The manager on duty decided that we should pay 8.99 for it. Even the other 2 employees could not understand why. Here's the kicker, she said it's a "Subway thing" and refused to change it! I had already paid before I knew she over charged me. I also had added a $4 tip. She also messed up and did not put a military discount on, after I asked more than once. Very embarrassing to lose a resident of Hillsboro, and business owner over a manager that doesn't care about customer service and cannot add. Take the sign down and I wonder how many others have been "overcharged". In my world there is another name for that. I would be happy to sit with the owner, with my receipt, because most would think "no way"! The manager was more than disrespectful to say the least.

I had to correct them like they are literally looking at the receipt! Are u kidding me. Not to mention the attitude. When it was all said and done he tried to keep my receipt. I said um no that is mine. I will be putting in a complaint on this store and the workers. The worst ever.
