The ice cream / custard tastes literally the same, if not maybe a TINY tiny tad different. Creamy. Smooth. Delicious. The cookie dough pieces are a little bigger than Rich's.. more chunkier and I loved it a little more than the small ones offered at Rich's. Overall, great ice cream! The cone is made out of something like a croissant. It's not bad but it's not really practical. It's not possible to hold this cone so it's placed in a cup and then that cup is placed in another cup. So it's really hard to eat the cone part and the ice cream melted so much because of the heat so it was just a big mess. Random note, I now like almond slices on ice cream. Never really cared for putting nuts on food before, but it has a really nice crunch. It was clean with music that wasn't too loud and room to sit down and enjoy our treat. If you are getting one of the cones you need to eat it there otherwise it will be completely melted by the time you get where ever you're going.

The service is genuine and way faster than the chains. Do not make me go protest in the Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts parking lots. Don't do that to me.

When I worked down the street, I would often come for their cold brew coffee, fir an afternoon pick me up. They also serve some pretty amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches on New York bagels. Weekend hours are longer over the summer and early fall staying open until 10pm but as they hit October the hours shift to close by 9 o'clock on the weekends. They have cute ice cream cone seating tables as well as an old time soda bar. Definitely our families go-to ice cream splurge. Honey whipped cream - I'm not sure I've ever had honey whipped cream and now I crave it. It's very specific but when you get that surge of honey... drool. Cherries - Juicy and delicious.
