Shawn and Jacob and team got this place sparkling today. Haven't seen the restaurant look so clean. These two workers were the friendliest and best staff I've experienced here. The pizza has always been the great part about MOD, never had issue with that but just never felt great service and always felt like tables were dirty and so forth. Today was like a new restaurant with new great staff. They put together some delicious pizzas too. Side note: First time in a long time I've come in here and not been blasted in the face with all the political and social messaging. It was refreshing and excited about MOD in 2025. read more

Details: My wife and I both have accounts and have ordered here off and on for about 3 years now, mostly as a social experiment lately. Placed an order for pick up. I received a confirmation number. Went to pick it up and they couldn't find my order--ANYWHERE. I showed my number to the "manager" he tells me, "that confirmation number means nothing to me!" Okay, then why do you send one to me??? Meanwhile, my order is sitting on some rack getting cold because they are unable to locate my order even with my name. After waiting for more than 30 minutes they hand me cold ass pizza. I asked for the area district manager's name and phone number and the manager says, "find it on your own...I'm not giving to you!" WOW such professionalism. The pizza tasted horrible. This establishment has poorly trained employees -who need a class or two on customer service. This is a an unorganized restaurant. It needs new management and a proficient staff as well! This place is typically pretty good. Normally I go in but today I ordered for pickup. Horrible. Left off toppings, hardly any cheese and skimpy on the toppings they did put on. I love MOD Market so it's no surprise that MOD Pizza is just as good. The price of a 10" pizza is comparable to other pizza joints but the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. I had toppings piled high on my pizza and the crust was durable to where it didn't flop over. They also offer gluten-free as well as cauliflower doughs. How inclusive! Don't forget to ask for sauces like the creamy jalapeño if you like to dip your pizza. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. Plenty of seating for large parties but quiet enough for some time alone. read more

But I wanted to get something to drink and I went in to get a lemonade and they were kind of busy so it took a moment for someone to take my order. It must have been weird to have someone come inside a pizza place just because they wanted they're berry flavored lemonade but they were so nice about it. This food was bomb.com. The first time my husband went he wasn't happy with the quality, but we decided to try it against the Mod pizza size is pretty big and couLd be shared between two people. But we like our own styles so got 2 make your own mod pizzas. We also got the MOD sized salad. This was the perfect size for us to split, or get one as a meal. It had a ton of greens in it, and meats as well. For our drinks we got the "House Wine" brand in Red Blend. It is a can of wine that has 1/2 a bottle of wine in it. FYI no masks enforced, no gender neutral bathrooms, or social distancing enforced as of 07/30/21. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread, Dillon James (Margherita), and Jasper (sausage and mushroom) on a cauliflower crust. The cauliflower crusts tend to be a bit tricky, you can't order too many toppings or add too much sauce because the crust is too thin. The Jasper is probably a good pick for it, but they burned mine at this spot. Margherita was a bit bland, and the cheesy bread felt like a swath of hot cheese tossed onto a slab of bread. read more

So we have eaten at this location several times and it's always great tasting and all very fresh ingredients. With that said I would not recommend getting to go, none of our pizzas were cut like at all like they just skipped cutting 3 pizzas and breadsticks? Unless this is a mid pizza thing it just doesn't cut it hahahaha. When the pizza is hot it's good, however if it cools off the pizza crust turns into is hard tuff crust I only have a 10 minute drive so I'm not sure your window of time for the crust to be normal. Fatboy Food Tip: if your looking for a grab a cold slice on your may to school or work. This is not the place the pizza just don't hold up. read more

We have loved this Mod Pizza for years but recently it hasn't been good. My biggest complaint is that our last two delivery orders have been wrong. With food prices being so high it's a real disappointment to pay an arm and a leg for food + delivery only to have the pizzas be overcooked and ingredients missing. The pizzas seem to be slapped in the box without a care. It's very disappointing and we'll likely order elsewhere in the future since we never know exactly what we're going to get. read more

I love this place in California but they have some kinks to work out at this location. The salad pizza is great and their lemonades are awesome. The process making the food is a little off, the first person you talk to is great and you feel like they understand your order, but then it's like a game of telephone. So many workers touch your order that it gets messed up along the way. Out of our group of 4 adults and 4 kids- 4 of things we ordered were done wrong and we were okay with it or they wanted to fix it! They remade a pizza salad 2 times because they themselves didn't want to give it to us. We would love to go again but they need to work out what happens behind the counter. They did give someone in our group a coupon for a free pizza, which was nice. The staff themselves is very friendly as well. read more

The folks at this location truly know how to serve up delicious pizza with a smile. The two young men who were working at the place had the most amazing attitude. My younger son loves pizza and would eat it all day long if I let him; he loves watching people make it almost as much as eating it! He must have asked the two young men a million questions during the pizza making process and they happily replied to all of his questions and walked him through the process as well, not to mention the pizza was made perfectly at the end. Mod obviously stands for moderate pizza. The sauce and crust have no distinguishable flavor. It's like eating a flour tortilla with plain tomato sauce, but even plain tomato sauce has flavor. Papa johns has more flavor in their crust and sauce, which there is one of those in the same shopping center. Papa johns is where I'll be directing my business when I'm looking for a cheap pizza. read more
