Place is quite was not that busy when we were there. Staff was friendly but we had to bus our own dished to make room for dessert. And only helped half the table to refills . So table was full of temple dishes. Food was good- salad was fresh. Bread tasted great. But the manicotti was burnt on the edges and was just alright. I always eat here,and I usually get the same thing, tonight I ordered differently and got the chicken Alfredo with shrimp,it was very dry not enough sauce whatsoever,but tasted good,I asked the server if I could get a little more Alfredo sauce because was to dry, barely any sauce,she brought me a small soup bowl of Alfredo sauce,I didn't think nothing about it except I did not ask for that much sauce.I went to pay and see I was charged 6.00 for the sauce and asked the server why was I charged? Its not my fault the food was dry. I told her she should of mentioned that it was an upcharge for the cooks mess up. I don't think it was fair. Ordered our favorite chicken murphy, meat lovers pizza, baked ziti, and baked lasagna last night. Food was hot, fresh, and most importantly it was correct. We wouldn't drive from Killeen to Copperas Cove if the food wasn't delicious. I recommend this restaurant. read more

I will give it a 2 because the eggplant wasnt terrible, but it wasnt homemade. The salad was very cold which is great but still wet from being washed. The minestrone soup should not have been called minestrone as the only veggies in the soup were tiny little pieces of broccoli and a few small tomato pieces. Other than that there were no beans in it either and what loomed like many different types of pasta scraps. The broth tasted like canned tomato sauce and knorr powdered chicken bouillon. The eggplant parm was ok, my husband ordered the cheese steak. It was SO SMALL there was hardly any meat in there and the staff, well, bless their hearts. they dont belong in the food industry, ill leave it at that. I was sorely disappointed with this restaurant. I'm Italian and was excited to go. We were greeted and seated quickly. The interior is not well lit. I believe it should be updated and maybe let more natural light inside. The food was almost inedible! My daughter ordered Caesar salads a lot. She got one here and barely ate any of it. The dressing was odd and had a sweetness to it. I had the chicken Marsala. The chicken was weird like it had come from an MRE almost. The sauce was so runny. I didn't like it at all. I took all of 2 bites. My husband ordered the pasta sampler. It was extra greasy and we think it was nuked. The server was nice enough but argued with me at the end and said we must just be hangry. Decided to try the Pizza after a disappointing purchase from a National place that we returned. The XL single topping is a good tasting pizza and a great deal. Much bigger pizze and makes for some very large slices. The dough was fresh and the ingredients a good quality. Want to go back and sit down for a meal sometime, but is definitely my go to place for pizza in Cove. read more

Best pizza in Cove! We use to love New York Pizza in Killeen but when they closed their business, we were devastated. We tried so many pizzerias and Bella Sera's was the closest we could get to our beloved pizza. Best part is Bella Sera's is not as greasy and it's closer to home. This was my favorite Restaurant in Copperas Cove. I always ordered the veal piccata because it was tasting so good. I also appreciate they gave me real glasses for my drink and no plastic. I stopped visiting the restaurant because of the sticky floor. For me beyond gross! But I gave them another try and the floor was still sticky. This is an absolute no go. Very comparable to Giovannis down the street. I had the chicken Parmigiano and my wife had the clam linguine plus garlic cheese toast. The clams were most likely canned but still good. The chicken Parmigiano was basically the same as Giovannis. The only take away is that Giovannis garlic cheese bread is better, hence the 3(3.5 is more accurate)stars. I know that to say whether a certain restaurants food is 'good' is a matter of personal preference and taste. I also come from a state that has EXCELLENT authentic Italian food, so my standard is kind of high. Unfortunately this was some of the worst Italian food I've eaten, and I think I'd actually prefer Olive Garden - the 'McDonald's' of Italian food I ordered the lasagna with a side of meatballs. The lasagna was such a tiny portion I thought they made a mistake and sent the kids meal. It was bland and just did not taste good. The meatballs were absolute mush and had the taste of the frozen meatballs you'd buy in the grocery store. Not good at all and most of both dishes went in the garbage. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting Italian food and I will definitely not return. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 mins down the road to Giovanni's if you want a good Italian meal! read more

Ordered a pizza and it had enough cheese on it to take care of three pizzas. Pizza tasted disgusting had very little toppings. I believe their pizza chef quit a couple days before. If you can't hire the right people for the job just quit yourself and let someone else buy you out. Since the last 2 owners this place has seriously gone down hill. read more
