Sat ourselves and ordered before any type of "rush" When the food finally arrived, part of the order was missing. No explanation, no apology. 15 minutes later she returned back after we were already done eating and still did not have the rest of our order. Our server, who had pink hair and glasses (easy to remember, since she was the only one who walked past us 10+ times without acknowledging us), seemed overwhelmed or uninterested. Basic things--like checking in, refills, or correcting the missing food--didn't happen unless we flagged her down. The food itself? Mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the wait, the price, or the frustration. Bottom line: Slow service, missing items, and zero urgency or awareness. There are plenty of better options--try one of those instead. I do not recommend this location and I will not be returning. Very disappointing as a long time customer and Little Elm resident. read more

We went in on a Sunday evening around 8pm- we'd never been to one but friends in Lubbock really liked that one. The place was clean and spacious, no dirty tables. There were several waitresses on the floor. At first I was a little worried because it took a little bit to be greeted and seen, but once Taylor came over we were so well taken care of the rest of the visit! She gave us wing sauce recommendations and a sample or two to try before we committed to any one. She was very attentive and happy to put us on some new stuff (which we LOVED). We need ten thousand more Taylors in the service industry. We got the Texas toothpicks and they were absolutely delicious- we usually don't go that hard on an app but we about made a happy plate. I will say, they're supposed to come with ranch, I asked for blue cheese and got charged for it. All the sauces there were $.75 a cup, just something to note. Then we got tangasaurus wings, along with mango habanero and our new favorite honey hot (thank you, Taylor). Tangasaurus was really great for me, as a lemon pepper lover. Mango habanero definitely lacked the habanero part. And honey hot is just a really well rounded sauce- it's super enjoyable. I'd buy a bottle. The entire menu looks delicious and I look forward to going back and trying out other things, we were just on a mission for wings that night. I also loved that even though it was March Madness, they had the other televisions on other sports without having to ask. There were guys sweeping up and talking to us as we left that were funny and endearing even in our short exchange it stuck with me. Tasty wings, excellent service, wonderful Chef who came around to make sure we were loving his food. Wing Daddys has an exciting atmosphere with lots of tv's to watch my games. This place has changed tremendously since the last time we visited. In the past, mostly Ohio State memorabilia's hung in the restaurant, a few televisions and 1 big screen projector near the bar. The restaurant now has a more open atmosphere and a larger menu selection. Definitely will be back!!! read more

I've become somewhat of a regular at this location, dining here two to three times per month. Its location is conveniently situated for me, and while the food is satisfactory, I would not classify it as exceptional. However, I have noticed a gradual decline in both the quality of service and the food over the years. It saddens me to note that the establishment has taken on a somewhat unsavory dive-bar atmosphere. The cleanliness is consistently subpar, the service can be discourteous, the bar drains emit an unpleasant odor, the restroom requires maintenance, and fruit flies are frequently present. Recently, I had an unpleasant experience involving my 11-year-old son. When he ordered a non-alcoholic frozen drink from the menu, the bartender displayed clear disapproval. She rolled her eyes, shook her head at him, and muttered as she walked away. To make matters worse, a guest at the bar loudly expressed that children should not be permitted in the establishment. Alarmingly, the bartender did not object to this sentiment. Furthermore, she leaned over the bar and engaged in whispered conversation with the guest while covering her mouth, while deliberately making eye contact with both myself and my son. This behavior made my son feel uneasy. Despite reaching out to the owners/management of the establishment, I regrettably received no response. It appears that our patronage is deemed insignificant due to my son's age, which is disheartening as I genuinely enjoy supporting local small businesses. If my son is not welcomed here, then I don't want to continue to support this place. read more

