I would like to start by saying they did get our food delivered pretty fast. But when it arrived this is how it looked both pizza were stacked on top of each-other and my husband ordered pepperoni with jalapeños and it came with sausage instead. Wings were only thing that came correctly. I ordered cinnamon twist and they came like bread twist no cinnamon on it but with icing on side. I will say when i called they didn't argue they apologized and gave us credit back. But not sure if i will ever ordered here again!! read more

The food was not as great. I ordered closer to closing around 11:00 p.m. on 11/25. However, the portion of the pasta didn't make any sense. I ordered chicken Alfredo, yet there is no chicken. The service at this place is horrible. We walked in to pick up an order of pizzas that we placed earlier in the day. 40+ pizzas. They were about 30 minutes late. That's not the problem, I get that sometimes things get behind. Anyhow, I had my young son with me had had to go pee. Normally not an issue but standing in this place for an extra 30 had an effect. I asked if he could use their toilet. I was told there is o bathroom. I asked where the 20 employees I'm looking at go? Was then told it's not a public restroom. Was super happy that the two times we have ordered they delivered 20 minutes before the time they promised. However, they are pretty cheap on their sauce and cheese the first time that the second time I had to order it with EXTRA cheese and a side of sauce. Also they do not carry Parmesan cheese anymore because they had to pay for it so this specific location (owner) decided not to carry it all. They still have the pepper flakes though. I had paid for a large thin crust with extra mushrooms last week. There was no where near 'extra' let alone a regular amount of mushrooms. So today I tried to call in an order for a "Triple" mushroom pizza. The guy told me that they wouldn't be able to make me a triple mushroom pizza. So I asked them to double the mushrooms, charge me for an additional topping and just use mushrooms instead. They told me no they would not do it for me. So I said if they couldn't make me a pizza with a lot of mushrooms then I didn't want to order from them. Very poor customer service. Just use your head dude. CJ is a great Manager at this location that cares about service. Called today to order pizza this afternoon as the online delivery is offline due to our current weather. CJ explained why when I called, I said I'd call back to place order as I was making sure they were open. To sum it up, called placed order, young lady said 40 mins. Hour and 20 mins passed; called & they had turned it to 6pm delivery. We never made these arrangements, CJ came on to determine issue and make right. I just wanted to post to say thank you!! My pizza honestly took a little longer than expected, which is understandable considering the obvious circumstances. I noticed it said the same person that made my pizza also delivered it and is also the manager. I'm guessing like every other restaurant they're extremely short staffed. The front cashier/ order taker lady, was very nice and helpful. However they had four people in a line doing their part of making the pizza. All four of them weren't wearing any type of gloves. They were touching everything with their bare hands, and god knows what under their finger nails. It was SO DISGUSTING! How are they passing any kind of inspection?! Great place but could be better. Ordered delivery and got great service. Everything we ordered was spot on but I do have a few complaints. The pizza doesn't have enough sauce and there is not to much dough on the pizza either. The breadsticks we got compared to the pictures on the website were far more different than what they advertised. They were very small and were flat instead of risen like shown in the picture. The night shift is unacceptable and completely disrespectful! I called 4 times to order pizza in a matter of an hour and was left on hold for 10 minutes each time!! Then when I call to talk to the manager she "is folding pizza boxes" so she couldn't come to the phone. And when I explained the situation to the girl on the phone she hung up on me. I'm sorry but if you are running a business you need to train your employees to have respect or your not going to have any customers!! And in the end I still didn't get to place an order!!!! Do not go here if you want to do business with a place that values customers. I ordered two large pizzas and Parmesan garlic bites (pick-up) on Feb. 3rd; I sent my youngest son in to pick up the order. When we got home 10 mins later, we realized that the garlic bites were not included, but we were charged for them. I called the location and talked to a manager, and he swore that he "notated our account" and that we had a credit for that item for our next purchase. I just called to place a $35 order, but guess what!...no notes in any account about the previous error, and existing management will not honor their commitment ("well, we're under new management"). That's fine, I'll take my $30-$35, once a week, pizza purchases to Papa John's in the future. I would LOVE to hear from this current Domino's location management to see how they would like to remedy this. I'm sure I won't, though. read more

