Updated review. After two years, you would expect that there was some kind of improvement. Boy I was dead wrong. You pick up an order that takes twice as long than what the online website tells you. One of the pizzas don't even have half the toppings on there. The other two are not even cut. But what is worse They are burned both on the top and on the bottom. Could not even eat the stuff If we tried, because it was like rubber. Tried to resolve this with a lady Named alexa, but she keeps giving me the runaround. It was supposed to be a treat for my kids for the night before the first day of school. I knew I should have gone to someone else. But I figured, after two years of waiting for improvements, something would have happened. It's like pulling teeth, trying to get your money back. Even though you have the pictures to prove it, time stamped and everything. This was my first time trying out Mr Jim's Pizza and I wasn't too impressed. If you love more cheese than crust then yes this is your place. I would recommend getting the pizza well done to help assist with the crust being able to hold that amount of cheese. When I took the cheese pizza from the box all the cheese fell off. I took my order back and the team was very polite and remade the order. When they remade the meat lovers pizza they shorted the toppings and didn't add the seasoned crust back on the pizza. Ordered pizza earlier this evening which included bacon among several other ingredients. Mr Jim's never disappoints, the pizza was a fam favorite! So much so, we didn't realize it didn't have bacon on it. Just a moment ago I received a text from one of the employees apologizing for bacon not being on the pizza (again, didn't notice) and a picture of the updated receipt sans the bacon charge. It was during a busy rush when my order came through and she set the receipt inside so she wouldn't forget to make the adjustment by closing time and she did just that. Great company. First, I am into supporting local businesses, and I try to provide a good review, here are my thoughts on Mr Jims Little Elm. The delivery was faster than quoted, price was a bit higher than other places I frequent in LE. Let me start with the pizza ordered an XL Pizza half Sticky fingers half Hawaiian. The wife and the kids said it was good, the kiddos praised that it had tons of cheese, the wife said that it did have lots of sauce, I agree. Me... I was not to fancy on the crust seemed extremely thick, but then again I tend to favor NY crust or Chicago thin crust. The sauce had good flavor, but did seem to be somewhat on the heavy side, my biggest personal complaint was the sausage tasted very gamey and I am not a fan of gamey meats. It is not a bad pizza but with so many options in LE alone its hard to be fair on a pizza review. I did see on the menu, that the do have a thin option, I might try that. Again nothing out of this world but good average pizza. read more

I tried this place for the first time and ordered the jimzoni. They said it would be 20 - 25 minutes. I thought they were joking. They were not joking. I sat in their restaurant for an eternity waiting for them to make the one thing I ordered. It took exactly 34 minutes, which is unbelievable. And it's not like they were busy with other customers. The entire time I was there, not a single customer came in, and the phone did not ring once. A commercial kitchen should be able to make something simple like that in 10 minutes. What were they doing for so long? Despite the inexplicably long wait, it was a large portion for the $7 I paid, and was really good. The sauce was excellent, crust was good, cheese was good. The toppings were OK. I would go back but would make sure to give them a really long time to make the food since they go so slow. read more

Well I noticed it was opened yesterday and decided to get pizza for the Cowboys game and I was very satisfied! The pizza was delicious and they even brought it out to my car. Have eaten here a few times since moving to the area, and I'm super happy to have found Mr. Jim's! Really love the crust - not too thick or thin. Sticky Fingers is our favorite, and the only issue I've had so far is that we always order with no olives, and the last time we ordered, there were olives everywhere! NOOOOO! So we picked off as many as we could, and thankfully it was still delicious. :) We also usually do a create your own pizza, and everything we've tried is so tasty. read more

