I did the online waitlist... it gave me a time and told me to check in once I got there. They moved me up and then canceled my waitlist because I was "late" but I was actually 10 minutes earlier than the original time they gave me. They ended up giving us the next table which was nice. Our waitress seemed flustered because the place was packed but she was nice. It just took her a while to check on us and do refills of our drinks. She asked us to hold our straws then would disappear, come out with other tables orders then see us holding our straws and go back and get our drinks from wherever they were sitting. My kids enjoyed their food and I was starting to enjoy mine until we pulls out a huge black hair. I just ordered online picked up my order and when I first got there, they told me my order was not ready so I waited for another 20 minutes and I asked them to check for my food again. It had been sitting there underneath the counter so the girl when I first checked in, didn't know what she was doing. Also, I order and paid extra for all flat. I only have five flats in my 10 piece combo the other five was not all flat. Also, all of our order should have came with celery, which I will include the photo of my receipt. None of our order came with the celery as requested do not order from here. I would not recommend ordering takeout from this place. Like do you even CHECK the order before putting it out???? This is officially my first time going inside. (During covid I tried to visit this location but did not know they were shutdown for inside seating and only did to go orders, so I went somewhere else.) Arrived 12 noon but plenty of parking and plenty of indoor and outdoor patio seating and TVs everywhere so no matter where you sit you can see a tv. Inside is better compared to outside but with cooler weather if you like sitting outside you can. Menu in my opinion has too many items ( sorta Jack of all trades but master of none) and since this is a chicken place I would think they would focus majority on wings and tenders...but they also have salads, burgers and other sandwiches. I ordered the Larry Bird which is a chicken sandwich and you pick a sauce for it. My only complaint is I thought it was a chicken breast but turned out to be thin and half the size of a chicken breast and because of that the bun had approx 1 inch on each side of the chicken that the bun basically was an empty bite...so I ended up removing the excess bun. $13.50 and I feel like I got half a chicken breast. Zoom in on my pic and you'll see how small and narrow the piece of chicken was on the bun. But it did include choice of waffle fries or tater tots. We also ordered fired pickles but they do spears not slices but not bad even though I didn't think it would work. We also ended up with a free fried Mac and cheese as the waitstaff delivered to wrong table and before I realized it wasn't the fried pickles I already cut in half and started eating and it was really good and large pieces. One of my friends ordered wings and they were really good size not tiny like a lot of places went to the last couple years. Service was a little slow but the place was packed not really an issue the waitress was really nice and helpful and checked in us often. Over all I had a good visit and prices were fair but for what I ordered seemed like I good skimped but maybe it was a one off and I just happen to get a small piece of chicken today. Thank you Pluckers for doing a Valentine's Day special; or Anti-Valentine's Day since that's how it was advertised! Girlfriend and I decided on not doing a fancy meal for Valentine's day and we planned to stay in since the weather was gonna turn drastic later. But upon seeing Pluckers advertise $1 wings and $2 drafts for Valentine's day, we hopped in the car and drove to this location. We usually go to the Memorial or Shepherd locations since they are closer to us but they are always packed and figured they would be on this day as well. Upon arrival, we snagged a parking spot right in front of the restaurant which had us thinking we'd get a table easily. Sadly upon arriving, we we're told there would be a 45-50 minute wait (I guess people love wings on V-Day). While discouraged, we decided on the bar hoping there would be seats and luckily we found a spot in front of a couple tvs, plopped down, ordered some beers, then placed our wing order. Like any Pluckers, you come for three things: drinking, wings, and sports. And we got all of those here. The $2 drafts were for bud light only so the girlfriend tried that while I went with my usual miller lite in the large mugs. They also have specialty cocktails here that I may try sometime (Tuesdays is cocktail special night) but I always seem to trend towards beer when I'm here since it goes well with wings. Wings here are fried, drenched in their signature sauce(s), and with ranch/bleu cheese. Go-to flavors are cajun, goldrush, and chipotle bbq. And for $1 per wing at 10 minimum order, I was in heaven with my 20 piece. As for sports, it was mainly olympics playing but due to the weather, the tvs did not have connectivity so I watched mainly the tvs that had the whole "Why people love Pluckers so much" clips on repeat. It was heartwarming hearing peoples stories (customers and employees) about what Pluckers means to them and why they love coming/working here. It seems like a fun atmosphere to work as the bartenders have good banter going. Should I be in Cypress again, I'd be glad to roll in here for my wings/drinks/sports hankering. read more

