This creamy sauce features a Southwestern or chipotle-style kick that complements the sweet, crisp beer batter. My friends also enjoyed this appetizer: "Buffalo Chicken Dip" made with shredded chicken, original buffalo cheese sauce, cheddar-jack cheese, bacon crumbles, ranch dressing, pickled hot peppers, and green onions. It is served hot with house-made tortilla chips and celery sticks. This is a really terrific spot over off of Haun Road and Newport near the 215 in Menifee. Yesterday, my husband picked up an order of wings for us from the Menifee location. After eating one wing, I found a long, dark blue hair in my food. It was absolutely disgusting, and I immediately threw away the rest of my meal because I no longer felt comfortable eating any of it. I tried calling the store more than 10 times before someone finally answered. After explaining what happened, I was transferred to the kitchen manager. His response was, "Fosho, I'll put your name on a list and you'll get 10 wings on the house." How is that "on the house" when I had already paid for a meal that I had to throw away because of a food safety issue? There wasn't even a sincere apology or any acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. This isn't an isolated issue. My family usually drives to the Murrieta location because we've consistently had poor experiences at the Menifee location. Orders are often incorrect, wait times are much longer than expected, and the restaurant always seems understaffed. I also contacted corporate to report the food safety issue. They assured me they take these complaints very seriously, but they offered no resolution. I asked for a refund or even a gift card so I could visit a different location, and I was told they couldn't do either and that the franchise owner would contact me. It's hard to believe these issues are taken seriously when customers are left without a meaningful solution. Based on my experience, this location has ongoing issues with food safety, customer service, and management. The work culture needs serious improvement through better employee training, stronger leadership, and higher standards for sanitation and customer care. The way this restaurant is being run is unacceptable, and until management takes real accountability instead of offering generic responses, I don't expect these issues to improve. Customers deserve safe food, respectful service, and management that stands behind its business when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience and the way it was handled by both the store and corporate fell far below that standard. UPDATE: I received a voicemail from Reese after 6 p.m. Thursday four business days after reporting a hair in my food. Corporate told me the franchise owner would contact me, but after waiting that long, I had already handled the situation myself and disputed the transaction. I never even spoke with Reese. The lack of urgency over a serious food-safety complaint says enough. After seeing the ongoing negative reviews about this Menifee location, it's clear my experience isn't isolated. Customers deserve safe food, accountability, and timely customer service not generic apologies and four-day delays. I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to do better. read more

Came here with my boyfriend for a bite to eat after house hunting. Our server was very sweet. We ordered the pick 6 deal which we thought was a great deal for what you go. I'm giving it a four star because I didn't receive my celery and carrot sticks, as requested, along with the wings which was a little disappointing as they help balance out each other. Got my beer quick, and he checked on me at good intervals until I ordered my favorite keto meal. Dry rub flats! Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and they were delicious! There were a couple of interesting/shady patrons, but the establishment isn't responsible for who comes to eat. For the people who got bad food in other reviews, that sucks :( but I completely ignore the 1 star reviews from people with social skill complaints who only have 1 review on the app and that's what they created the account for, to vent. When I told him I didn't want coupons and just wanted the item taken off like promised, he refused. So I said to just give the coupons to the other couple we were with since this would be my first and last time coming here.
