Meh. First the bad, tasteless wings slightly overcooked and just a smidge dry. That was plain with no sauce but they should still taste like chicken, these did not. Honestly I make them better at home and quicker. They took 30 mins to get to me with no one ahead of me. One table was in use and they already had their food when I walked in. I won't name names but the staff was sitting in the back when I walked in and didn't come up front for 3-4 minutes which seems like forever when you are a customer watching customer service staff just sit there. The good, the wings were edible so it wasn't a waste of money. There's wings had a crispy skin (hope so since they were overdone) That's about all the good. What's the point in ordering ahead if your food's not ready when you get there or close to it by the time; after placing an order for 8:30 PM just now getting it at 9 o'clock after watching other people walking in to dine-in and getting their food WELL before us just a chicken sandwich and some boneless wings.... Lemon pepper chicken sandwich was fresh, flavorful and juicy. This was my first time eating here so I don't know if they normally have mayonnaise but I was told they didn't have any on the day of my visit. That would have been my only addition to the sandwich. The voodoo fries with cheese were great. They were spicy, warm, soft and cheesy just like I like them. The service was friendly. The wings were flavorful. Service was a little slower than most "fast food" type places but everything was made in front of us so I'm okay with waiting longer for fresher tasting food. There were two televisions inside. Both had closed captioning which is nice. I can't stand it when I try to eat somewhere and the televisions are so loud, you can't hold a normal conversation or when they don't have captioning and you don't know what's being said. Prices were a little high but I guess every place is expensive since the pandemic. Overall, I liked it and will eat there again. read more

The food was decent, but we waited an hour for our food and 5-6 online orders were made and handed out before we received ours, and when we received our food we didn't even get all of it, and then they tried to charge me when I asked for the ranch that they forgot. My new favorite wing stop! Get it? Had the atomic and they are just awesome! Good heat and actually has a good flavor, not like some other super hot wings in the area. Prices are better than most too! Also tried the Cajun which I love. I have tried all the wing places in the area and this is the one for me and the family. Had a craving for wings while visiting my hometown and there are not many options in Kingsport. Chose to go to WingStop because it is a national chain and I thought there may be some consistency. I assumed wrong. The only good part was ordering and this is because I used the app for a mobile order. From there it went down hill. The greeting from the staff when arriving was not the warmest. The entire time I was there the manager was talking to the fry cook about how this location could be better and more efficient. That whoever ran it before didn't do it right. Not something customers need to be hearing. Now about the food. We ordered the 30 wing family meal. We chose Original Hot, Lemon Pepper and Hawaiian. The Original Hot had very little sauce and even less flavor. There was no heat to this flavor at all. The Lemon Pepper are a dry seasoning, but there was hardly any seasoning. These were basically plain wings and very disappointing. My children did enjoy the Hawaiian. These seemed to be very well sauced but having not eaten these ones personally I cannot give an accurate review. Wings and fries were could have been left in the fryer for another minute or two. Just a very bland, soggy meal in general. I would highly recommend trying to find wings somewhere else in Kingsport. This restaurant is not worth the time or money. From price to presentation to eating experience, it is all a disappointment. read more

Ordered through door dash, they waited until dasher arrived, then cancelled our order. Only thing that the store put was that they could not fulfill. Would have been nice to cancel it before making us wait 40 minutes to find out that door dash orders were not "coming through to the store". Horrible and ridiculous. This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they mess up my order 2 but when I called to advise them of the 2nd mistake the "shift lead" was extremely rude and mocked me during the whole call. And he prepared the 2nd order!! This is one of my favorite wing places. It is fairly cheap with great quality. The staff is super nice and you don't have to clean up your mess. The facility is spotless and a great environment. This place has recently opened in Kingsport. I had never heard of them until they showed up in town. Tried the 8 wing combo today. On the plus side, the wings were very good - better than Buffalo Wild Wings in my opinion. I had their hot and bbq sauces. The hot was excellent, but as hot as others, but a great sauce. The bbq was good, but not spicy enough for me. The only downside of the place is the wait. They cook the wings fresh based on your order, which is good, if you are willing to wait 15-20 minutes for them. That seems long, but worth the wait. I will go back, but will definitely call ahead next time. read more

We ordered online and still had to wait 30 mins for our order. Even though we paid when we got there, the server said she didn't know the online order was ours so she did not prepare it. Once we got home, part of our order was missing and the wings were so spicy we could not eat them. We have ordered these same wings in the restaurant but this is our second bad experience with online carry out. We will not be doing this again. We wasted our money. read more