I stopped in during NFL Kickoff weekend 2021 + after shopping at Lowe's due to hunger & beer pains, and was delighted to enjoy the sweet taste of honey barbecue boneless wings plus buffalo shrimp for a to-go order while watching every single NFL game on about a dozen flat screen televisions as I waited. Waiting period was about 30 minutes for the to-go order, yet I didn't mind. I was enjoying a ton of football with many others that were dining in + picking up to-go orders as well. Add in a small Deep Elum IPA on draft + a very strong margarita to-go as well, and you'll find yourself eating half of your to-go order in the car by the time that you even think about getting home. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We had such high hopes for this place and sadly we won't be ordering from here ever again and probably telling friends to stay away. To start it off, we ordered the House nachos that comes with a ton of yummy stuff on top of it and we asked to add beef which is one of their own customization options. We literally only received chips, cheese, and beef shavings with nothing else. Not even a different container with the cold ingredients. Then everything in our order arrived cold and hard. From the time we ordered it to the time of delivery it was a little over 30 min, so we were shocked that there wasn't a single item that was at least warm. All of the food was dripping in oil. Then the delivery driver also carried my toddlers drink to the door up near her armpit with the top of it right next to her own mouth. I'm not sure if maybe in person would be better since we ordered delivery, but that was just too much wrong to be giving it a second chance. Went in for lunch and had the boneless wing bite special they have on wednesdays ($.59 per nugget, minimum of 12 per order) and I chose the tangasaurus which is their hot sauce + lemon pepper. My husband and his friend had funky fries and it looked delicious! My husband ordered the bone in hot wings and the bone in wings with an asian sauce which i didn't care for. The hot wings were more like a "medium" spice level and i really enjoyed it. The facility was clean and it seemed a local watering hole because everyone seemed to know each other. I was going to give 4 starts but i had to bump it up to 5 based on the specials they run for lunch and on weekdays - especially entering this recession it seems like most restaurants are either doing away with awesome happy hours - but not wing daddys!! Husband brought some wings home from here in a Thursday night. They were really good. I stopped in on a weeknight, and the food was so bad that I won't be going back. Came in tonight with some friends who has been raving about the place. Walked in and was greeted with the sweetest welcome. We chose to sit outside on the patio, the lights around the patio reminds us summer is here. Lots of TV inside and outside. My first server Ashley was on the last few minutes of closing her shift, but her enthusiasm and Customer Service was an easy 10 out of 10 on the scale! Wow! Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I called 3 times with no answer. On the 4th call someone answered and put me on hold, just to come back and say "call back" then hangs up. I go inside the first thing I see is 5 employees doing nothing and Chris the manager was one of them. I asked to speak with Chris the manager, his only excuse was that their AT&T service is having issues and that the person answering couldn't hear me. This is a crap place. I placed a pickup order (Saturday). Pickup time was 4:53pm. I didn't receive the food until 5:21 (28 minutes late). I ordered 6 items. 3 apps, 2 orders of wings, and chicken fingers. Two fried items were burnt, dang near black. Two items were cold. The place was only 1/3 full, 6 cooks in back, and only 1 pickup order was before mine so there is NO excuse for giving food 30 minutes past a pickup time. The managers at Wing Daddy are "EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating". My husband and I always come for the wings, so many different wing flavors, finally narrow down to our two favorite flavors. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly service. The decor is quirky and inviting and we immediately felt comfortable. I love that the menu is quite expansive and enjoyable. We chose a starter dish and two main dishes, which was plenty to fill us up -This is not your "run of the mill" wing restaurant. We were in about a month ago and had awful experience. I left a review and Mike personally messaged me to ask us to come back for a second chance. We are glad we did; the service was absolutely the opposite of last time in the best way. Tiffany was such a wonderful, attentive, kind and fun waitress. She was not only checking in on us often, but happily made sure to bring whatever we requested (i.e., ranch, sauce, more napkins, shots). Her knowledge of the sauces for the wings were reliable and were enjoyable. The service was much better and we will gladly come back and ask to sit in Tiffany's section next time. Again, the Plano location wings were all large and juicy - cooked to perfection. The Lemon Pepper at Plano were AMAZING!!! Best we have had yet. The Lemon Pepper wings at this location were lacking. Garlic Parm wings were decent, Honey Hot was solid. But again the wings were small and most were over cooked.
