This is the second time I ordered breadsticks and was given no sauce. I went in to complain and they gave me one than I asked for another one. They want to charge me .85 cents per container, FINE.... Ordered and requested contactless delivery. He rings and I open the door and he just opens the bag and hands it over to me and expects me to take everything out of the bag. (I have this on camera btw) as I take the first item out I said oh you're gonna make me take it out of the bag, and honestly, it seems like he doesn't know English because then it seems like he starts babbling things. Not only is it just rude when I ask for contactless and did not get that but then he expects me to take the items out of the bag for him. But to top it off I ordered the Oreo bites that are supposed to come with the icing dipping. I got two ranches instead which completely ruined the dessert, eating it half cooked and dry. It seems stupid, but the whole experience really did ruin it for me. Please train your drivers better to not only have better customer service, but do not forget items that are in the order. read more

Ordered online- xtra large the works pizza. We don't really love chain restaurants- but it's summer and who wants to cook on a Saturday? I still had twenty mins before the other says it's ready so I make a stop and head to the PJ's. Upon arrival- I'm expecting a "hi", "welcome" etc. This is what I got: "You pickin up an order?" Me looking like no the hell you didn't not greet a customer. "Yes I ordered online" Him- "Name??" I continue to be dumbfounded ‍.. "my name" He tells me how much it costs and meanwhile is giving directions to his coworkers, he walks away while I'm trying to give him the money. I'm visibly irritated; he looks at me like well what's wrong with her(!!) I gave him the money; he gives me my change (he didn't have correct change so gave me three dollars instead of 2+change- as if they rectified my issue. I used to order exclusively from Papa John's, in spite of the many options available in the area. I can say, for certain, that I will NEVER order from this Papa John's again, thanks to the crappy customer service I received this evening. I called to speak to the manager after my specific directions for my order were ignored by the Door Dash driver they contracted since they're so short staffed. They also did not deliver my drink that I paid for. When I spoke to the manager, he basically blamed it all on Door Dash and said there was nothing they could do. His tone was very dismissive and impatient, which only made me angry. When I asked for his name, he provided it, said to 'go ahead and file a complaint, they're just going to tell you what I JUST SAID'. That pushed me over the edge, so I cursed at him and his response - as the MANAGER - was 'go fuck yourself'....or maybe it was 'fuck you too'....something along those lines. So, yeah.....I'm done with this location. Short staffed or not, they obviously could care less about trying to make things right when issues arise with their paying customers. read more

First time ever buying from this company. Carry Out. Walked in and in the kitchen area there were at least a dozen of the regular pizza pans on the floor, as well as greasy parchment sheets (I guess they line the pans with them). Staff was hopping over the pans and papers and purposefully standing on the pans to let them slide out from under their feet to shoot across the floor. Then, the girl making pizza slipped her hair under her hat on both sides, with her bare hands, before taking a freshly laid out pizza crust and pan from another worker. Used her same, yet-to-be washed bare hands for that! Yay. Overpriced. read more

We normally do delivery and the service has always been prompt. The pizza arrives on time and hot. The only time it ever took longer than 30 minutes (on a Friday night) I received a coupon for a free pizza afterward. I didn't complain about the arrival time; they were just on top of it and aware. this location is incredible. customer service is always a 10/10. that joey guy is a legend, and the wait time is incredibly fast for carryout. delivery can range from super fast to slow but i would assume this location is always busy due to how fast everyone moves inside, and delivery drivers constantly coming in and out. read more

I literally stay down the street and often times have never had any issues with them. Today just was different, not sure why. I placed an online order, as usual, and was told my pizza would be ready within 25-47min (which is fine, I'm not in a huge rush). Essentially I ordered at 1:23pm, it is now 3:16p and I'm just now getting my pizza...that's damn near 2 hrs!! My pizza is extremely cold and the cheese has totally hardened (of course a quick run in the microwave can fix this). I called at the hr and a half mark and the girl gets an attitude with me after I ask her about getting a credit for this order because this is unacceptable. She thinks that telling me about business hours during the summer is an appropriate response, no ma'am I just need to know how to redeem my credit in the future. I ordered a deal online and somehow between my hitting submit and it getting to the store, the order didn't go in correctly (probably user error completely), but when I called in, he very graciously conferred with his boss and they agreed to resend my pizzas at no charge. I am very impressed by how graciously they handled the situation, how pleasant, professional and thorough they were with me on the phone and will def be continuing to use this store location! Love their pizza. However 2 out of 5 times its comically late. The first time it was about 1.5 hrs and tonight it never came at all! Fun times. When we called they did explain that it was sitting right on the counter and they had just not delivered it and that it would be free if I wanted to wait another hour (that would make a total of three since I ordered) and were very nice about it.