Came here for my birthday lunch and I'm glad I did. I even went solo on a Monday afternoon! The environment was pretty chill which I was totally cool with, and it was understandable because it was early Monday. Melvin was my waiter, and he was fairly new according to him, but I couldn't tell. He was really nice and attentive and was able to help me no problem. I ordered the fried Mac n cheese in their spicy bbq sauce. I love both but I prob would pick a different rub/sauce for the max next time but it was still tasty. For my wings I ordered 4 gold rush and 4 spicy lemon pepper. The SLP is my go to and I was trying the gold rush for the first time. Both extra crispy extra wet. Very fast paced busy spot. Our waitress seemed super busy and while she did her best it just wasn't a welcoming experience which I'm fine with since we got everything we needed and she filled our drinks. Only thing that really got us was that with it being a wing spot, ranch should definitely be on deck but for the large size wings we had you get small little containers that most wings could not even fit. Food was okay. I guess I should have gotten the wings because the chicken cheesesteak had no flavor. I ended up adding ranch to help flavor it up. It's a small amount of chicken as well compared to the bun. The fried Mac dipped in buffalo sauce was delicious! We started out rough as we got sat at a table that had a caution sign and water/ice all over. We were in the middle of shift change and glad we did. Our first server didn't seem to care as we asked if someone would come clean or if we could move. Then we got Paris. She was new but delightful. She has experience. We only knew that she was new because she came with a trainer. I felt so bad because I asked to be moved to a clean table and then we miscommunicated on my order. She fixed it all for us and even chatted with us a bit. She is sweet. Lets me know nothing prevents her giving great service and being patient. I enjoyed her service! We come for trivia nights so that's fun that it's a variety of questions. The service has its ups and downs since it's always crowded so it's a mix of people who come for trivia or just come for the vibes. I will say I love trying out all the different flavors of wings, appetizers and desserts. I love ordering the Doctor's Order dirty soda, Holy macaroni, and spicy garlic Parmesan wings. While trying to signe the Hispanic girl in the front was very rude and told us to step out side with our babies , mind you it's 105 degrees outside. The food here is absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked with amazing seasoning! I especially loved the lemon pepper, and my husband thought the mango habanero was off-the-hook good. That said, even though I placed my order 90 minutes in advance, I still had to wait quite a while once I arrived. Nothing was offered for the long wait--not even a glass of water. Eventually, I spoke with a manager who apologized, and I do understand that things happen. Still, the lack of basic hospitality while waiting felt disappointing. I visited Pluckers on Sunday to watch the Mexico game. I joined the waitlist at 5:30 p.m. and was quoted a two-hour wait, so I expected to be seated around 7:30 p.m. While waiting, I personally watched 2-3 tables close out their checks and continue sitting there just to watch the game. Meanwhile, many of us had been waiting for hours to be seated so we could actually order food, watch the game, and enjoy our evening. I spoke with the manager and asked if anything could be done since those tables had already paid and finished their meals. I was told there was nothing they could do, which was disappointing. During high-demand events like this, there should be a better plan for managing table turnover or accommodating guests who have been waiting. Once we were finally seated, I will say the service was quick. Our food came out fast, everything was fresh, and it was delicious. The kitchen did a great job despite how busy it was. My issue wasn't with the staff or the food it was with how the seating situation was handled. If the restaurant is at maximum capacity during a major sporting event, there should be a better system in place to ensure guests waiting to dine have a fair opportunity to be seated instead of allowing tables that have already closed out to remain occupied for the duration of the game. read more

The wings are the star here. The following sauces are my go to: Ranch, Spicy Ranch, Gold Rush, and Gochujang. There are some good appetizers here: fried pickles, fried cheese, holy macaroni to name a few. This location can be hit or miss. You will wait for your food for a long time (30 mins to 1 hr) and sometimes the food will be hot and sometimes lukewarm. The wings are usually good, but some of the other food is just okay and not worth ordering (i.e. chicken sandwiches, philly cheesesteaks). If you really want wings from here, I think take out is the better option. You can avoid waiting a long time to be seated (weekends especially and promotion days) and the long wait for the food. *Note*: Check your receipt before paying. They bring it out on a portable electronic device and the waiter waits and watches you pay (and tip), so it can be easy to miss. We were charged for items that should have been free. I was able to get it fixed, but only because I noticed the bill was $15 higher than it should have been. read more

I'm biased. Been coming here since it opened and bring customers. Bought a $100 gift card to use today and will receive $20 or $25 to use 1/1. Unsweet tea, blue cheese chips, and spicy garlic Parmesan chicken tenders with a side salad instead of fries. Tea is average. Not too diluted and also not over the top earthy. Blue cheese chips were crispy and hot loaded with onion, blue cheese, bacon, and tomato. Salty goodness. Side salad includes lettuce, bacon, cheese, purple cabbage, carrots, amd tomatoes. I like their salad and add chunks of chicken tenders to it. Love the sauces here. Spicy garlic chicken tenders are huge, hot, and flavorful. I love having tvs everywhere and the upbeat music. My husband and two kids stopped in on a Tuesday because it was kids eat free all day. Surprised to find out two kids eat free with one adult meal. That's a great deal. We started with a combo appetizer. My kids loved it!! The fried cheese sticks were huge and the cheese pull was great. They also liked the macaroni and cheese sticks. The fried pickle spears were a little too hard for my kids to eat. I enjoyed them. The wing bites were too spicy for the kids but my husband and I enjoyed them. The kids meals were as expected for macaroni and cheese and a corn dog. I had the 8 wing lunch and my husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. I called a week in advance to ask if I could reserve a table and was told they don't take reservations -- fair enough. The person on the phone told me to come in Tuesday and that they'd "take care of us as quickly as possible." Sounded good. We arrived as a party of 14 and waited 20-30 minutes just to speak with the host. Again, with a big group, I get it -- no major complaints there. But then we had to wait another full hour for our table to be "ready." When they finally called us in, we were told to wait again -- off to the side -- while they set up. That took another 10 minutes. Then, when we sat down, we discovered it wasn't one big table -- it was two separate tables. Half our guests couldn't even sit near each other. We were told it was a fire code issue. But right in front of us, there was a single table of 15... so how was that okay? At this point, we were already over an hour into the night and things just kept getting more frustrating. We ordered drinks and appetizers -- those came out fine. I ordered two straight shots for my wife (it was her birthday) and a Batman drink. It took 25 minutes for just the shots and her cocktail to arrive. Knowing things were moving slow, I ordered three more shots in advance... they took another 30 minutes. Anything that involved the bar was a total disaster. My brother ordered the "Fire in the Hole" wings and just wanted a Budweiser to go with it -- that took 20 minutes. What's going on back there? Did someone have to go buy the beer? The only bright spot was our server. She did a fantastic job and was clearly doing her best despite how chaotic things were.
