The wings and stuffed cheesy bread is on point. The coke was delivered cold and the driver was great! The pizzas, however, were totally disgusting. Sauce tasted like a concentrate that wasn't properly mixed, little to no toppings, Brooklyn style crust was not anything to be excited about, and the little bit of mushrooms we did get tasted like they were old before they were cooked. We ordered online with a coupon we got in a mailer with no issues. Online tracker worked well. Overall, we'd go back to this location for the cheesy bread and wings only. read more

Depending on the day, time, weather and whose on first, has a great deal to do with how your pizza order will turn out. I order the thin crispy crust always, have for many years, no matter where I live so I know what it's supposed to look like and that it's supposed to be firm and crunchy like a cracker. I've ordered three times from this restaurant and it's been perfect once. The last time it was limp, soggy and cold and was given a refund. I won't be ordering from this store again. Instead of pushing the orders through and delivering poor product, give customers an estimated time of delivery on quality, perfection. If they choose a different store, restaurant or a grilled cheese made at home so be it but be consistent in the service offered, your customers will appreciate the option rather than being let down. read more

I ordered a pizza at 2:37pm online. Checkout stated it'd be approx. 27-37 min before the order would be ready. At 2:44pm, the order tracker stated the order was being delivered. This is 6 minutes after the order was placed. At 2:58pm, I got a call from the driver stating they were at the residence. I informed the driver that my husband was picking the kids up from a school (in our neighborhood) and asked if she could wait. She said she wouldn't wait anymore than 5 minutes. I explained that it stated online that it would be approx. 30 min before the order would even be ready which is why I placed the order when I did. She didn't seem to care. Needless to say we had to pay a delivery fee for a pizza we had to pickup from the store. This was a major inconvenience as we have a tight schedule today which was the reason for ordering a pizza for delivery. If a pizza will be ready in 6 minutes, don't put 27-37 minutes online or have some patience when you arrive too early. read more

I placed an order at 6:24pm today and was given a delivery time of 22-32 minutes. My pizza was delivered 22 minutes late (meaning I waited almost an hour) at 7:16pm. I called the Domino's store my pizza came from and asked for some form of recompense, to which the employee said, "well, sorry". When I asked is that all they are going to offer is an apology? Not a 2 liter with my next order or like $2 off my next order the employee said she needed to ask the manager. When the employee got back on the phone, her response was "the manager said sorry". When I have dealt with other pizza franchises, Pizza Hut specifically, and they have made a delivery late they have ALWAYS offered a small form of apology. The ONLY reason I attempted Domino's today was the 50% online order coupon. It will be well over a year before I even consider ordering a product from Dominos again due to the shoddy customer service by the management and the employee on the phone. The delivery driver was polite and apologetic, which is all I would expect from the delivery person. I have no complaint with her behavior, just her tardiness. read more

I tried the new specialty chicken, the spicy Hawaiian, along with a custom large pizza and some cheesy bread. Everything was PERFECT and DELICIOUS! I had placed and paid for the order online, I received periodic updates about order progress and it STILL arrived sooner than expected, and I live outside of town! This is the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from. They are the only pizza delivery service that will deliver to our house so we really don't have a choice but to keep using them for our pizza delivery service. Every single time we have ordered from them (over 15 times), they have messed up our order. Either they forget to bring us something that we paid for or they mess up our pizza. Then, when I call the store to complain, the manager always has an attitude. Typically, they apologize and offer to bring out whatever they forgot or messed up and credit your account for your next order. With this Domino's, that is not the case. They always argue with me or come up with a really bad excuse for what happened and they don't want to credit our account or fix the problem. Again, this is the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from and I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

This is the worst delivery place I have ever encountered. First off, their app sucks and didn't work. So we called this dominos, placed an order after listening to the longest recording I have ever heard from any business, and then these guys could not figure out where we lived to save their miserable retarded lives. It's not like 90% of America has these amazing devices called smart phones they could have used to solve this mystery. So after these mouth breathers put us on hold for a few minutes they finally had an epiphany and realized they don't deliver to my part of town. So they referred us to another dominos that was equally retarded as they have not discovered a gps yet. This 30 minute experience ended with me going out to get my own Damn pizza from the old reliable little Caesars. Tried to order this evening, and was declined delivery. After a short conversation with the manager, my address is in fact within their 7 mile radius, but refused to take the delivery order. Great pizza, fast service and you can order online. Since switching to online ordering, I have never EVER had them make a mistake on my orders -- plus they have an online monitor that tracks which stage your order is at... (baking, prep, etc.) I can't say enough good things about them. They are not the best pizza I have ever had -- but they are the best fast food pizza chain around here. Hands down. Oh, and the delivery is quick. Even when they give me a long wait time, my pizza always arrive sooner than the estimate. read more
