceeded my expectations for sure. We had the beef carpaccio, not knowing what it was and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors were so good together and the polenta was yummy. I had the lobster BLT, which is a cold sandwich. That was absolutely amazing. Perfect mix of tangy and savory. The fries were so good as well. My boyfriend got the backyard Barbecue platter. Which is on their special menu that is only seasonal. He truly enjoyed his food and the ribs were so tender, this specific food option had a lot on the plate and will definitely get you very full and could even possibly share. Our server was Makenzie, she had such great service and is very kind and accommodating. Our waters were never empty or even pass the halfway point because she was so on top of checking on us and making sure everything was good. A $25 cake-cutting fee shouldn't have overshadowed our son's birthday, but the way it was handled did. We've been coming here for years. It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning. read more

First time trying this restaurant, and it was a great experience! I love finding restaurants tucked away in shopping plazas--they always seem to impress me more than I expect. We arrived right when they opened at 3 PM on a Saturday. The hostess was sweet and quickly showed us to our table. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the paintings on the walls--they were beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. If you want to learn some history behind the restaurant ask Tiffany for the story behind the paintings :) We started with a couple of drinks, and they were delicious. I ordered a Bloody Maria (basically a Bloody Mary made with tequila), and it was really good. For an appetizer, we got the Grilled Corn Ribs, and wow--they were so tasty. We couldn't stop talking about how good they were. For our entrées, we ordered the Double Stacked Cheeseburger and the Cavatelli pasta. I really enjoyed the pasta. The flavor was delicious, and while the noodles were a bit thicker than I expected, it was still a great dish. My partner wasn't the biggest fan of the burger because of the Southwestern pimento cheese, but the fries were excellent! I tried the burger myself and honestly thought it was still pretty good. Oh my gosh was this place great! Super packed and busy make sure to make a reservation! We booked a last minute reservation for dinner and they were able to get us in, as it seemed like the nicest restaurant in the proximity to our Airbnb. Service was phenomenal the entire time they even gave us a private room unknowingly that we were there celebrating my bachelorette party. We were super happy, the area was cozy and private, perfect for our small group. They offer a bunch of different options on espresso martinis, you can custom different liquors and flavors. We all tried different combinations and they were all wonderful. Onto the food, we were blown away! Couldn't believe that finding this place last minute gave us such an incredible experience. The food was top notch and delicious. The Mac and cheese was soooo creamy and flavorful. The steak was cooked perfect and they have several dipping sauces to choose from. The salmon was a hit and the risotto went really well with it. I wouldn't be surprised if this place had a Michelin star, it was THAT GOOD. My cousin had the coconut margarita and said it was so good. I had a glass of Rose. For our entrees, I ordered the Steak & Shroom flatbread, and my cousin ordered the Motor City Deep Dish. We both enjoyed our entrees, but were full from the wings. The vibe is upbeat and lively. There are a lot of tables and bar seating. The music was absolutely amazing. During the World Cup, the TVs were difficult to see from the dining room, so many guests including us ended up checking phones instead of occasionally glancing at the game which defeats the overall experience and both food and company etiquette . I don't expect a sports bar, but if TVs are installed, they should either be functional or not be there at all. We also never received a soda refill or were asked if we'd like another drink. Right from the beginning we had to flag a server down as no straws were left , we later also had to flag someone for a box and the check Good food, but the service and overall guest experience and ambiance have room for improvement. read more

We celebrated my birthday at this fine establishment and we were not disappointed! It was Brunch on Sunday and we made reservations for 11:00 am. We were seated immediately and our server, Elison brought water. I ordered the Steak and eggs and a Bloody Mary. The steak was an 8 oz Filet Mignon, the eggs were over easy and the plate came with small potatoes. Everything was delicious! For desert we were brought S'mores and a flame pot to cook them. To finish my meal I ordered a glass of Chardonnay. The background music was epic and the noise level very low although the place was packed. I had been there prior for a coworker's going away dinner and that time I had the meatloaf. It was very flavorful. No complaints whatsoever. We rounded things out with the roasted wild carrots (insanely good), the shishito pepper mac & cheese (creamy with a small kick), and the Wedge Salad. I washed it all down with a couple of Orange Creamscicle beers from Belching Beaver (San Diego represent!) and my wife had a Diet Coke. Every bite, every sip--spot on. The vibe? Straight-up nostalgic cool. Late '80s / early '90s hip-hop and R&B playing loud and proud. Think Tribe Called Quest, TLC, and a dash of old school "It was a good day" hip hop.
