I wanted to do something nice for my vet's office so I called the Tres Lagos location which was closer as I'm very familiar with the area but was told by the rep that they don't deliver in that area which he then referred me to the University Domino's. My call was answered by a very competent lady, Elena. I explained what I was trying to do and that the Tres Lagos, which is MUCH closer, told me to call this location. With Adriana's blessing, not only did Elena take my order correctly over the phone, she also was the delivery person. Elena, the heroine, saved the day by not only delivering the large order but on time before they closed. I get it. It's 30 minutes till closing, id hate to be working none the less on Friday. But our order is completely unacceptable. The sauce was looked like it was thrown on there in a hurry, very sloppy and messy. There was barely any orders to have this look like the way it was, very unacceptable. Just got our delivery at Cavazos elementary. The delivery driver Simon Reyes arrived and seemed bothered that he was here. And when the officer asked him politely to obey traffic signs (Do Not Enter) Mr Reyes was beyond rude and unprofessional. We've done pizza and cupcakes for our children for over 10 yrs and he's made this particular event a bad experience. Hope not all your employees are like this. read more

My family and I only order pizza from this Domino's. They always make it just right and the workers are always friendly.

They delivered two pizzas. One of them was wrong, so we called and the sent another pizza. Believe it or not, the pizza was wrong again, so we called again and they sent another pizza. 4 pizzas for the price of 2. Waited well over 2.5 hours for pizza delivery. Ended-up doing carryout because they had no idea when they would be delivering our order. Even then, they could not complete our order because they ran out of what we ordered. Pizza we did got was already cold from waiting to be delivered. Seriously. I love the online order system. It lets you know just when the order dispatches. That means, i only have to leave my gate 'unlocked' for a few minutes while the order arrives and I can be on the look out. My order is always perfect and delivery so courteous. read more

Dominos new recipe is a little better than they used to be. Their boneless wings are terrible, and their bone in wings are really greasy, I can't recommend either and I love wings and pizza together. Dominos is not 5* pizza by a long shot. If you use a coupon deal it's not too bad of a deal, they have a delivery charge like everyone else. One good thing is they are normally on time, unlike the hut. Their credit card procedures make me nervous, even if you enter your card online they make a carbon copy of it and ask for your ID which is against credit card regulations from what I understand. read more

Never ordering there again! I was staying at my sister's house in Edinburg, and was craving pizza, ugh should of thought about it before!! I ordered a medium pizza and wings. They took forever!! I had to call about 2 times, because the delivery took about 2 hours, no kidding. When the pizza man finally got there, he made up an excuse that the lights had gone off, which is BS, and to top it off, the wings had no sauce!! They were just plain and dry! Like is that what im suppose to eat??? So i called and complained, so they sent me new wings, which took FOREVER!! I'll never order Domino's again. I ordered a pizza at around 9PM with a stated delivery time of 22-33 minutes. The pizza took almost an hour to get there but I couldn't really blame the delivery guy as I was tracking the order on line and saw that it was only out for delivery 10 minutes or so before he arrived so I tipped him appropriately ($5 on a $20 order) but I did leave a 2 star review on the site for the poor store performance as the pizza was barely warm when I got it. and took twice as long as I was told to arrive. I ate a few pieces and put the rest in the fridge in my hotel room for the next day. I then watched the news from bed and slowly drifted off to sleep. At 11:30 my cell phone starts ringing. By the time I got to it I'd missed the call. It wasn't a number I recognized but it was a local number so I returned the call thinking it might be one of my customers with an issue. It was the Dominoes calling wanting to know why I left them 2 stars!! THEY WOKE ME UP AT 11:30pm for this!! How unprofessional can they be to do this to a customer?
