On 2 occasions we asked for LIGHT CHEESE, the first time the guy told us "Well it's burnt because it's light cheese and tried to give us one that was a lot of cheese on it. We asked them to remake it and wow not burnt and light cheese. We always ask for light cheese when we go other places and it's never an issue Second occasion, which was tonight, my husband asked for light cheese on two pizzas and both had a ton of cheese, for mine he went back and told the lady that it was too much cheese and they proceeded to try and tell him it is "light cheese" he asked them to remake it with less cheese and she gives him a smart ass response saying "so you want extra light cheese" well YES but unfortunately that's not an option on the app. So they remake mine but my husband's had a ton of cheese, horrible attitudes!!! They canceled our delivery order so we called, placed another order to go pick it up, once we got there they gave us the wrong pizza then tried to gaslight us saying WE called the order in wrong, as if we didn't order the same thing online 10 minutes prior. They gave us an attitude when we tried to correct them. They then gave us THE SAME PIZZA the driver brought back, even when they had told us, the driver couldn't give us the same pizza back. Listen, I know that a lot of people are all "anti-chain pizza", but Domino's is pretty great. You know, there's always that one guy that's a little stingy with the cheese, but you get that anywhere you go. The standard crust is deliciously garlicky and the pizza sauce is better than any other chain pizza sauce imo. The new stuffed breadsticks and garlic knots... Oh. Em. Gee. Their delivery time beats any other pizza place near us. It is always still burn-the-roof-of-your-mouth hot when it gets to our house. So they are doing Non-Contact delivery??? When you order and use your credit card they deliver but the driver has a receipt for you to sign. Tip was added to the initial bill so this should not have even happened. No Mask, No Gloves, Not blaming the driver but the owner and management needs to get some training. Terrible service I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. I ordered food and I chose the "NO-CONTACT" option. I got in the shower and missed the arrival, but instead of placing and leaving the food at my door, they took it back to the store. I worked for Papa John's so I know that the whole point of "NO-CONTACT" is not coming in contact with the customer. I called back about the issue and they said they were going to bring it back, it has been about an hour and I still haven't gotten my food and the restaurant is now closed so I can't call. I am beyond upset. I ordered using the app. Soon after placing my order I received a call that they were out of an item I ordered. I told them to just remove the item from my order. I was informed it would take at least 2 days for me to get my refund, which I was not happy about but it's not like I had a choice. Not even 2 minutes later I receive another call that the manager conveniently just walked in with more of my missing item. How can a fast food pizza joint be rated 1 star? I will tell you how... 1. As a handicapped person, I cannot walk far. I hope that there is a handicap space available at most places I go to. This business does not have a handicap spot. How that is legal, I do not know. A pseudo handicap space was made, but it is not legally a handicapped space. On top of that, a non-handicapped employee was parked in the spot. 2. Domino's doesn't have red pepper flakes?!?!? What pizza place doesn't offer red pepper? Even Costco has it. We honestly don't prefer Domino's pizza... But damn if those sandwiches of theirs aren't crazy delicious. We order the Chicken Parm and Chicken Bacon Ranch all the time and they are always hot, crispy and delicious. They come absolutely dripping with cheese... and when you're ordering there are options to add even more cheese or sauce. I've never done that, I can't imagine needing more. Delivery usually comes quickly- almost always under 45 minutes even during peak times like around noon or 6pm. Their mobile website is really easy to use, especially if you're paying with cash and don't have to put in any card information. The last time we ordered I did it on the mobile website right from my phone. The sandwiches are always glistening with flavorful butter/oil/grease so keep a napkin handy and don't plan on dessert, you'll be full. read more

Always love patronizing them but I hate the parking at this location. My son was in the area for a tennis tournament. He ordered a pizza from this store. He ordered it to be delivered to the tennis courts. They had no issues with this request. They delivered the wrong order. He politely told them it was the incorrect order and asked that they return it and bring the correct order. They agreed. They inexplicably decided to deliver the second order to the front office. The front office refused it. When my son called after an hour to check on the status, they rudely told him no pizza could be delivered to the courts. He informed them that this was not an issue the first time they delivered. They were rude to him after they determined he was a "student." He persisted and they ultimately agreed to redeliver the second pizza - 1.5 hours after the original order. They delivered a cold pizza and the driver refused to provide any discount or money back. I called later and the only offer was a credit for a future order, to that store, or a cash refund that we would have to pick up. By the way, we live an hour away. Poor, poor, customer service. Really good pizza! Always go for the $7.99 Everyday Carry Out Deal, with tax it comes out to $8.65. The employees are pleasant. The only thing is that the parking CAN get cramped. CAN because it's NOT cramped most times, but on a busy Saturday night or something, be prepared to play the waiting game. Where do I start... Ordered an extra large pizza with sausage. Received a large cheese pizza. Called to let them know & the manager Stephen came on the phone & gave me attitude as if it was my fault they got it wrong. He offered to send me the correct pizza but it was to take an additional 30 minutes when the wrong pizza arrived in less than 15 minutes. Then he offered to credit my online account. I asked the process because I didn't pay online. I paid the driver & tipped him. Stephen's response was the same but with even more nasty attitude, credit the account. I advised that being rude to customers isn't good business & he hung up on me. Needless to say, in addition to this review I'm sending an email to corporate.
