Tried to order a big dinner box online but wanted to substitute the breadsticks for cheese sticks as it says below. But noticed there was no option to do so... so instead I called to place an order. And when I asked to substitute the bread the lady on the phone had an attitude and told me no so I asked to speak with a manager to help resolve the issue. When I asked her if it was possible she immediately raised her voice with attitude and stated it only comes with breadsticks or cinnamon bread. I asked to be uncharged for the substitution and she said no that it couldn't be done. I don't appreciate the attitude from both the employee and the manager. I'm 8 months pregnant and was craving some cheese bread but after that encounter I think I'll stick with Dominoes! read more

No notification or anything and I sat on the phone with customer service for over an hour with no luck and I received no feedback from the customer service email. Guess I'm out that $56. If I could give zero stars I would. I Ordered a couple pizzas for tonight and we wound up ordering something else it was so bad. The pizzas were cold by the time they arrived, they weren't double cut like I asked; they actually weren't even cut through all the way through either, the slices just crumbled if you try to pick them up as if they didn't make the dough correctly. The thin crust we ordered wasn't crispy at all, it was basically soggy. The tomatoes had weird taste to them, like they were old. I also opted for contactless delivery due to having a newborn and COVID cases on the rise and they didn't uphold that, the delivery person sat there knocking at my door until I answered. I love pizza, and I really like Pizza Hut. Most everything we've gotten from there has been fantastic. We've had some pretty great delivery people as well. I only have a couple complaints. For some reason, every time we order stuffed crust pizza (which just happens to be my favorite kind...) it's BURNED! Burned stuffed crust pizza makes me cranky. I don't understand it...although...I'm not sure it's just them...I think it's the whole company....or maybe the whole state. We have ordered stuffed crust from a couple other Pizza Hut's in the state in our adventures, and they have been burned as well. So maybe it's something about their conveyor belt oven. I dunno. My other complaint is that a couple of their delivery drivers are downright creepy....the kind of people that make me wish I kept a shotgun by the door....oh wait...I do. =) read more

We ordered wings and they gave us the wrong flavor they took them back and it took about 40 minutes for them to give us the right order! Customer service is very lacking. Put in an online order, went to pick it up - didn't check it for accuracy (my bad). At home noticed that one item was missing. Called in and was told I had never ordered that. Went back to Pizza Hut with the receipt was told the same thing. Went back a third time with my laptop that showed the missing item was ordered and paid for. Was treated like a liar, and then they said we'll just give it to you. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to! I ordered a delivery & when she delivered, she was holding our pizza's sideways! (Ikr?! Who does that?!). The customer service at this location needs A TON OF IMPROVEMENT. I placed an online order at 7:34pm on September 9, 2014 and my email stated it would be delivered by 8:04pm. I wait outside since I worried the delivery person wouldn't be able to find the house and 5 minutes was not a big deal, but as 15 minutes pass I call the restaurant location and they say that the person knocked on my door and called me multiple times. This was clearly not the case since I was waiting outside on my front porch with my cell phone. Turns out the delivery before my house was not answering so the manager told the delivery person to wait. I find this disturbing since she could've delivered our food then went back, which she had to do anyways since they never answered. 25 minutes past the estimated time of delivery our food shows up, but not before one order of my wings gets dropped in the street. I wasn't upset at first, as I asked her to kindly take the item off the bill when she gets back to the store. I asked for a phone call back and received it, but instead of adjusting the bill a credit for the next visit is given. I really was disappointed that my bill wasn't adjusted since I only order from Pizza Hut once in a blue moon. So paying $30 for an incomplete dinner and waiting over an hour for the order to get to the house was not my idea of an easy dinner night. I would've just went out and got fast food if it was gonna be an hour to get out food. I hope management doesn't treat their customers at this location like this every time there is an issue. Placed an order earlier this evening for delivery of 2 pizza's and a 2 liter drink. We received our pizza but no drink. Called to see what was up with that abs was only offered a $3 credit. No refund or that someone would bring it out, then finally was told someone would be out soon with it. Walked in to the restaurant and ordered, it was on time, correct, and hot. The customer service is so so, it's super slow but friendly. Their food is disgusting, though. It's either the food or employee hygiene that's disgusting but without fail it makes us ill. At the time it was suppose to be delivered, I received a phone call stating they "ran out of the special" and told me I could have just a regular 1 topping pizza for 10.00 and pay for the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks that were suppose to come with it separately. I opted to cancel and order somewhere else as I was very upset. They charged me for the order and I still haven't been refunded... Apparently the pizza took a "special" (said in a very rude manner from a so-called manager) kind of dough that would take 3 hours to make and they couldn't possibly make me a medium pizza with the regular dough. We happened to be in cove running errands and decided to stop for lunch. Our server Vivian was amazing! She recommended the stuffed crust since your running a special at the moment with it and it was so yummy! We also had cheese bread sticks, always good lol and we tried the waffles fries for the first time, I asked her to add cheese and they were really crispy, the kids loved them. When the order is right the pizza is always great. However. I've never gotten a correct order the first time and when I call to have them either credit me or send me another pizza half the time the second order is messed up so I get a credit on a credit.... Once I order balsamic vinegar sauce on top and they put the spicy siracha. When I brought it back the manager didn't believe the pizza was wrong and questioned if I ordered it right until I presented receipt. When I pointed out to them when I order from competitors and they get it right 34 out of 36 pizzas ordered in 40 weeks(only missing a ranch or icing cup), and the few (3-4 times) I've ordered Pizza Hut with out a credit 100% of the time its wrong and that they have lost my business for good they just looked at me like I was nuts and just told me ok. As others pointed out great pizza when its right but customer service is the worst. I really like pizza hut pizza but its always a hassle to have to deal with wrong orders. Managers need to try harder and do a MUCH better job at Quality Control, and you can't blame employees(who have ALWAYS been super nice) if the person training them can't train them properly. read more
