This location is almost comically bad. I just ordered a 25 dollar giant sub online. I included a tip. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready at the appointed time. I just had surgery and I'm not even supposed to be out of the house but I figured swinging by to pick up a sandwich really quick wouldn't be too much. Well, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I finally get my sandwich. Get to the car to find out it's bass awkward made completely wrong. ‍ just all bad. The big tall guy with glasses was cleaning his sweat with his wrist while making my sandwich. He was also cleaning the counter with the same gloves he was using to make the sandwiches with. It was extremely disgusting. I am surprised none of the employees have told him anything, especially management. I called and spoke to jen and she said there's no such thing as managers and that she will let him know. I paid $25 for two subs which I'm gonna have to throw out. Jersey Mike's is my favorite stop for a cold cut sandwich and this particular shop is always on its A game. Service is friendly and quick and the staff is well-trained and happy to accomodate special requests. I have never seen the space dirty or cluttered at all and the fountain drinks are always crisp. I've encountered ongoing issues at this location, and today (2/26/25) was no exception. The problems come down to two main factors: 1. Poor Customer Service - Time management and prioritization are lacking. 2. Staffing Issues - Only two employees were working, which contributed to delays. I placed and paid for my online order for two subs around 3:00 PM, with a notification stating my order would be ready by 3:22 PM. Since I only have a 30-minute lunch break, I arrived at the pickup line on time. When I asked about my order, I was told one sub was still missing. I checked the bag, confirmed this was true, and patiently waited. However, as I waited, I watched five customers walk-in get in line (order line), place the order and get their orders before me. My missing sub wasn't made until 3:45 PM--more than 20 minutes after my promised pickup time. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, especially for those with limited time. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it will be the last if nothing changes. Orders should be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If management doesn't improve efficiency and prioritization, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. From reading other reviews I can see I'm not the only one experiencing this frustration. I wonder what Corporate would say if I contact them as a heads-up. read more

We ordered the Original Italian, Club Sub, and Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak -- all were flavorful, and made to perfection. The ingredients were super fresh, and the subs were generously packed. A special shoutout to CC -- she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and CC definitely does. Really disappointed with their service the last few visits. Very inconsistent!!!! (And reminded of how much I really dislike pickles) Annoyed to capacity to today's recent visit- 9/29/19 2:15pm with Hannah, I believe. Requested a regular sub, NO PICKLES and with mayo, specifically even after she asked and then we come home to a sandwich with pickles. Normally we would watch the order being made, but we glanced over as three sandwiches are being made and didn't think much of it. Open the sandwich at home to find pepper, olive oil and pickles. The meatball sub isn't even cut. Just frustrating here at home and adding mayo to my sandwich with pickles. If I wanted to make my own sandwich I'd have done that from the get go. When simple requests aren't followed, it's frustrating. Hunter is awesome! Bubbly and sweet from the second you walk through the door. She's very knowledgeable on all the sandwiches and even recommended the portobello mushroom sandwich with chipotle sauce! So she's also a great sales girl cause I ordered that too! The two male employees have these curly bushy type hair styles which did not compliment the food or establishment. If these two young men want schnerdoodle type hair styles just because it's cool, then by all means hairnets would be appropriate. I was disgusted and felt I should have walked out or asked for the manager. Their hair was all over the place and if I would have found hair in my sandwich, upset and angry are words that would described this review, and the Health Department certainly would be, and propbably still get a telephone call from me. I want to start off by saying I don't usually have problem with this store, the last time I ordered it was ready before the time given. That being said... Ordered on app at 137. Order to be ready at 152. Arrived at 150. Stood outside due to social distancing 10 in store which is understandable. When I was able to go inside I asked about my order and they said they are doing it right now. This was at 155. I said okay and proceeded to wait. They made and served all of the people in the store (8) and another person that ordered through the app who arrived after us, before they gave me my food. I still didn't get my food even after stating 3 seperate times they were 'wrapping it up' in the back right now..... For 15-20 mins? For one sandwhich? Walked out with food at 215. I open my sandwhich and the bread is hard. The bacon is burnt and bits scattered on the avacado spread. The sandwhich was also warm. We ordered a #8 cold. I then go to open my vinegar and there is something floating in it. The staff working had really bad attitudes. Bad customer service. Had the worst customer experience with manager taylor she was rude. I was talking to the cashier and she thought I was asking for extra guacamole for my sandwich and she yells "don't give her extra guacamole if she wants it she need to pay extra." I originally had asked for a Cali club sandwich with no bacon and I asked if she could replace the bacon and add more guacamole instead she said no. And I said that's fine!! What I was asking the young lady was if she remembered me from Tuesday's visit and that I have left two cups for drinks to pick up later. I must say this just to be fair. I have been to a few Jersey Mikes. This location is no different than others. Service is the same as most places. They might say hi when you walk in they might not. Here they did not. My partner stood in line as I looked for a clean table. That did not happen as all the table's were dirty. I had to ask them to do their job and clean a table for us. Poor service you ask me. Now for the food. I feel they charge too much for their subs. I mean really subway is cheaper with what I think is better quality, more topings, and less price. I had a Philly cheese stake sub and the meat was not good but not bad. For the price I expect better quality and a taste I can tell my friends about. I can not do that here.