UP Date 03/23/17 Did try again. Must do a 360. Pizza could not have been any better! Delivery time was under 1/2 hour. And that was on a Saturday evening during March Madness. On line ordering has been simplified and was so easy. Driver was very nice. Well worth trying again! 6/7/16 Happy to see new owners. 1St order was good except for delivery time. Next, driver keep telling me he could not change a $20 for an $18.96 order although I was trying to give him a twenty and 4 ones for a tip. Last order, and I do mean last, I could not log one line. Had to change password twice to get on. Once on and selected order, found out they were not excepting orders on line. So I called. They did not want to accept my coupon they emailed me that day because it was for "On Line Orders" only. After taking my order, they said delivery would by 2+ hours as it was 7PM. I love Mr. Jims, but i had a not so good experience last week. In an effort to continue to support them and chalk it up to a bad day, I didn't complaine and ordered again tonight. Well it was horrible!!!! My pizza was wrong, the $6 salad I ordered was the size of their $4 salad normally and filled with brown lettuce. The salad was completely disgusting and not fit to eat. I called to complain to be told because I paid cash, they wouldn't refund, they closed in 3 min so no remake and all they offered me was 50% off my next order. So let me get this straight, my order was wrong and no able to be eaten, I still had to pay for it and then would have to pay for 1/2 of my next order????? I ordered last week and the pizza was really bad. One little piece of chicken and a few other toppings that tasted horrible. Bread buds that were not bread buds. Forgot my sauces and cheese. So I cane back in today to get my remake they offered me and have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for what would usually take 15. The place is hot has hell in it and there are bugs everywhere. Its saddens me cause MrJims was one of my favorites for a long time. Not anymore. Having to downgrade my review from 5 to 2 stars. This place has gone down hill fast. Employees were literally swearing at one another on my last visit. Pick up time was twice as long as reported. Well we had to go visit our friend in Little Elm again and of course order some Mr Jim's Pizzas. And again it deliver. Ordered a half Sausage and Pepperoni and half pepperoni in a Garlic Parmessa. crust that wasn't too thick. Wow was it good and disappeared in a few seconds, even though was warm like out of the oven. Pepperoni was right perfect, and Sausage is really good, is sausagge so has to have some fat on it but taste just right with a tad of spice. I found d so.e Foodie wanna be critics so funny sometimes, trying to show off with words they don't know what they mean. Pizza here is great and different and ucan really customize everything. So if is not your liking is because u didn't order it right. If they keep ingredients like they have so far, there's no way it can be bad pizza because of them. My order was confirmed @ 7:50 . It is now 10:40 and I still do not have any food. I called a little after an hour of ordering it to confirm and see what was going on and my order had not been cooked. called again an hour later and it was still not being made, no one bothered to call me and let me know. Mr.Jims Pizza is really good! We were pleasantly surprised tonight when we received our order and one of our pizzas had been upgraded from a large to an XL at no charge! The owners even wrote a little personal thank you on the box! That made us even more glad that we supported a local small business owner in our community. We will definitely order from the again! Horrible delivery and customer service. An hour after order we called, left on hold for ten minutes after asking to speak to a manager. 90 minutes after order, cold pizza arrived with nothing but a "sorry" from the driver. We are 5 minutes away. This is the second time... Never again. read more

We ordered a pizza, 2x bread buds, and a JimStix. We waited 30 minutes for the delivery and when we recieved the food, it was cold and the bread buds and JimStix had zero ingredients on it (no parmeasean or garlic and no cinnamon on the JimStix). I called the store and spoke to the Assistant Manager - his name was Chris. He told me he'd refire them and delivery would be about 30 minutes. We waited about an hour and 10 minutes and then I called them. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him my story and he said "Oh, yea, I remember you.". He then told me he had to make a phone call and wanted to know if I wanted to hold or have him call me back. Obviously I told him that I would wait - I waited for 10 minutes and he returned. At this point I demanded a refund and he said that he could not and would not offer any type of refund. At that time, the door bell rang and it was the delivery guy. Again - the items were unseasoned - almost no flavoring at all - I kept the delivery guy there and told him that he needed to call the store and tell them about the issues I was having. The delivery guy refused as he stated "he was just the delivery guy" and then he tried to rush off and told me to keep the pizza - I handed the pizzas back to the guy and told him I didn't want a product that I didn't order and I just told him to head back to the store and that I wasn't mad at him. I then immediately called the store back and again, greeted by Chris - the "Assistant Manager". He basically told me again that there would be no refund and that he made the food and he told me he seasoned it well and that he would not be making anymore or offering any type of refund. At this point, we paid $30 and had no product and no way to get my money back. I had to call the bank and get them to file a claim and that's where I'm at with this - so hopefully I'll get a refund (which I'm pretty sure I will).
