I ordered lunch for myself and my supervisor yesterday. I left a request on my receipt for my delivery to be taken to the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the lobby that anyone can use. Well, my delivery was left unattended in the lobby. Anyone could have gotten it and walked off, and I would have never known. I tried to call the store several times but there was no answer . Luckily, a friend of mine saw my order and brought it to me before someone else took it. Neither of the boxes were marked or labeled with whom they belonged or what was in them. read more

Terrible service! Waited over 1.5 hour for my food yesterday! They yelled & told me they didn't have a order for me. I was not the only customer waiting over an hour there were multiple people! Would not answer the phone at all & was very rude to every customer that came in because they had waited so long! On top of that they had a child working in the front & near the over. I called this location and decided to pick-up my order and it was ready when I got there. I have only been to this location a handful of times because I am not a big fan of pizza. But I ordered one of the specialty pizzas called "buffalo chicken". The buffalo chicken pizza consisted of grilled chicken breast, fresh onions, provolone, American cheese, and cheese made with 100% real mozzarella-drizzled with hot buffalo sauce. The pizza wasn't greasy but cooked perfectly, I loved the mixture of cheeses. This pizza was delicious, but I would like to try one of the Birmingham locations to see if I receive the same satisfactory. The staff member that brought out my pizza wore a mask and followed COVID guidelines. I have nothing negative to say about this location, I enjoyed the quick exchange. As far as sustainability, the pizza was in a carboard box, which is recyclable material. read more

Delivery time was good , but the Pizza has no taste, the crust had no flavor, ordered the Extravaganza and it lacked toppings just enough to say they put some on the pizza, I remember when Dominos was good, that was in the 80's when they 1st started, Little Ceasers is better and cheaper. I waited in your parking lot for an hour. After making my order online ( that said it would take 27 to 31 min ) after order said complete, I pulled thru the drive thru and still had to wait 10 min b4 getting out to get someone attention. Then was told that I didn't pay and and after going back and forth told to wait. After waiting again the store employee returned with cold pizza and no marinara sauce. That I paid for! I might add...and handed it to me as if I was bothering him? In all it took 1hour and 15 min to receive cold pizza, a useless argument and cheesy bread. Sad and disappointed. read more

One star because I can't stand to be lied to. We ordered a pizza for carryout on 04/25/2017 around 7 pm. When we arrived to pick it up, they could not find our name and when we told the male staff member what we ordered he said, "oh yeah I cut that myself and it's right here". When we got home, the pizza was cold and had clearly been an extra someone ordered and didn't pick up; and the customer name on the box was nowhere close to being the name of our party. We decided not to call, wait for a recooked pizzza, and then have to drive to pick up a new one. Bottom line is when a mistake is made, don't lie. This issue should have been taken care of at the store and because we were lied to, we will no longer be doing business with this company. read more

Their ad is on the key at the Days Inn in Priceville. We were tired and hungry from working all day and decided to call for a delivery large extravaganza. Pizza came an hour later. Not a fresh pizza. Cold and rubbery and hardly any toppings. Inedible and a waste of 20.00. I Have been in touch with customer service but now haven't heard from anyone. They just say they will forward to the appropriate party. I've been a dominoes customer for many years. Never been dissed this bad. If you put your ad on the room key, at least deliver a decent pizza. If you can't get there in time to deliver it hot, take the ad off. read more

I've ordered here often, and after a few months of recovery, I will likely continue to do so. I do have some complaints about the app/online ordering, but that's more the fault of the corporation than the individual store. But anyway, I ordered food here last night through the app. And the automated thing on the app said it would be 30 min. I picked up a few things at Krogers and then headed over to pick up my pizzas. It had to have been at least 30 min. Surely my pizza was ready, or at least almost ready. No. I suppose they sent someone to Greece to pick the finest black olives. Not to mention with how long it took, they likely had run out of pepperonis and they were in the back slaughtering livestock for the pizza toppings. It also upset me, that I walk in, go up to the counter, and at least 3 of the 6 employees there look me dead in the eyes and ignore to assist me for at least 3 minutes. This is not a joke, a woman had finally received her food and was stepping out, and fell straight on her face and dropped her food. Luckily, none of it had hit the ground, oh, and she was fine too. Someone inside muttered about the big step to enter/exit being a safety hazard. I casually replied that she had likely slipped into a deep deep slumber with how long it took to get her food and likely wasn't prepared mentally or physically to make any movements in the next 3 hours. Anyway, my beard had grown considerably in the time that I was in there, and many customers mistook me for ZZ top. So I spent countless hours plucking out each individual hair on my face. After about 18 long treacherous hours of standing there, someone asked if there was a 'Lowery' in the lobby. At last, could it be? My salvation? My heart fluttered at the thought. No. She was just asking and wanted to let me know the last of my three pizzas was almost out. With her sentence, she killed all my hopes, my dreams, my aspirations. This emotional rollercoaster that I was on seemed to have no end. Finally, about 2 hours later, I received my pizza. You can imagine my disappointment when after all this, it was just a typical Domino's pizza. It wasn't covered in intricate gold work, it didn't have a secret message spelled out in cheese. Have been long time customers at Dominos for a long time, but they have been going downhill for last couple of years. Tonight drew the line.Placed our order, had to repeat it 4 times before the guy got the basic order correct, was told 45 min. to an hour for delivery. Okay, can wait for it. After an hour and half, still no pizza. Call to ask about the order, worker was very polite, i'll give them that. Said pizza was in oven, they were running a bit behind. Almost another hour and our pizza finally arrived. Cold, I do mean cold, not even warm, much less hot. Asked the guy about it being cold, he didnt even say anything, just stood at the door smiling. My husband told him he could take it back with him n maybe they could warm it up for themselves later. Still the guy just stood smiling, took the pizza n walked away. Nothing said, no sorry anything. Even had to go out and get my payment back from him! So needless to say, no more. No more lies about delivery times, no more raw undercooked pizzas, no more of the wrong items, no more anything from this place again. Their online prices are cheaper thats blows for the people who still call in. Would be nice if they match but they don't even attempt to keep your business. I just hate it for the delivery guy that won't get a tip because they charge a delivery fee when you order online. Other than that this dominoes on this side of town is still the best. The pizza is always cooked to perfection. I just hope lil Caesars don't take over with their new place this side of town they were here once but now have better service and prices. read more

Not only did I wait an hour after seeing that my Oder had left the store, after I called I was put on hold for quite a while. When I called back and got the manager, the manager told me he believed his person knocked on my door multiple times (he didn't), I could come and get my 1.5 hour fresh pizza, he would make me another and I could pick it up or wait 1.5 hours for delivery. He tried to make it sound like I was trying to cut in front of other orders. This is the WORST service I have ever seen! read more
