We went here because of the pick 6 deal.. we thought it was a pretty good deal for 24.99. Keep in mind, we saw advertisements for 19.99, but our waitress said in the fine print it says it could vary by state so whatever. 2 drinks, 2 entrees, 2 sides. Not bad. Unfortunately, when the hostess sat us we were immediately disgusted. The picture doesn't do it justice. We were sat right next to what appeared to be the aftermath of a large party of toddlers. My wife went to the restroom and the sink basin looked like a family of 5's shower drain. There was so much hair and a used bandaid sitting on the drain. How can management be ok with this? The food was nothing to rave about either. The boneless wings were dry.. and it took a lot of effort to chew through the outer layer of breading. My jaw is tired. Absolute train wreck. We were quoted 30-50 minutes and told it would "probably be sooner." Spoiler: it wasn't. We kept checking in and got the same line every time: "just a few more minutes." At the 50-minute mark, suddenly it's another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, people who walked in after us were magically getting seated. Make it make sense. When I asked for the manager, he showed up only to be unbelievably rude, dismissive, and condescending. He talked over me, rolled his eyes, and literally told me that by speaking to me he was "backing up the kitchen even more." Here's a thought: if your kitchen is "backed up," that's a management problem. Don't punish your guests for your lack of organization. I celebrated a milestone birthday yesterday; and decided to stop in at BWW and cash in on my free wings. I'm so glad I did! They were scrumptious. I had never eaten at BWW, so was a little hesitant. I was pleasantly impressed! I'm giving it a four star because I didn't receive my celery and carrot sticks, as requested, along with the wings which was a little disappointing as they help balance out each other. That's not an acceptable solution when the food was terrible and we were already told it would be removed. When I told him I didn't want coupons and just wanted the item taken off like promised, he refused. So I said to just give the coupons to the other couple we were with since this would be my first and last time coming here. It has changed for the best. They are more organized and not just stacking tables on top for the waitresses to be overwhelmed. It is calmer and much more enjoyable. Seen new staff as well which could be the reason for it as well. Family and I continue to come weekly and so far so good. read more

But I would recommend Epic Wings (used to be called Wings n Things) in Murrieta or Hemet if you're looking for some great Wings (that are fully cooked). Got my beer quick, and he checked on me at good intervals until I ordered my favorite keto meal. Dry rub flats! Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and they were delicious! There were a couple of interesting/shady patrons, but the establishment isn't responsible for who comes to eat. For the people who got bad food in other reviews, that sucks :( but I completely ignore the 1 star reviews from people with social skill complaints who only have 1 review on the app and that's what they created the account for, to vent. We were there on Thursday during HH. There was only 1 server at the bar area, she did great that's why you get a otherwise it would be 0. There's no busser, 2 tables were dirty since we got there and no one cleaned them. Customers sat down at the dirty table and just pushed the dirty dishes to the side. Floor was dirty and sticky, the bathrooms needed service, no manager around to help the only bar server. We noticed 2-3 employees coming before 5:30pm, they all clicked in, but instead of getting to work they sat down to be on their phones or chat with each other. No hostess to greet customers. Overall, a very poor way to run a business. I used to be a Manager at a restaurant and believe me, if I saw my servers busy. I jumped in to help them, even if that means cleaning the bathroom myself. The food was mediocre at best. The dining room (the bar top is where I sat) was sticky and not clean. The restroom was an absolute nightmare. It smelled like sewage, it looked like the floor hadn't been mopped in a few days, and the commode made me ill. I just love the wings at this place. The garlic Parmesan sauce on the wings is my favorite. This time I switched out my fries for their onion rings and they were really good. I could have used a few more, there was only 8 on my plate but my friend got more. Our waiter Sergio was the best! He was very patient with us old ladies and got us everything we needed with a smile on his face and even joked around. His boss Emily was also wonderful helping us out too. I will continue to eat at the Menifee location. This is a sports bar atmosphere so the ambiance is not meant to be romantic. Good music playing over the speakers. I will say, Kailey did an excellent job serving us, I used to be a server so I know how it can be. I was gifted a $25 dollar gift card in June and as you can see I didnt rush in to use it but I thought today what do I have to lose. Bartender Service was pretty good, and the TV's had all the games I wanted to see. That was the best part of my visit About that gift card for some reason or another the establishment wasnt taking gift cards during my visit and I was forced to do something I said I would never do again, fork over my hard-earned cash for the place I consider the worst restaurant chain in America.
