We paid for Ranch dipping sauce and it wasn't delivered. We also ordered extra cheese and no extra cheese was ordered. When I tried to call, they did not answer and the answering machine kept saying over and over that I was next in line to be answered. read more

I tried several times to make an order online. It stated if the problem persists, call the store. When I called the store, I was told they do not take orders over the phone. Oh well, I will spend my money elsewhere because I don't have to beg you to spend my money. I eat at Domino's in other cities and have no problems with the service. read more

Ordered online, without issue. The 2 pizzas were as expected. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich would have been better if it had more than a few slivers of meat. WHERE'S THE BEEF???? Why would they be so greedy with the meat? Otherwise, it was mostly bread, onions, minute cheese and practically no meat. Not interested in calling in a complaint. My child has sensory issues. That means if something smells or tastes too strong, my child will throw up. There's it anything that can be done about it. That being said, he can only eat around 5 foods and if I get a different brand, you guessed it, he throws up. I try to treat my kids with pizza, but because of the sensory issues, I have to order things a certain way. Half the time, the order would be wrong and he wouldn't be able to eat it or dinner for that matter because the smell made him sick but dominos pizza is the only kind he will eat. After months of this happening, I finally put in a complaint to corporate and asked if they contacted me, to do so by email. I got a call at work and the manager seemed annoyed that I had to do my job. But he apologized and offered a free pizza and breadsticks. The pizza is now referred to as the spite pizza because it was made with a couple dots of sauce, hardly any cheese and NGO was written in the box (I don't know what that means, it might mean nothing, but it still bothers me). What bothers me the most about the spite pizza is that they did that to a child. If I was a jerk customer who complained every week and yelled and fussed, then maybe I would deserve a spite pizza, but my child who can only eat a couple things is getting punished by this, and because I complained and they showed how spiteful they are, my son can't eat pizza again until we're out of town since he won't eat another brand. Now we're down to 4 things that he can eat. Don't order from here if you have to order special. They won't care. The drivers are nice though, I hope they know that they're doing a good job. read more

Best domino's by the coast in my opinion. Food is always hot and delivered on the time shown or before. 10/10 recommend for great pizza.

they have good wings. i have never liked there pizza, taste like old cardboard to me. my problem is mainly with customer service. i had a coupon for a free pizza that i was going to get for the family. but they would not let me use it because i didn't spend enough money. well isn't free, free. sounds life fish to me. and i have unsubscribed to there emails about 20 times, still get the email bomb maybe 2 a day. unsub means stop. read more

Not a great Domino's @ all. Very rude staff and management. Condescending attitudes and an overall problem with their responsibilities. Don't bother. Go to the restaurant in Ocean Springs or Gautier. They are friendly and do aim to make your experience a pleasant one. I wouldn't recommend D'Iberville Domino's to anyone local or visiting the coast. read more

Never had an issue with this Dominos, I always order delivery. Drivers are nice, food gets here on time and is still hot.

In from out of town, I suppose I should have known better than to go to a chain pizza place in the first place. They forgot things from my order and literally refused to make anything right in any way and hung up on us. Super rude and incompetent. Definitely go to a different location if you feel like you have to go to Dominos down here. Probably just go somewhere better to begin with, that part was my own fault. read more

Ok, so... it is 2am and instead of sleeping I am writing this "I am angry" note about Dominos. We are visiting Biloxi for 4th of July in an attempt to enjoy a nice mini vacation. After driving for hours we made it to our hotel at midnight tired and hungry. I looked online to find the only thing open at this hour were Waffle Houses, casino restaurants and this Dominos; so I called to see if they delivered to our hotel. This started out as a simple misunderstanding while trying to determine their delivery area. So, we did carry out. As we drove off, I began checking my order and found an item missing. So, I called back and Rayna, answered the phone. I explained to her who I was by explaining a previous confusion about whether we were east or west of the lighthouse and how she was yelling at me in the background. Her reply was, "ok?" But, then I proceeded to explain that the breadsticks weren't in my order. By now it was 12:50am. She told me that I didn't pay for them, but if I wanted to pay for them she would make them for me. Of course I will pay for them... She told me that Dominos no longer has regular breadsticks that is was garlic butter and it was really good. Since they were for my son, I asked to make them without the sauce. Just dry bread... she confirmed and I reaffirmed. She told me they were going to be done in 15 minutes and I said ok. As I'm sitting in the parking lot I can clearly see inside the building. I saw her go to the back and the other guy was at the window helping two on foot customers. So, we drove straight up to the window to pay and talked to the guy as he took my payment and gave me a 7 minute eta, then one delivery guy returned for the second time. This tells me that Rayna is making my order, who we already know has been well advised of my frustration towards her... While waiting, I'm just over the whole situation and I stated to my mom that I was just going to forget about it and not let it get to me... perhaps I overreacted. I'm handed the breadsticks at 12:59am and I immediately open it because garlic butter leaked out of the box and onto my pants. I instantly returned it to the still opened window and stated that they are supposed to have no garlic butter on them. The poor guy at the window was beside himself and the delivery guy appeared to be entertained by this, both saying almost in unison, "Let me ask my manager." She came to the window at 1:00am and just pushed my last button. She stuck her head out the window and told me that she 'appologized'... "the person" working the oven misread the instructions she wrote. She would be happy to give me a refund. I explained that I didn't want a refund. Those breadsticks were for me to feed my son and I needed them remade. She told me they were closed and the ovens were off and she quite frankly WAS NOT going to remake them under any circumstances. Then offered me a refund again. I told her to give them back and I would wipe that 'crap' off myself. And she was all too happy to see me dissatisfied. I got out of my mom's vehicle and attempted to wipe all the garlic butter off those breadsticks so that the flavor would not sink in or liquid make them soggy. They were practically swimming in freaking garlic butter like she intentionally poured a cup of it in the box. I pulled the paper out from under those breadsticks and butter went everywhere. I through the paper on the ground, and there was so much garlic butter on it that the wind couldn't even blow it away. For 10 minutes I wiped breadstick off with napkins kept in my mom's glove compartment. By the time I got as much butter off as I could, I had ran out of napkins. My mom's seat was still full of butter. I picked up the garlic butter paper off the ground, which was still laying there, weighed down with an unruly amount of garlic butter, with the corners whipping in the wind... It is now 3:50am. My family is sleeping and I have yet to eat and I am too angry to rest. I have ruined pants, my mom's car seat needs to be cleaned and a wasted night of events. read more

This is just an OK Dominos location, not great but not bad either. Usually you'll have no issues depending on who is working. I have more good experiences with this Dominos than bad ones. If your pizza isn't good then you can just forget it, they won't remake it or offer a coupon unfortunately. I only order from this one when I don't feel like going to pick it up and need delivery. Some of the staff are rude and condescending but not all of them. If you ever sit in and wait for your pizza you'll likely overhear some minor profanity and gossip. Personally I prefer the Dominos on Lorraine near Dedeaux, never an issue there but they don't deliver to my house. read more

Don't tell me it's here when it's not here. If I'm in an upstairs room I enjoy utilizing the tracker feature. I like the idea of a tracker but saying the pizza is here 15 minutes before it is actually in my hands is a bit much. Not sure if the store or the website controls it but whatever it is it needs to be fixed. read more
