Would have been more interesting to see how it could have been made with the yolk as well. The banana peppers were tasty with a good balance of sweet and crunchy. I had the burger with spicy goat cheese and the banana peppers. Overall the burger was delicious with many layers of flavor. It's a smash patty type burger with crisp edges and cooked well done. While my preference is a thicker juicy burger, this has lots of flavor to it and the unique combinations gave everyone something to try. My side was pickle fries and these were excellent.
