If I could give it a 0 I would, they only go through doordash to order food. 2 doordash drivers stole my food because the negligence of the employees. I was then promised on the phone that they would be able to replace what was stolen. They agreed with doordash as well as with me on phone they would remake the order due to my inconvenience. I then called after being advised to be able to obtain my remake due to this being my last amount of my money, me being stuck in class and not being able to pick up my food. And now having to wait 5 days for a refund. I was advised that they are refusing to make my remake because of the fact that doordash refunded me (everyone agreed on the refund to the store, the customer and the remake for the inconvenience) now I have to go without eating the rest of the night. Last bit of my money gone and not refunded and now bad customer service I would no recommend it read more

Stopped in with the family. First thing we noticed walking in was the obnoxious smoke odor. Clearly someone smokes inside the establishment. The second thing was there's no low top tables only high tops and we have a toddler. So that wasn't going to work. What a bummer. I convinced my family to try this local spot tonight, hopeful that it would be better than fast food. It wasn't. We ordered 3 burgers, and they were all burnt black and dry, and strangely very salty. I mean, if I burned burgers that badly, I wouldn't even serve them. I ate as much as I could and threw it out. These were obviously not made by someone who loves burgers or who was thinking about eating them. We asked for fresh onions on 2, but there were none. Veggies were minimal and limp by the time they got home 7 minutes away. I was looking forward to the wedge fries, but apparently they don't have them anymore. The curly fries and onion rings were also overcooked and dry. I got lured in by other good reviews, but clearly the same cook is not cooking the food as before. I'll never go back. JLB down the road is lightyears better, but unfortunately they close early. read more

My husband and I found PJ's Eatery by accident after working late in Houston, and we're so glad we did! He had the cheeseburger with onion rings, and I had the Jr. Smash Burger with fries. We also tried the Boudin balls and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The man who took our order was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The staff is super friendly. Got the smashed burger with bacon and macaroni bites. The macaroni bites are good and cheesy and the batter they use to fry is good. The burger is very juicy and flavorful. My only complaint would be it could do with another slice of bacon to make it perfect. Will definitely keep eating here when I'm in the area. read more

Mediocre at best. Burger overcooked & dry and buffalo egg rolls were hard and didn't have much flavor. Wouldn't go back.

This place was okay burgers. The meat on my House burger was well done as was the meat on the other two burgers. I asked for mine gluten free so no bun but add lettuce to make a lettuce wrapped burger. They gave me to small pieces of lettuce. The fries were cold and soggy with zero seasoning. The grilled onions were chopped and barely grilled. The candied bacon made the burger but definitely not worth going back. The waffle was the best part of the order. Overpriced and portions aren't great. JLB is a better burger spot in this area. read more

From outside looking in reminds me a a small mom and pop shop.but as soon as you opened the doors you greeted with clouds of all kinds of different smoke made me forget I was at a restaurant and not a hooka/ smoke/ hang out bar.but if you're willing to look passed the different fumes and depending on who's there and cooking. I say you have about a 50/50 shot of taking the risk of getting food poisoning. And it's a shame because the food looks delicious but once you see how the carelessness of this place is ran you really questioned their cleanliness. I can all most bet they have never had a pop up health inspection. PJs eatery is a great place to eat some really good food. The customer service is exceptional. The young lady that is usually taking the orders is wonderful. Very informative and gives great energy. Came in to try the place and cause I got a gc. Tried using it and last can't get it ti scan, tap, or punch in gc no. She asked the manager for help. And manager said that the gc can't be use cause they have a new system now. So it's my lost. 2nd I got a Philly cheesesteak came w o a drink or fries for 14 bucks. Came out in a hotdog buns! My husband got patty melt w fries and RC cola, price is 12.50 for the burger and 4 more bucks to add a drink and fries. Food was tasteless and fries was cold. Burgers are amazing! I'm a foodie and love trying new local spots for burgers. This place is on the top of my list. The House Burger is delicious and the sauce is very good...spills out with each juicy bite. They also carry my fave canned soda "Big Red" My daughter had the wings and loved them.