The price delivered was about $5 less than Pizza Hut. I am not a Domino's customer so I didn't know what to expect. The crust was fine sauce ok but the pizza lacked a reasonable amount of cheese. I want to deeply thank the team at this Domino's location. The experience we had from the ordering of the meal in the backyard of my friends house, to the excellent service we received when we arrived. I will leave out how our order wasn't ready when we arrived, but I will say that Tyler handled the situation as if he was the CEO of Domino's himself. Tyler, responded in a very high professionalism manner. He didn't miss a beat when it came to offering 100% satisfaction to us. Pizza was burnt to a crisp. Both pizzas. When called to complain they said they could remake which would take another 45 minutes or give us a credit. No apology, acted as if we were wrong. I've never dealt with a dominos this inconsistent. One order will be fine and the next the pizza is burn, dropped, or undercooked. It's literally every other order. If you mess up the pizza, fix it. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of options here in Aubrey but we'll be sticking to pizza hut and papa john's from now on. we tried to call and speak to a manager but got put on hold and then got hung up on before we even talked to anybody. that's how you lose customers. read more

We patiently waited 1 hour and 45 mins and finally called them to see what the hold up was. They screwed up and forgot about our order, tried to blame us for not asking for our credit card number after hanging up. The manager then argued that he tried calling my husbands cellphone, which he flat out lied about. We had no calls, no missed calls and no voicemail. The manager ( John Mckenzie) didn't even apologize for their mistake and screw up. We hung up, filed a complaint with corporate and ordered Pizza Hut. Very poor management at this location. I ordered a pizza on the app. Everything seemed ok. I got the email saying my estimated delivery time. I waited until 15 minutes past my estimated delivery time. I checked the tracker on the app and it said that the driver had left the store 20 minutes ago. We are at the 1 hour mark so I called to make sure everything was ok. They said it would be at my location "any minute". I continued to wait. An hour and a half into my wait I call again and am told that the tracker on the app is not an accurate representation of times and that everything was fine. 2 hours past, I headed to the store. We have ordered from this Dominos many times and we are only 6-7 minutes away, sure we can pickup carry out but what's the point if they offer no hassle quick delivery right? Wrong, over the last 20 times we've ordered food from this Dominos location at Cross Roads they are normally here late (an average of 30-40 minutes after their estimated app time). So normally the food is cold and the cheese has already started to harden. Very disappointing. Orders have been wrong, it's like they don't even read the order...we ask for no mushrooms at all, and they put extra mushrooms. We pay for a 2liter bottle of soda, they come to deliver food with no soda. There is like almost no quality control check at this location. Pizza Hut down the block on 380 seems to always get there orders right with no issue as it seems they don't want customer complaints....but you be the judge. This a Dominos at Cross Roads has 2 stars. That must tell you something. Now today, December 6th, 2017. The app said my order was delivered yet food never came!? I called the store and no answer. Then all of a sudden my iPhone says I have a voicemail. They couldn't find my house even though my house is clearly displayed on google maps, Waze, etc. I call back the delivery driver and he says "I don't have a smartphone like all of my other teammates do, and we use bing for maps!" A well known major corporation uses bing?! That makes me laugh because Bing maps are no where near updated as often as google maps or any reputable free navigation app. It's funny how I watched one of their other drivers pass my house a few minutes ago to deliver to a neighbor across the street. Dominos failed today as they have done in the past. I think it's time to stop using this Dominos even if it means the only time I can order a Dominos is when I'm at work in Plano. This franchise is the worst dominos to deal with....same as other reviews. Ordered pizza, salad, dessert, and soda...estimated wait time 50-60 on a Friday night, like other 80-90 mins later driver shows up. Joe was very apologetic as I was not happy at all, I asked for a return call from the manager. Nothing. I've had some really bad experiences with this store over the years, this may be the final straw. I actually like dominos pizza and now this almost guarantees I'll just go to papa John's in the future. Look at the other recent reviews, customers complaining about same thing. I hope they turn it around, I don't want free pizzas I just want timely service or better upfront estimates if I need to avoid. read more
